We were very impressed today when at your Service Department earlier today with our daughter after her car was towed to your dealership.We were assisted with the utmost Excellence by Filipe, who with a true smile and eager will to help assisted us right away.While there he also immediately acknowledged the presence of new Buick Fans with the same positive attitude.It was, we do think, the very first time in which we were indeed impressed with the level of customer service of a Dealership Service Department.Having many cars of many other brands, in the past and at the current time, we indeed think that this was our best experience ever!Thank you so much, Felipe, for making such difference as a True Buick Ambassador at Sheehan BuickSam and Patricia Dias

I ordered items for my Sierra online and had them shipped to the dealership and then installed. As soon as I got the email they had been delivered Collin in the service department got me scheduled to bring my truck in. The work was done perfectly and he communicated with me throughout the day with updates. This will definitely be the only service department I ever take my truck to.

I bought a Sierra Denali recently and I have to say, this place deserves more than 5 stars. I ve been around trucks my entire life and have bought vehicles in many different states, but the knowledge and enthusiasm coming from the Sheehan team was beyond impressive. Mark Estridge was the salesman who greeted me within 10 seconds of my arrival in the lot and after a brief convo about what I was looking for, he had multiple options lined up and ready to show. His knowledge and energy were beyond anything I have ever come across and even after I drove the truck off the lot and returned a few days later with questions, he took the time to meet with me and review everything I needed. Their Director of Sales, Mike Bonn, went above and beyond to find a program that worked in my price range and was willing to explore every avenue possible to make the deal happen for me. I owe both these guys a huge shoutout for putting me in my dream truck. I had just arrived in Lighthouse Point when I bought the truck and needed a ride back from the rental car agency after dropping off my rental vehicle and their Lot Manager, Errol Levy, took the time out of his day to drive down and pick me up. No doubt a truly great team over at Sheehan and even if your half-interested in buying a vehicle, stop by and chat with these guys, they ll make you feel right at home!

WOW ! so refreshing to have a dealer that understood and serviced me with out the annoying sales pitches & tactics.My sales guy Brian was so helpful, accommodating and didn't stop working on my behalf after I drove off with it, the sales mgr Mike B had knowledge and time to spend with me about my vehicle and transaction unlike what I had experienced in many other cars I bought. You could tell they really cared and had passion. When I picked it up it was gleaming and perfect as promised with out any snags.Sheehan GMC was awesome all the way around and took care of me with some extras I wanted too. Feeling satisfied and happy

Best dealership in South Florida. Sales associate Joseph very helpful, informative and knowledgeable. My last three vehicles where leased thru Sheehan. Seamless transaction every time. Would not want any other dealership to assist me when leasing or buying a new or used vehicle. That says volumes about their business and the way they treat their customers.

Extremely disappointed in the professionalism and workmanship of this dealership and their service department. All stemming from an original visit regarding a recall which was taken care of and a possible oil leak, was told by Victor in service department the recall was taken care of and there was no oil leak. Once I arrived home gave it a few days or a few weeks and had crawled up under truck to do oil change and found an oil leak once again, called to make an appointment to bring it back in and was told to see Victor upon arrival. Once arriving I had found out Victor had called out that day and was left to see Collin. I gave Collin the run down and was told it would be taken care of, they had my truck for over 3 weeks to repair oil leak, I picked up the truck once it was fixed all under warranty and had the truck for 6 months or so, once again was getting ready to do another oil change and found oil leaking in all the same spots (numerous locations : upper pan, lower pan, main seal, and oil filter.) So a new appointment was made and the truck was brought in, I left the truck to sit at the dealership to be looked at for 3 days until I received a call there was no leak and could pick up the truck. I picked up the truck on a rainy day after dark and the parking lot was flooded but I still tried to crawl up underneath to see if there was a leak but it was too dark out and I d have to wait till the following day. On the following day I crawled under the truck to find what seemed like they found the leak and decided to cover it up by smearing sealant across the front of the pan. But I figured I d give it some time and I d be back for a third time. I got home from work today and crawled up under the truck just out of curiosity and once again there is oil EVERYWHERE. If I could swear in this review I probably would have about more times than one can imagine already. I m absolutely disgusted with the level of professionalism and workmanship as I ve already stated and they will most definitely be receiving a call from me tomorrow and if it s not handled in a timely fashion I will be taking my truck to another GM Dealership and I will be reaching out to corporate because this is absolutely pathetic.

From the beginning to the end smooth and seamlless . Mark is a great down to earth guy who truly loves the company he works for and cares about getting you the best deal. We share the same philosophy of lifetime clients instead of one off clients. I recommend him and the entire Sheehan family as a great experience and he made everything so easy by doing all the connecting of devices etc., explaining everything making sure I understood.

This was the best experience I've ever had of any car dealership I've been in. Service was great. My sales person Anthony Laria, was excellent. I went in to look at the new Buick one day and left the following day with my brand new car. David the finance director was awesome as well. All thumbs up totally to Sheehan Dealership!!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. However, my brand new 2023 Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate dies if it sits for more than 5-6 days. Be careful y all! All the technology in these new cars and trucks drains your battery dry if it sits for too long without being driven (which charges the battery). If this information was made available before buying the truck, it would not have purchased!

