Not sure about this place. Apparently the guy couldn't get my lug nut on correctly. And now it looks like the little thread thing is stripped.I spoke to the mechanic who admitted. He didn't know why the lugnat wouldn't go all the way in properly, I showed him the lug nut will no longer go in can be removed by hand and that the tip of the threaded piece was snapped. They said they will order the two pieces and fix my car when they have an opportunity, so we'll adjust accordingly if this is managed correctly**final updateThey were able to get the stud and lug nut replaced today, took a little time with the holiday season and all and one piece wasnt ordered. Overall have to say not to bad, issues happen and they did get the issue resolved for me.

Solid overall. They sell decent quality tires for a fair price. You can probably find cheaper, but overall this place is solid. The main issue you may face tends to be waiting, being cut in line, and overall poor communication. Once your vehicle is being worked on, things tend to be very quick and seamless. The tires that I have gotten from here tend to last. Not as good as new, but good enough.

The atmosphere is comfortable, prices are fair and staff is very nice. I bought 4 new tires which were installed pretty quickly. I also ordered an extra rim and tire. It took about 2 weeks for the rim to come in which I feel is fairly decent timing.

Last week I brought my car in because the rear tire had a small nail in it. Today I noticed that the valve cap was missing. But, more importantly, the tire was over inflated. I have to give them a one star review because an over inflated tire can blow and could cause a car accident with my kids in the car. In addition, I was quoted a price for a set of new tires. I was planning to come back in the spring to have a new set put on, but not anymore. I hope the lug nut were properly put on. I will be checking them with my torque wrench.

I ve been coming here for 3 years for any tire issues. (4 different cars- usually because of nails stuck in tires). Each time, my problems are resolved in less than an hour at very affordable prices. The mechanics and receptionist are always courteous and friendly.

Vanessa is a real gem. It was 6:15 pm and they were really busy. However she empathized with my situation and allowed me to visit the shop and get 2 used tires installed. She was actually directing customers in the parking lot.The shop is very neat and tidy...Good selection if rims and tires. Air conditioned and super clean waiting room...Definitely a 5 star establishment.

I hate to leave bad reviews but when it comes down to a shop making life threatening decisions something has to be said. I purchased two used tires for my Jeep Gladiator. They were just over two years old and had a pretty good tread life. I noticed before I left they had not torqued my lugs and they overfilled my tires. I drove 11 miles and parked the jeep overnight. When I woke up both tires were flat. After days of back and fourth and taking time away from work I finally got back into the shop and they found holes in the sidewalls and I noticed one even appears to have a plug in it. It wasn t even 24 hours and just moved into a gated community where I haven t met many people yet, one hole was in the wheel well and the other on the outside. They took no responsibility and were arguing the whole time acting more like children than business. Despite knowing the tires were incredibly dangerous to drive on they made the decision to put them back on the vehicle. Again the lugs were not torqued and I caught them on video smash my rim with the socket. The front rims are now obviously more damaged than the rear. I signed no disclaimer and did not tell them to do this. They did not even fill my tires back up.If you want to keep your family, yourself, and others on the road safe please do not go here. What they ve done was absolutely negligent and they were doing this to other vehicles in the shop as well. I m still waiting to resolve this issue with the shop. In the meantime I ve bought an entire new set of rims and tires from elsewhere and noted the lug nuts took between 170-205 ft pounds to remove. This could have caused my aluminium spacers to fail causing a wheel to fall off while driving.

The shop is very neat and tidy...Good selection if rims and tires. Air conditioned and super clean waiting room...Definitely a 5 star establishment. Vanessa is a real gem.

I strongly advise against making any purchases from Leal s Tire and Custom Wheels. I bought a single tire from them, and it barely lasted a month with no warranty provided. If you re in the market for a used tire, this is definitely not the place to consider. I cannot emphasize this enough please steer clear. It feels like a complete scam, as they failed to disclose that the tire wouldn t even last for more than 30 days.

I took my car here to get some tires put on that I'd purchased elsewhere.My front tires were pretty gone but the rears were good so I took those home with me, yet when I went to pay my bill they tried to charge me for disposing of 4 tires.Now for the dangerous part. I noticed immediately that these tires felt super different (VERY light steering) I chalked it up to them being new and a different brand to what I had on there before. Then my TPMS light came on so I pulled over to look for a flat. Hmmmm, no flat. I went to grab my tire gauge just to make sure. Guess what? ALL of the tires were set to 55psi!!!! No wonder the steering felt super light. Do you people have any idea how dangerous that is?For added insult to injury, they took my 3/4 of my stainless steel valve caps.Don't take your car here. Just don't.

This guy Isaac was amazing , He got me in and out in 15 minutes I went to another place first and they kept me waiting for 20 minutes. only to tell me they didn t have my size. I was out of Leals in 15 min Kudos Isaac your the best you have my business I still need 3 tires I ll be back

Beware of this place!!! They ll fill up your tire with air act like they fix it then when you come back they ll try to charge you for a whole new tire and said the repair wasn t guaranteed. I originally bought the tires there it took me 4 trips back and forth to finally get some tires that weren t damaged. Don t buy any used tires from these people.

i honestly hate to leave bad reviews, but they charged me 300 to swap some rims on my tires & all the tps sensors are on the wrong wheels so the tire pressure isnt reading correctly, not only that but none of the wheels were balanced correctly. after spending 300 i had to go to another shop so that they could fix these mistakes & i didnt get any money back, don t really care about the money just be weary coming here as they do a sloppy job.

The lady in the office was nice .But the guy that fixed my tire has a really nasty additude . I dont know what happend to all the older employees that used to be there but that new young one needs to go. He knows what he did wrong and then got an additude when I called him out with his bull..... I always tip but this time he didnt get nothing cause if it wasnt for me seeing what he did I would have left with another problem... I will not go back there .. and then when I tell my neighbor about it he shows me how they bent his new rim and it was the same guy..Losing business for sure..

Great experience and great prices. They had me in an hour and 20 minutes. They are definitely my go to tire shop from here on out. The lady in the office was knowledgeable and polite and the guys working on my car. We re very helpful. Five stars.

Went in a pinch for a tire emergency. They had me in and out, no problem. And... They did not kill my wallet. The staff here very friendly and helpful. They even speak Spanish!I keep going back!

I was just there this morning to mount 8 tires on 8 rims and the rims I brought are very expensive. The crew at Leal tire took very good care of me and were really careful with my brand new truck and wheels. They did an amazing job. Can't say it was really cheap but who would want a cheap job on real expensive car and wheels. Great guys. I'll keep going back.

Came here to get a used tire they only had one was able to order 4 new ones and it came this morning. I didn't have to wait long either. If you want someone that is honest and friendly this is the place to go. I would recommend this place to everyone that I come in contact with. Very satisfied with my new tires!

Too many people coming all at once the owner is too desperate for money does not care about people waiting prior to others coming in with spare tires too fix. They need to wait in line just like everyone else. The technician also saw my truck they were dragging their feet not to finish up the car ahead of us just to not have to do it. Bad management and organizational skills. We left.
