Philip and his crew are absolutely amazing. Fast and friendly service. They went above and beyond showing my eight year old son, the ins and outs of oil changes. In fact, they made us feel like family and I can t say enough good things about this experience. This full-time single mom of four thanks you from the bottom of her heart.

Negative stars seem to not being an option....WARNING!!!! My grandmother went in for an oil change SOBs told her her turn signals were out and it would be 125 and hour because they have to remove the grill....she brought it to me and they removed the bulbs....shame on you .....how would your mother feel.....so please people be careful don't get scammed

I don t usually write reviews, but the GM team has come through for me recently, and I thought it s appropriate to write this one. Phillip & the entire team were happy to help, and always with a smile. I usually take my vehicles to the dealership for regular maintenance, but will now be considering GM for my future needs. Thank you all.

This was a very busy day, but did receive good service. The only complaint is with the newer vehicles you know it takes more than it once did. I would rather you change the cost instead of adding an additional 8.99 for a quart of oil. That isn t the cost at auto stores and it s not taking the technician any more time to add a quart of oil.Service: Oil change

Been going to Grease Monkey on Lee Blvd for all my engine needs for 5+ years now. Great team, once they have you in the bay it's a quick 10. 15 min. Pricing gnis fair, service is always good.

Won't be going back. I went to get my oil changed 3 times and my husband noticed my tires were bad. They never rotated my tires I had called to ask if thats something thats included when a oil change is done since it's always been done at other places when I would get my oil changed. When she told me they charge extra I asked if the techs even bother to look at that and recommend to get them rotated even if I need to pay she said "not all techs are great its hard to get them to do there job so if you get a good one he will let you know" had to get new tires since they never rotated them spent over $200 just for that. Won't be going back or referring anymore people. Now I gotta find a new place!

The personnel working at this grease monkey are always so considerate of your problems so helpful and solving any problems and so professional while still being very very nice. This is the only place I go for my oil changes.

I had a great experience at grease monkey today. The young man that drove my car out to me( didn t catch his name) but he explained to me about my filter and offered me windshield wipers. He was so polite and helpful to me. Heather was also, awesome she explained in detail my receipt and she made sure my email was correct. Thank you.Service: Oil change

Normally would get 5 stars from me but, I must have caught them in a slump. Seems the boys were averaging about 30 minutes per car instead of the usual 15 - 20. Longest wait time I have ever had at the one I always go to.

This place has turned into a druggie hangout and all the employees are chainsmoking. I miss Steve and Tiffany working here. They were professional. The employees all act like they on drugs. The guy holding the clip board taking my milage could not even stand up and was tripping over his feet. I have a balding tire so the guy putting air into it said he could not put air into it. So the other tires are filled more than that one. Really bad service I will not ever come back.

They charged me for changing filters and never did it. If it wasn't for the glove boxes falling down I would of never knowThey did fix problem whe we went back up there. This wasn't the first time. They also had a oil filter ussue

Went to grease monkey for a tire patch on Saturday 11/18 the young guy that helped me great customer service also made sure all my tires had enough air before I left it was fast and the ladies in the office very friendly. I would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I am a mechanic, and for the price of oil and the trouble of disposing of the old oil, the value of just having someone else do this basic maintenance is well worth the extra $20!

Gave them a $15 off coupon and then lady said I was also getting 10% off first responder....and paid the bill. When I got home there were NO discounts applied.

I went for an oil change to my suv the 2nd change that I did with my suv they told me that there was a problem that I could not do the oil change had q make an arrangement I really did not understand much because previously nothing had happened....well I accepted the gentleman who attended me told me that the job cost $89 plus the cost of the oil change.... when I went to pay they charged me $189 for the repair...this is a horror I am very clear that he told me $89 not $189.... they are thieves they take advantage of hispanic customers I will never return there....

Greeted with a smile, friendly, and speedy service. A little pricy. However, you get what you pay for. Service at Wally World is awful, and you pay the same.I am a new customer and am now a repeat customer.Highly recommend them!!!!

Left smudges on my car after oil change, was charged for oil filter when i asked them not to replace. Last time they shorted my engine 3 qrts of oil confusing one car with the other. Will not be returning.

Careful with this location!!!!!.They charge for service, that does not get done.Very unprofessional.Check your oil cap , that it has been replaced correctly!!!POOR SERVICE.