From the moment Troy answered the phone on 3/18/24 I explained to him exactly what I was looking for. He told me he had one on the showroom floor. I told him I was on my way it was 45 minutes before they closed. Troy greeted us as we were walking up to the building with such a big smile and a firm handshake. We knew from that handshake and smile we were in great hands. A man of integrity. Troy did not rush my husband and I but took the time to answer our questions (he worked late to assist us). He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle. He mentioned he would follow up with me and he did. I provided my information on Tuesday, Wednesday I pickup up my brand new 2024 Envista Avenir. I was specific it had to be white, sunroof, auto tailgate lift and it is just what I expected. If I could rate my entire experience a thousand stars I would. The professionalism Troy Hardin displayed and his genuine concern about meeting and exceeding my expectations were definitely met. Wednesday when I got there to do the paperwork I dealt with Fred and he was also professional and answered all of the questions my husband and I had. Overall I am so happy I made the call to drive to Lighthouse Point because I am a happy wife driving in a gorgeous car. Let me tell you I am turning heads!!!!!!

I had an excellent service experience at Sheehan Buick/GMC with my GMC Terrain. Nice, clean waiting area. Advisor Andrea and Manager Marc were very professional and polite. They pointed out 2 important vehicle recalls and fixed them at no charge. Good to have maintenance done at a real dealer, I've had bad experiences at the "jiffy lube" type places.

I ve bought 3 vehicles directly from Andrew @ Sheehan GMC over the past 7 years. He always makes it a pleasant/painless experience, gives me more than fair market value on my trade-ins, and always gets me the best financing possible! On the rare occasion, there were hiccup during the buying process, Andrew always did his best to make it right! In summary I don t shop anywhere else then Sheehan GMC!

First off I would like to say I ve had phenomenal service in the past with Buick in Lighthouse Point since I bought my vehicle there in 2022. However, this time I was utterly dissatisfied with the service and circumstance. I brought my vehicle in yesterday the 19th, for the routine maintenance which I had an appointment for and also for them to check my engine, as my check engine light had came on (for reduced engine power). I received the shuttle service, which was amazing and made it to work late but that was okay the driver was very kind. Also the engine repair that they did yesterday the 19th was covered under my warranty, and I received the invoice and all updates from Collin, my advisor as needed. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and they said everything was okay and I drove it home fine. However Today, after putting gas before work my vehicle started stuttering when I started it and it kept turning off. It wouldn t let me drive or reverse and I was stuck at the gas station. I called Collin back and was directed to call GM roadside assistance for tow truck and they were phenomenal with the service and timeliness. I also asked Collin if I would be able to get a rental car if this is a major issue for my car and was told over the phone that I could be set up with the enterprise across the street. Once I arrived to the dealership, a diagnostic test was performed, and my advisor stated that this was a different issue that would Not be covered on the warranty and I would have to pay three to $400 out of pocket. I was frustrated about this given that I just got my vehicle repaired yesterday and found it ironic how today a brand new issue arises in a different system that s not covered. Despite that Collin still made the effort to try to get it covered which I appreciated. They called the shuttle service for me after I waited 30 minutes thinking I would be taken straight to work only to be told I had to wait again because there were others waiting and going the opposite way. So I took an Uber to work and wasted 30 minutes waiting for Shuttle when I should ve been told I was going to wait again. It was unfair having to worry about this at work when I m dealing with patients, then contacted in the middle of my workday to be told that all the efforts failed and it would not be covered under my warranty and that I had to pay $300 out of pocket. I asked for some time to think about the situation, then receive the call back from my advisor in less than 10 minutes stating there was an extended warranty that he didn t notice and they fully covered the cost. I hate to say I felt almost taken advantaged of a little bit, as I almost paid $300 for something that was covered under my extended warranty, which wasn t realized until the last second when I was in utter disappointment. I was able to safely pick up my vehicle today thankfully. I really hope I have no more issues like this occur and not have to be back tomorrow with another system issue. I hope that everything was thoroughly examined and looked at to avoid any mistakes or the circumstance like this to happen again.

Mark, Fred, and Mike in GMC truck sales are the best. This is now the third truck I bought with Mark and every time it s an even better experience than the last. He s super knowledgeable and can answer any question with great enthusiasm. I highly recommend everyone to see mark for there GMC needs. Because of him I will only be buying my trucks for my business through Sheehan GMC.

I had my GMC AC Compressor replaced at Sheehan GMC Buick 8 months later the AC was blowing hot air. I brought the vehicle back to Sheehan waited 6 hours & was told we recharged your system we couldn t find the leak so bring it back when it blows hot again, Wow! 5 months later it s hot again I made an appointment for 7/30 am. The service advisor tells me I can t wait I have to leave it could take a day just to find the problem . AC problems take at most 2 hours to diagnose I then spoke to the Service manager who repeated the all day to find a AC leak. What a horrible dealership to do business with. Won t touch another GM product after this.

This is the best dealership I have ever dealt with. I just purchased my 4th car from them. I wouldn't go anyplace else. They go above and beyond to get you in to the car you want. My salesman Anthony Lauria is the best. They also have one of the best service departments.

My husband negotiated a price over the phone for a Buick Encore GX in December. When we arrived at the dealership, we were told that the price was $1400 more because of "options". After long negotitions, we agreed to split the difference. When we started filling out the paperwork and were about to write a check to purchase the car, we realized that the "options" weren't useful and didn't want to pay for them and left. The next day, the manager called me and even agreed that the "options" weren't worth paying for but that the dealership would only cut $800 off of this fee.My family has leased and bought several Encores within the few last years. This was the worst car shopping experience I have ever had. I'm still trying to figure out what the "Sheehan difference" is.I would not recommend buying a car there.
