I would recommend this is the best mechanic in Lehigh Acres. I was having trouble finding a place that could fix my car door handle. Quincy and his team were professional, fast, and polite. Prices were as reasonable as you can get now a days. Definitely coming back. Great job!

Showed up with a flat tire, and they were very polite and friendly from the gentleman up from to the workers in the back. Amazing experience will be coming back to this location whenever I need something

I had to replace all four tires quickly due to a family emergency out of state. The staff was understanding and made it happen so quickly. I ve been here before for service. They are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend this location.

Brought my truck in to have a nail removed from a tire. They didn't even charge me...I will go back there next time I need tires!

So I called this place and set up an appointment one week ahead of time to have my air-conditioning looked at on my car. Showed up at 9 AM for my appointment and sat there for an hour and a half. Decided I would just leave. Why are you set up an appointment for 9 AM if they re not even gonna look at my car within an hour and a half? Usually when I set an appointment with someone they re ready to see me around that time. I specifically told them that I didn t want to have to sit around and wait. if they would have been upfront with me to begin with and told me that I would be better off leaving the car there for the day that would ve been better than telling me I have an appointment at 9 AM. I m sure most people tolerate this but I have better things to do than sit around for hours on end waiting for a company like this to look at my car. Took my car to another mechanic and they diagnosed it on the spot.

I have been to this Tire Choice twice in the past year. Both times it was spur of the moment, no appointment. If there was one person who deserves recognition on both accounts, it's Xavier! He has amazing customer service, is so kind, and very knowledgeable. Xavier, thank you for all that you do!

My husband ordered wheel alignment and his car is still shaking, it was a bad work. The worst was that it has warranty, he got his car to Tire choice with appointment (8:00am) for check and the person in charge told him that he couldn't do anything and also the technician comes at 10:00. He paid $260 for the service and he lost his money.

Well I shared a review about my experience a few weeks ago entailing how the manager at this location ripped me off on a repair, accepted responsibility, and never refunded a dime. We even received a check in the mail which they later CANCELLED. In summary there excuse for this after months with no reply was simply there was no proof they did it so they won t be accepting responsibility and for the damages and drivability after a pricey repair they re using my original reason it was brought to their shop to blame ME, a pothole. As I . before STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP, the manager called out his own technicians in front of me about the sloppy work they ve done. They ve had me talk to multiple corporate folks to rectify the situation that don t answer or change there decisions.. Very upset about this treatment hopefully this brings enough awareness and no one else deals with it.Sure I ll be back to post again with another update. I m in the business myself and understand mistakes but at this point it s about accountability. This was very unprofessional and they didn t even offer to cover the specific part they messed up (Steering knuckle). Had to pay double and extra cause of this incident and they re treating this as if I m incompetent and they did proper work then I tried to scam them.. Learned my lesson, it s there turn.

I came in needing a tire badly after not finding one all day, they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes and the girls at the front desk are so sweet! Keep up the good work. I will not be going anywhere else in the future the customer service makes it worth the extra money instead of used tires!

Went there because had a slow leak in tire. It had a nail in it that they said they couldn't repair. It looked like they could to me but they are the supposed experts. I was pressed for time so I purchased a tire. A $90 tire turned into $160 by the time they added mounting and other fees. When I got home I looked at the tire and saw that my wheel was filthy. I had just washed it a couple of days ago. I should've looked before I left and I would have made them clean it. After changing over $30 just for mounting you would have thought they would have at least cleaned it when they got done. I learned my lesson, I won't go back.

I made an appointment days ahead of time. I have been waiting 3 and a half hours for an oil change and two tires. It s like being held hostage. I m irate!

Do not come here. No cameras and I went through their insurance etc after I noticed a crack in my windshield after a simple oil change. Since I don't have 100% proof they won't cover it since anything could've happened. Sad that a simple oil change resulted in a cracked windshield.

