Total scam. Don't even let them put air in your tire. They lowball the estimate (Geico)so you can't take it anyplace else and then claim they can't do the work.

They haven't finished the work on my Lexus, but they provide text updates and have worked very fast so far. A lot of communication, which is great to know what is going on with your vehicle and I asked them to do an extra job and they rolled with it with a great attitude. So far, highly recommended, good people.

My car was made new again and they provided regular text updates and even finished before their estimated date. Also my girlfriend left her beats in my car, was worried they'd be stolen and when I picked the car up they were set on top my center console. The technician who did my car is no thief, that's for sure.

I came in to service King looking for some help. I met Tiffany at the front door and she was fantastic. She answered all of my questions and helped me. I am impressed at the level of professionalism and good nature of this shop. I would highly recommend them for anyone who needs auto body work completed.

I took my Escape in for repairs after being hit in the rear. Javier and the whole staff were wonderful. Friendly, knowledgeable, and the car was ready a day earlier than expected. Can't go wrong with Crash Champions!

Hit a deer on the way to work about two weeks ago today. Called my insurance same day (the general) and was referred to service king by my girlfriend's mother. Boy I'm glad I came here. Next day they grabbed the car. Totaled about 4000 in damage. And today I picked up my ride ready to rip. They even pulled a few extra strings for me on a mirror issue I had. I included 2 pics from before and 1 from today picking it up. All around I'm satisfied with the work and my car looks as if i never hit a thing. I would most certainly do business here again as I also got prompt text message updates of where they were at on my car. I recommend these guys if your looking for a quick job done right with kind words and a fight for you attitude.- ps thank you tons MATT if your reading this. I appreciate you man.

I was side swipped and my passenger side was mangled. A couple days after the collision my check engine light came on. I finally take my car in to get repaired and explain that my check engine light is on and Geico knows about it. They repair the damage to the doors and the bumpers and clear the engine code. When they are done with the repairs they tell me the code is nothing major and have a good day. Two days later my engine light comes back on and I call Geico and explain the job is not finished. Geico tells me to go back and have my car looked at again. I take my car BACK in and they run diagnostic in front of me this time because I'm adamant. After running the diagnostic the lady scrolls through and says she will be right back. She comes back and tells me to take my car to a mechanic because all they do is body work. My question was how is a body shop going to tell me my engine is fine then tell me to take my car to a mechanic. If all you do is body work never say anything about the engine if you do not know. But they tell me all is fine and have a good day as they handed me my keys saying everything is fine when it wasn't. Highly unprofessional and will tell everyone about this experience.Service: Body & Trim

Stopped in for an estimate since I've used them a few times in the past and always had excellent service. However this time I got turned away and was told they aren't accepting cash customers. Only insurance clients. I'm guessing cause insurance pays out the ridiculous estimates that they charge them. The manager just sat there with a stone face and wouldn't even come out to talk to me. Richard I believe. Place was a thousand times better when Kevin was there. How do you turn away an established client , who's paying cash??? And then to be referred to a bogus back door body shop in ft myers that's not even legit? Alot of shadiness going on here. I'll take my business elsewhere.

After being rear ended and geico setting up our repairs through Service King, I couldn t be happier. They are professional, communicative and responsive. The girls in the front (Tiffany and Jamie) are so friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was perfect and kept me company while I waited for my repair. My car is now beyond perfection and I m so excited. Thank you again to the whole team at Service King for the excellent customer service!

Amazing customer service! They have now helped me twice- once when I needed a repair after hitting a raccoon and again to clean up the mess that their other store in downtown Tampa created. They are kind and have a sense of urgency that shows they want to get you in and out with quality repairs so you can move forward with your life! THANK YOU! If I ever need a repair I will come here 100% of the time!!!

Customer service and communication over the repair process is horrible. I'm unfortunately dealing with them over an insurance claim. After having my vehicle for two weeks they couldn't come up with an estimate until their management was contacted by Geico directly. Even then their estimates on repair time vary wildly, someone tells you 10 days, someone else says 3 weeks.

***STAY AWAY*** They have been attempting to "fix" a thermostat issue since March, it is now the end of July and the vehicle is still not repaired. There is delays and then there is incompetence. Just admit you can't do the job and are trying to scam insurance money for issues you are not capable of fixing in the first place. I refuse to bring ANY vehicle to this location.

