Thank you Ron! for all you did for us in 2022 when we were first setting off on our very first RV trip to Canada. I wish you were still in business now so you could do another inspection of our Rig. You are by far the most honest and professional RV service I have found to date. Because of you we have been able to make two successful trips up north. Thank you! And hope all is well.

Radiator Help: We broke down on the side of overpass on I-75 in Fort Myers Florida in our 40' RV and towed car at 11am with radiator fluid draining on the ground. We immediately contacted our "nationwide roadside assistance insurance" company and after waiting 3 hours for them to get back to us about getting help, we decided to start started calling local shops handling roadside repairs and were provided with the name of Big Rig Mobile. When I called their number, I had to leave a message but received a call back within 5 minutes from the owner. He was direct and honest with the possible outcomes and the things he could handle on the road. He was there in 25 minutes, mostly due to the fact that he had to travel south on the interstate in order to go northbound to get to us. Within 10 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem (broken hose clamp) and began the repair on the side of the road. We were able to be on the road within an hour. Ron recommended that as soon as we got home, that we have the radiator flushed and the rest of the hoses and clamps checked due to the conditions he saw. He was clearly knowledgeable about RVs, courteous and respectful. I also added his company to my contact list in my cell phone for future reference as we reside in Fort Myers during the winter and will use him for mechanical issues with the RV in the future.

I called because we were leaving for our trip in our motor home to the Keys in a few days, we had no brake lights or no cruise control. Ron called us back the same day and said he would be out the next morning, and assured me over the phone he would take care of this problem. Sure enough he showed up on time in a very professional manner, and within 15 minutes found the problem! Mice had eaten though wiring under the hood that controls brake lights and cruise control, he quickly fixed all the wires tested everything and gave me great advice so it could be avoided in the future!His price was fair, I even tipped him ! I had an issue with a front wheel oil seal leak and only discovered it once we arrived at our destination. One of the maintenance personnel recommended Big Rig Mobile Truck Srevice to me and gave me their phone number. Ron was quick to respond when I called him. He also knew exactly what the problem was with my coach. Ron and his assistant Cyndi were very knowledgeable, meticulous and reasonable. I was very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone.

Ron is a great guy and did some amazing work getting my RV up and running again! My '07 Winnebago Tour TD40 had an air leak in the Air pressure/coolant temp/oil temp gauge. Ron and Cindy with Big Rig are good at communicating their arrival times and even after the first gauge proved faulty, they got a replacement and had the repair done the next day.I love the Big Rig folks. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A real pleasant surprise in an industry plagued by so many firms who fall short of the mark.

Ron and his associate Patrick worked on my Class A motor home. They are true professionals in every aspect of service for these vehicles. This time they worked on the engine air dryer, compressor and a stabilizer. Great work on time, in budget and at my storage facility. Ron communicated with me the whole time so that I got confidence of the process. Additionally and this is important my extended warranty company worked with him well so that I gained as much coverage as possible. I would highly recommend Big Rigs always.

We had a recurring issue with an audible alarm and dropout of gauges on our 2008 Fleetwood Discovery and had just spent 2K at Freightliner dealer before heading to Florida for winter. Worst trip with alarm coming on and driving 3 weeks to get down here. Decided to call Ron (Big Rig owner) and got immediate call back and set up appointment. He was very professional and courteous and spent several hours diagnosing and felt like fuel gauge was defective and picked one up and replaced the next day. Ron is the most honest and fair tech we have ever worked with spending the last 5 years full time on the road. He is definitely the go to guy in Southwest Florida and we can t thank him enough and strongly endorse his work to anyone needing a true professional !Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was having issues with my dashboard A/C in my motorhome. Because I live full-time in my coach with animal, I couldn't take it to someone. This company was the only one that gave me a good response. Other companies don't work in SWFL until Nov. He worked way longer than I expected and didn't give up until he found the problem. Thank you Ron for being so helpful.Service: Air conditioning

Don't even call anyone else. Thrilled to find a professional mobile RV tech! We had our oil and filter changed and generator serviced. It s not easy to find a mobile RV repair service that will address anything related to the power train. This service came to diagnose and repair a coolant leak on my Cummins. They were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I would utilize them again and I would recommend him to others.

This was an RV service call on a diesel bus. The mechanics arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem efficiently. They also identified a few other issues that would have caused immense grief if not stranding us on the next trip. We bought an old 95 Fleetwood Southwind. Ron and Patrick were able to diagnose and fix more than a few issues in a very reasonable time frame and were fair in the pricing. I will be using their service's again if needed.. We are grateful for Big Rig Mobile Repair.

Very knowledgeable know what they are doing. Had a hard time finding anyone to work on the rear a/c in our bus. They came out and had it up and working in 1 1/2 hours.
