I live in NY and there was a car here that looked really nice. This place is very close to the airport so it wouldn't have been much to fly down, uber over there and drive my new care home to NY. I spoke with Owen and told him what I wanted to do. I asked to make sure the car would be exactly what I wanted in order to do something like this. He took lots of additional photos, sent them to me and in the end we both determined that it wasn't the car for me. Or at least to do that sort of purchase. If I had lived in the area I would have jumped on it, but I could probably find similar shape vehicles locally I could try before buying. So I have give them an A plus for putting the customer before the sale. If I ever see something on their lot I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again. Super honest folks.

This was a very enjoyable car buying experience. I found the car on eBay Motors and Eddie was excellent about providing me with with pictures and video and answering all of the questions that I had regarding the car. The car was an excellent value and was exactly what he promised over the phone and via video. When it came to shipping the car, it was shipped on time and was covered for the entire trip. Overall excellent value and I could not have asked for a better experience.

Recently purchased a 2015 VW Beetle that arrived almost three weeks after the purchase and was suppose to have all recalls performed however the only recall needed remains open and not done and the vehicle leaks oil all over the driveway and can't be driven because it has no plates and no temporary tag required to drive the vehicle. The salesperson has ignored all requests to address any of these issues after many texts and emails to the salesperson, Eddie. I've requested several times the contact info for the owner and Eddie ignores this request as well. I want this Dealer to either reimburse for all repairs related to the oil leak not disclosed or I want a full refund of the $8,850 paid and for Dealer to pick up the vehicle after refund is received.

I decided with hesitation to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My previous experiences with similar used car dealers has not been positive. This dealer was excellent and kept their word before, during and after the sale. I highly recommend Exceed Auto Brokers.

Drove over from Port St Lucie to look at a BMW 328i. The car was in better condition than expected, especially given the low price. I purchased the car and the experience was much better than what I have experienced at larger dealerships. Thank you Guys

Best sales person we met. The car was at the lot ready for us to test, they were not pushy or sales-y at all. Eddie was very fair and honest. He also recommended a mobile locksmith for new keys who was also great. Any issues I had with the car or questions they were happy to answer. Really didn t expect that when I went car shopping. I will check out their lot when I upgrade.

Purchased a 2005 Honda Element via Trade in, Marcelo was great made the whole process painless. I took the vehicle in to my local Honda service center, for a diagnostic afterward and was advised the vehicle is in great shape and just needs routine maintenance. I am very happy with the service I received.

I Purchased a 2013 VW cc 2.0 T at the end of May. I could not be more pleased with the car or with my experience at Exceed. I worked with Eddie and he is an absolute professional. From our initial meeting through the purchase process he went above and beyond preparing the car and addressing the minor concerns I had with minor issuesI felt confident when we left the lot that I was in a solid used car that was not going to cost me any problems. I would highly recommend Exceed to anyone who is looking for a high-quality used car. It s obvious that they pick their cars carefully and they do their best to prepare them for sale.

Do not buy from here. I was lied to about several different issues and told by a certified mechanic and this vehicle should have never been listed for sale. They covered up major issues that will cost more than the car is worth. Should have been scrapped not sold to a 16 year old kid. Good to know you are selling dangerous vehicles that shouldn't be on the road.

Sold me a car after promising to fix 3 problems in the car, Dominic even put the 3 items in the bill of sale. After contacting him several times to schedule time with his mechanic, finally went for an appointment and he said the mechanic is not available and we have to reschedule.Also the check engine light came after 3 days of buying the car!Don t be confused with how shiny and clean the car looks they do this stuff to hide many major issues.I left this honest review and the owner called me Nasty!!! Again don t be deceived by how shiny and clean the car looks, the check engine light came on on the Mercedes I bought from him few days after I bought it and it s costing me a lot to fix.

I have been looking for cars around south Florida and I wasn't able to find a good deal anywhere until I found Exceed Auto Brokers website, it was pretty easy to get in touch with them. I end up buying a rare Porsche that I always wanted. Everyone helped me with the paperwork and everything went pretty smooth to get the car to my name. I refer them to anyone that is looking for a reliable car

I would say the customer service was great. When I was able to get in contact with them after multiple attempts they did follow through with requests. The reason I am giving 2 stars because of the multiple issues I have un-covered from purchasing a 2012 SLK 250 from them. This car is a beautiful disaster! I urge anyone who purchased a car from them to attend with a mechanic and ask for detailed walk through video. Here is a brief list of the issues:1. Replace brakes and rotors- the car came with aftermarket breaks that squealed2. Check engine light, ABS light, and Car safety light came on- these repairs are still in process. So far they have detected sensors that need to be replaced and an oil leak3. interior repairs- the glove box leather has separated, the center console storage is broken, the radio knob is broken, there was piece broken and missing on the car after the convertible is let down and they could be a potential leak from the rooftop seal!Overall I wish I would had not purchased this car!

I give a first rate experience for recently purchasing a 2006 Cadillac SRX with low mileage from Exceed Auto Brokers.Dominic went out of his way and opened his shop on a late Sunday afternoon to show my husband the car. Who does that now a days!Final price was exactly as negotiated with no last minute surprises and got 4 new tires included in the deal.Communication was clear at all times and delivery of the car was timely and as promised.My car is shiny and clean and Dominic was upfront about all the issues pertaining to our car.If you are looking to buy a vehicle in the near future, pay Exceed Auto Brokers a visit, you will be glad you did.

Buyer BEWARE! Update on my review from last year. The car is now done for. Non stop repairs and now it s just done. Do not buy from Eddie!!!!!! He s a liar and a scam artist.

He sold me a car with a cracked motor! Then I tried to contact him and no response! This guy ripped me off. I bought a car for 10,900 from him and I get it and it has a cracked motor. I contact him several times and no response. Stay away from this place! Your taking a huge gamble and unfortunately I trusted him and got a lemon! I hope this will help anyone curious from buying from him in the future. I ll be calling the BBB tomorrow!

I went there for a car for my wife I let him know I was in need of safe reliable car for my wife and kids....He told me about a mini van he was purchasing to come back in 3 days..Called me 2 days later....one owner vw Rotana 09 with 81,386 miles....it was perfect....wife and kids loved it....I did not have all the cash...he let pay a small amount in 30 days....very grateful for eddie...owner...in a world where nobody cares...thanks exceed Auto brokers..

BUYER BEWARE We saw that they had great reviews on eBay and felt comfort Purchasing a 2001 Volvo from them. The car arrived in November 2021 with a broken off door handle, broken seat belt (unscrewed under the seat) electrical taped roof rack and a list of undisclosed issues. Eddie assured us that he would send a new door handle which never arrived. I have messaged him many times with no response. My fianc� has also contacted him. The car has so many issues we can t use it without having to sink a ton of money in to it. So I m just out $5700 that took me nearly half a year to save for a new car. They are untrustworthy and shady. Do not buy from them. You will regret it.

I purchased a 05 infinity g35 . I smelled oil and Dominic the owner said I will fix it and rear window motor. I just got a call he just got the parts. Done.good guy good place.

Sell cars at a higher price because of there hiding imperfections with detailing glaze. Stuff wears off after a couple rains. Beware