I dropped my car off and they were waiting for me with a rental car and a few papers to sign and I was on my way home within 20 minutes. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable and they're there to take care of you. Very pleased to be using them.

Bought a car from a friend back in November. This company was supposed to fix a bumper for us. They had told us that the bumper was ordered back on November. The told the owner that the bumper was being ordered from China and that it would be delayed until January. Called the repair shop today to find out when the bumper would be available. Keep in mind they already have a check from the insurance company. Spoke to a very rude woman Tiffany that told me she would hang up on me unless I spoke to her like she was the costumer that was irate. Tiffany informed me that although they had a check for the the repair since November they have yet to order the bumper. I asked to speak to the manager who was a guy named Rob. I asked Rob if we could please order the bumper since they had the check since they November? Rob told me that they had the claim under the last owner and that I couldn't authorize the repair. I told him that would have the old owner can them. I tried telling Rob about Tiffany's fragility but he wanted to tell me how I sounded frustrated. I asked if he wouldn't be frustrated considering the situation? He said absolutely. And then he tried to justify why she acted like the frustrated customer. Can't wait to call corporate and tell them how these two people represent their company.

Great experience! I'm a firm believer the person answering the phone can bring in or drive away customers. The receptionist was warm and friendly not only in her tone but when I arrived as well. Repairs were done very quickly and I was able to get my car back in the same day I dropped it off. The repairs were wonderful and the whole process was professionally handled. Staff were very personable and kind.One thing that you may need to watch out for is how long it takes them to process your payment. It took them about 6 weeks to process mine. Make sure you're prepared for that as it was a shock to me.

I know I was in the right place at Service King. Why I say this is because when I pulled up I was greeted by a customer service representative who addressed me by my name which I did not know who she were and that's the way to start because she is on point of her customers who supposed to be there at that time that made me feel some kind of way. VERY SPECIAL . EVERYTHING WAS SO EASY AND WHAT'S GOING WITH THE PAPERWORK WHICH WAS MY FIRST TIME HAVING TO GO THROUGH THIS AND SHE TOOK ME STEP THROUGH STEP AND I APPRECIATE TIFFANY SHE'S A ANGEL AND I GIVE HER FIVE PLUS STARS ... 10/10 from start to finish.Anyone I talked to was super nice and helpful. The job was done perfectly. On top of that, they went above and beyond my expectations. Not only was my car very clean inside and out(from them cleaning it, it was a mess on drop off) but it looks brand new again and you wouldn't know it was ever hit. I highly recommend these guys.

Bad communication between service techs and reps, told us multiple times it'd be ready tomorrow and multiple tomorrow's came and went... Missed a few things on the repair too... But their work was good enough, they'd be a 4-5 star place if they fixed their communication issues.

Very pleased with Service King In all ways! The front desk is VERY covid cautious but not losing any customer support. The work completed on my SUV was well above my expectations, I have my beautiful Blue baby back again.I also had a problem that thought might have been related (it was not) but they took care of me even so!! Repaired our car much quicker than we expected. Our car had less than 7,000 miles before the accident. Made it look like new again. Very nice and professional staff. We would definitely recommend Service King!

Honestly, i would recommend them 100%! My Wife was involved in an accident, I went on their website and set the appointment. And the car got there same day. Next day by mid day the quote was done and insurance was notified. Two thumbs up.

In late December I was parked at my bank and when I came out I found that someone had run their vehicle into the passenger side door and left the scene. The car is only a year old and in great condition. I made a police report and contacted my insurance company regarding the damage to the door. I was apprehensive as to who I was going to choose to repair the damage. Nationwide told me that I could choose where ever I wanted to repair the damage. They recommended I choose Service King Collision in Lehigh Acres. I Took my car to Service King Collision. The personnel that I delt with there were friendly and made me feel comfortable with the choice. My chief concerns were that the repair would return this car to a new look again. The repair was excellent. There is no trace of damage and the color match was perfect. Great shop to do business with. At all times during my interaction with their staff I felt that they wanted me to be completely satisfied on completion of the repair.

The service may be good. But a personally had a TERRIBLE experience with the branch of Lehigh Acres. The general manager was so rude at the first contact when i was just trying to hep him to get the VIN number of my vehicle. I would definitely not take my car to this place again.
