I have received good services when Joe the owner was there before he retired. I had the worst experience since The owner left. The lady and the guy that s in the office are horrible. I been waiting on parts for four months they supposedly order. They always give me the same excuses they haven t heard from the parts dealer from the east cost of town. Which I know is all lies seems they never order the parts at all. Services is horrible hate to write a review but I had to. Went with who the insurance insisted to repair my 2019! Range Rover. Horrible service staff always has an attitude.

OMG!! They have rescued meOff the road twice Jayden and his dad are the best!! So grateful we have honest dependable reliable business in our town. And they are reasonably priced. Cliff is awesome wanted to just change my tire for nothing!! I wouldn t let him. God knows good mechanics are hard to find. Love them!!

Super nice people. If you are ever in a wreck, they will come get your car and fix it right. Guaranteed. This is a family owned business and they will treat you like one of the family. Dont hesitate to talk work Sherry or Joe.

My ac stopped working.I got an estimate of almost $1000 dollars for an ac compressor, but it so happens all I needed was Freon and my ac is working fine. They also said that was a special and he would honor the deal for 30 days only and he proceed to say make sure who does the job doesn t use Chinese parts! Needles to say my compressor works fine.

I really appreciate this shop giving me an estimate--when I didn't have an appointment. (All the other shops in the area were booked up for months after hurricane Ian.) I just wanted to find out if my car was worth it, but being an older car, my insurance company just totaled it. I wasn't able to use the shop, but I will in the future if I need one. Thanks Expert Auto Body!

I was simply trying to get my car towed as I ran into some engine trouble. My mechanic requested a picture of the vehicle when it got on the tow truck, simply for liability reason as I was not able to be there when the car was being picked up. Expert Towing claimed that this was "suspicious" and my mechanic claimed that they were very rude over the phone when they called to clarify. I've towed probably every car I owned at one point or another and have never ever heard of this being "suspicious," especially after the situation was clarified. As a matter of fact I've had drivers voluntarily send me pictures of the car on arrival, after getting it loaded, and after drop off without me even asking. They eventually cancelled the request after 2 hours of waiting without letting me know. Super unprofessional service I advise going a different route if you need your car towed.

Expert towing towed one of our work trucks they are always priced very fair and do a great job . We took a truck there recently Feb 24th for a very minor repair for paint the price was over two times the price of two other quotes we have received we will no longer be doing business with these guys . I guess the owner Joe has retired who used to be in there because I have brought multiple cars there throughout the years also had multiple friends get their cars repaired recently there from accidents but now I will refer people on to these other shops who are actually reasonable with their pricing. There qoute was $850 I believe the other 2 quotes where $330 and $368 so definitely don't trust there estimate.

2018 Tundra My truck needed a new panel in the bed and a complete paint makeover after hurricane. My wife picked it up and my head blew when I saw it after work. The truck looks like it just rolled out of the dealer brand new! Amazing work. Amazing service and they were reasonably quick when you consider all the holidays and nationwide staffing issue. I got into a wreck in Lehigh Acres and they were the only body shop within my 5 mile radius of free towing.Sherry is wonderful. A gem even. It s nice that local business owners like this exist. I was expecting to be treated like I was wasting their time, bc in Chicago, that s just how it is at some places. I received empathy, and prompt responses. Thanks again for everything

I see this company has a few 5 star reviews so this is my story. We bought a vehicle from the insurance company they had done the towing for. When we picked up the vehicle they were told to put the old bumper inside the vehicle. They Did Not. So I had to run back (100 Miles) to get the bumper. Then after fixing and painting the bumper it was the wrong Bumper. Someone there is either incompetent or mad at us for taking a vehicle they believed they were going to fix themselves and resell. Either way I would never trust them.Service: Painting

Thank you Joe and Company. Could not had a better experience. I read some of these reviews and couldn't believe them. This goes to show some folks don't understand that there is a wait for good work. I received my vehicle back when promised and it far exceeded my expectations. Priced Right and had a wonderful experience. I WILL BE BACK!ThanksMy wife said it looked better than the day she got it from the dealer. She also thanks you.

Great company ! Local owned and family service . They do great work . My car was wrecked and had to be towed while I was taken to the hospital. The driver was nice and very helpful. His name was Dave . He was trying to keep me calm while I was trying to get my stuff out of my passenger seat before I headed to the hospital . They did an amazing job fixing my car . I highly recommend them .

Had to call to get a tow tonight through my insurance, we were sent Junior to tow our car. Professional, polite, early and so understanding. So nice on the phone when the insurance sent him to the wrong place. I would choose them 100% of the time. Junior was a great guy!