A couple of months ago after Hurricane Ian I hit a nasty pothole. I mistakingly had my car brought here on word of the tow truck driver. Unfortunately this was one of the only shops open at the time but this wasn t my first experience here. They did a small repair in the past and forgot to tighten something down which caused me drivability issues.. On this occasion the bill was much bigger and I hesitated but agreed when the manager reassured me they would order parts from the dealer and got confirmation from my insurance to begin the work. 2 weeks later they finally reach out to tell me my car has been sitting at their shop untouched.. The same manager tells me they re waiting for payment even tho my adjustor already told them to start the work (I ve never had to pay before work is completed) After returning to the shop with payment my car was ready 2 weeks later.. Upon driving for the first time I immediately noticed the steering was off and took it back the next day to speak with the same manager. I explain the issue and emphasize I have a long distance for work but he explains to me he won t able to test drive it but he believes it s just a bent rim . Reluctantly I continue on to the highway and experienced a severe pull that could have caused a accident. I brung it to the dealer and they explain to me that Tire Choice was responsible for damaging multiple steering components after hammering in the steering knuckle. I made the manager at this location aware of this and after promising a reimbursement which I have yet to receive, I contact them a week later and get told the case was moved to corporate. 2 weeks ago I spoke to someone from corporate who said they would mail a check and this was also never received. Liars and thieves wouldn t trust my vehicle in their care again.

BEST SERVICE IN TOWN!!Had an emergency Tire issue and spoke with "Que", tall AfricanAmerican gentleman who gave exceptional service, was kind, and a cool cat. I wasnt aware how nice their facility is, the customer waiting room/lobby are clean, inviting, and the equipment is top notch, THANK YOU

I originally decided on my tires and made an appointment online which made things very easy. However, when I got to my appointment they did not have the tires that I wanted. I compliment them for all the work they did to make sure that I was happy. They searched all around for the tires that I wanted and when they were unable to locate them anywhere he began looking for comprable alternatives. After discussing the pros and cons of several different tires and comparing them to what I needed as far as tread style and performance in the tire he was able to suggest a great alternative. In the process he was also able to save me some money compared to my original choice. I'm extremely happy with the tires and the service that I received. The previous set of tires on my vehicle were also from a tire choice although a different store. I received similar customer experience at the other store as well. Of the many different tire stores that I have utilized over the past years Tire Choice has been by far the best customer experience I've had. I would highly recommend Tire Choice to all of my friends.

They did a great job! Shout out to Morgan for the great service. Morgan was very knowledgeable about the air conditioner compressor for my BMW X5, he made sure he was ordering the proper part using his knowledge based on previous jobs he had with BMWs, I like the fact that they have a certified BMW tech on their site so it made things easier. They were able to perform the replacement job faster than the BMW dealer as well, it took them around 3 and a half hours instead of the 5 to 6 hours the dealer quoted. They also helped me save $ since their labor is way lower than the dealership as well. Thanks so much Morgan for the personalized service, he wasn't there when I went back but he had everything ready and let the manager know I was coming over at the time we agreed.

Got my brakes done, and previously an oil change. Excellent prices and amazing customer service! Tire Choice goes above and beyond for their clients. I am please to have them so close by, loyal customer. The manager Robert assures that all customers are serviced well and ensures that customers are aware of any issues with the car. Him and his team have shown me fast with good quality service.

This place is amazing. I went in all stressed out with spare tire on my car and a flat tire in my trunk. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They took my car right in and everything took about 20 minutes. They plugged my tire and put it back on my car and charged me absolutely nothing! They were awesome, I really appreciate you guys!Thank you!!

Used this place a couple months back when we needed a tire patched. This time we needed to purchase tires and get an alignment. Called on a Saturday morning and got a price for tire installation and were able to fit us right in. We dropped off the truck for tires and it was ready in a couple hours. Spoke with Jason and he was great. He was able to apply a discount for the wheel alignment. Would use this place again for tire issues and will be back.
