If I could give them NO STARS I WOULD!!! They put wrong size tires on my car knew that they did and yet told me that if I wanted to put the right size tires I had to buy brand new ones and give you the worst used tires I ve had to come back three times because one tire completely blew down to the rim and the other one gave me with a bubble and the third tire has a chunk missing from it and I haven t had these tires on for a whole month. They replaced the one that blew but wouldn t replace the one with the bubble which they then blamed me for. Had to buy another tire for the one with the bubble.Lastly their customer service is terrible they don t like to be acknowledged for their mistakes quote Not me I don t own the shop even though I didn t ask them. Even then they over charge for used tires WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TIRE SHOP TO ANYBODY!!!( I know used tires can possibly come with problems but this is unacceptable three tires and Money spent later I still have to buy tires for the car. For the time being will have to deal).

Went here for YEARS until I was just treated and talked to like garbage. The mechanic claims to be the manager. I have my doubts. He was VERY unprofessional!! Funny how every time I m there prices and policies change. They will NOT get mine or my families business again. Went down to the other Zoom location off of Gunnery and was treated great! I WOULD AVOID THE LOCATION ON GRETCHEN!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Especially the new guy!

I've been going for years and their tire prices are some of the best that you will find. There is one guy who has been there for years and he has come in clutch for my vehicles several times. They're usually really quick and they will help you anyway they can. They've helped me out several times.

Don t go here they are thieves! They sold me a bad tire I purchased on the 27th of November . It s the 4th 1 week later they are telling me they can t do anything about it . There is a bubble in the damn tire and she s telling me there is nothing they can do about it $51 for a bad tire!!!! A lot of places don t do you like this stay away from these people !!!!

I came in to replace a bad tire. Oscar & his employees were beyond great. Customer service was amazing & prices were fair. I was well taken care of the same day & was well informed on the service provided. I highly recommend this tire shop w/ confidence.

Came here last minute when I got a flat.. They also pointed out a nail in my tire. They took good care of me & the tire was cheap. 10/10 recommend. I will be back for other services

Called to speak with an owner. Literally, all I said was Hi, is there an owner available - the young woman who answered the phone said no, do you need a tire? I responded, no - I don t need a tire and she shouted okay, bye! - super unprofessional, as I was going to come in for a different service. Totally changed my mind given the conversation. Customer service matters - even over the phone.

I've purchased many used tires over the years. I don't really expect great customer service, just a good deal on used tires. I've used Zoom a couple of times, and they always surprise me. Great and quick service, never had a problem with the tires and a fantastic price. Today was no different. I got 2 almost new tires with an alignment for less than Firestone would charge for just a single tire. As long as they have what I need, I'll keep coming back.

Horrible experience. Bought 2 tires and was charged for valve stem replacement.Extremely unprofessional. Proceed at your own risk. Ill tempered technicians, long wait as you watch them talk.I came here a few years back and had a great experience. Its a shame.

I had a screw in my tire that was causing a slow leak. I came in and the tech found it quickly. I was back on the road 10 minutes with a plugged tire!

Got a screw in my tire in the middle of my shift as a delivery driver. My coworker recommended this place, I called them, and even though they were about to close they didn't turn me away. I got there and not only were they super friendly, wasted no time at all, but they also made a point to save me money instead of making me get a new tire. I even said I had no problem getting a new one! The guy that runs it was like no, don't waste your money, I can fix it and it will last you at least a few more months.5 minutes and 10 dollars later my car is fixed and I'm headed back to work. What a GREAT and HONEST crew. Forever going to be coming back here for all tire needs.

They are affordable,fast and great service. The manager Johnathan was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. I plan to go back for all of my tire and alignment needs. Its not often you find a place you can feel secure in knowing they care about you as a customer and not just try to sell you something.

These guys are quick and honest HARD workers. My tire blow out on my van (just one). I shopped around and a friend recommended zoom. I called- someone friendly and helpful answered. Told me how to find my tire size, placed me on hold and went and looked to see if he had my size in stock. He then returned and said yes and I could get one as cheap as $35 installed! I sent my husband because I assumed he was going to try to hustle me (because I m a female getting my car fixed) BUT NOPE- he gave us some good quality tires for excellent price and my husband was shocked. This was his text to me These guys are quick and they stay busy. It s a small place but they re really quick and they take everyone that comes in. Paid $35 for the tire +3 dollars to dispose of the old tire. The tire they put on doesn t look that bad. I m satisfied! We will be returning.

they always take good care of me AND they have the best prices in town. i was a Roberts girl for years, but I'll never go anywhere else for a used tire bc unlike Roberts/leals, I've NEVER gotten a bad tire at Zoom.the manager Johnathan knows his stuff & is always very helpful. 10/10 will keep going back

I called in yesterday to see if they had my size tire they said yes come on in. I didn't have time to go in but when in early the next morning. At arrival the guy helped out quickly and my tire was placed within 5 minutes well job guys. I would recommend this shop to anyone I know.

These employees are the BEST! HANDS DOWN the BEST prices on warranted used tired. I just saved my daughter 50% on her used tire. Starting at $30 mounted and balanced. All I can say is that they provide great personal service.

Needed 4 used tires for a car I don't have to drive too much and this place was super quick and easy to go to! They did inform me I needed an alignment on my car and did give an explaination that it was extremely needed.

Quick easy pleasant employees. Bought tires at Wal-Mart they quoted 5 hour wait. Bought n took to zoom tires all 4 put on took off old less than 30 minutes. Recommended them highly