Had my front bumper and passenger front fender of my Camaro needed to be repainted. Awesome price, friendly folks, told me it would be done in 3 days, and it was done in 3 days. The quality of the paint is absolutely beautiful, matches the factory paint 100%Thank you so much!

I have used them for years they've been honest and they do excellent work they're the best in Lehigh maybe even Fort Myers I've never tried Fort Myers but you can't beat them here and Lehigh their excellent I love expert Auto

I dont understand how this body shop has great reviews. My car was in an accident, the front bumper was gone, the front headlight and my grill was gone too. I took it here to get it repaired. Horrible decision! None of the parts put on my car are authentic, there are gaps by my door and fender. The bumper is still hanging even after I paid another $400 to get a new headlight, which was claimed to have been the problem causing the bumper to hang based on the company's professional assumption. I regret doing business with this company..They scratched all the parts being put on while they put them on too. When I expressed how unhappy I was with the quality of their work they the owner had the the audacity to say, " I can take it apart and put it how you had it and then you wont have to pay." I am a very patient and understanding person however, I expected quality work, this business has been around for a while and you would expect the quality of work to be efficient. Do not throw away $3,000 of you money like I did here, go to auto collision up the block even if they will cost $1000 more. I am screwed with my fianced car now. I cant even trade it in because it's not worth the retail price with these parts put on my vechical and the poor service it received from this company. I didn't even recieve any recipe's and the lady at the front desk had told me it wasn't an appropriate time to tell her she was charging me $12 more then the price j was expected to pay. I wish good for all but it may be time for this company to hang up their hat. I even met the guy that worked on my car he couldn't have shown he cared less then he did when I was asking questions and showing concern. "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IT WILL BE A TOTAL LOSS"

Update:. Once they got there, they were true professionals. Thank you. Much of the problem (although not all of it) was Geico s fault.Previous review:. Will update my review after receiving the tow, if i don't die waiting on it. Told them I'm broke down IN the roadway and have a 2 and 4 year old with me. They said they'd try to expedite. Next thing i got was a text message adding a half hour to the ETA. 70+ minutes so far

Well I took my truck there for repairs after an accident because a friend recommended.To make the story short When I went to pick the truck, it was a mess, the check engine light was on, the high bean did not worked and did not show on the dash board, the lights was not properly align, the bumper was not replaced or even aligned and I can go on and on and I have the truck here at home to prove it?I usually do not make any reviews but I felt I needed to do it in this case because my really bad experience and since it is the the only body shop in the area?

Got a tow with them thru gico and as soon as the guy got here he had a issue very unprofessional and hooked to the truck at the rack and pinion causing damage to my steering when we arrived at the drop off location I asked if he can pull up some he refused and left the truck in the middle of the road leaving me to push it to when I needed it very unprofessional

I brought my car here after I was rear ended. After they had my car for entire month it still wasn't fixed properly. They cut my parking break cable. Broke among other things as well. Worst part is they never test drove my car afterwards because if they did they would have known it was fish tailing after hitting minor groves in the road ALSO 1 minute after picking up my car the exhaust fell off!!!! . I called and spoke with Sherry who didn't seem to care about any of my concerns . Any real mechanical shops guarantee their work. And would offer you to bring your car back to look at it again. After I called the insurance company & explained the situation, they said things weren't adding up and eventually called me to bring the car back to them!! I was hesitate , who wants to bring your car back to a place where they were rude?!? They tried to say the tires were bad upfront which is the reason of the fish tailing (eyeroll) . I had to bring it to a real body shop who figured out all the issues. Turns out my car was a totaled out. The entire suspension was a lost. Please do your research before bringing your car to be fixed here !! This was just my experience

Junior with Expert Towing was amazing, he really went above and beyond to help me in my time of need. He even fixed the lock on my trunk which needed to be screwed back in. The best tow tech I have ever met. I hope he is there to save me if I ever get stuck again!

He went above and beyond to help us with a dent after an accident. It was a breath of fresh air after dealing with the other guys insurance company. Definitly recommend! Kind, curtious, friendly staff, and clean and cozy waiting area (with coffee I might add!) Thank you so much for going out of your way for me as a walk in. :)

I was told that the tow truck would be there in 45 minutes or less. After about an hour of waiting I called and was told that the driver was on the way. Shortly after that the driver called and said that he had another car to pick up and would be there in about 20 minutes, he asked was this ok but at this point I had no choice. When the drive got there he was very pleasant but then took me to the wrong firestone location because it was closer and told his company and my insurance company that I requested to be taken to this location. Because of me being taken to the wrong location, I was not eligible for the discount that my insurance company told me that I would receive. If you use this company please ask questions because I'm sure if they lied about this then I would hate to deal with them in a more costly situation.
