Kind of a older store with a lot of old dusty merchandise on the shelves. I'm sure the stuff works fine but with a much newer autozone literally a rock throwing distance away why wouldn't you go there instead? Not to mention today I witnessed the same item at both stores, $9 at autozone and $12 at advanced discount auto parts. Autozone a much better choice.

Bought a $300 Car Battery that ended up being the wrong one. Tried to return it Brand-new was not told that they don't allow returns. Now I'm stuck with it and have no use for it.

Juan was awesome! He took great care of my car while replacing my battery. I also saved about $75. If we had more people like Juan, the world would be a better place.

Advance Auto Parts stores have always been very helpful to me. Most employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They also have specialty tools to loan. They can also get most parts that they don't carry within an hour.

Good clean store staff was ok when I asked for a tail bulb he looked it up told me the number and said look over there would have been helpful if he could have helped me locate the bulb instead of just pointing at the aisle, it was in

It seems like your workers don't want to work anymore. Went in there a lil while ago with my father who's in his 80s and I'm missing a leg. Tried to get a code from the check engine light. The employee came out to the car...looked in then went back inside and handed my father the reader and told him to get the reading by himself. So I told him to give it back to her and go next door to AutoZone. We did and they had no problem getting the code and giving us a read out. I will never go back there again. I've been a customermore than 10 years. Your customer service has gotten worse and worse throughout the years. What happened to just giving the pickle. I guess you never heard that story...the result is the same...loss of a customer

I am a high school teacher, so when I went to go home after a long day of education, I was greeted by a not-working car. After a kind co-worker helped me, I made�it to Advance Discount Auto Parts on Joel Blvd. And yesterday,�I experienced excellent customer service, promptness, professionalism, and work ethic at Advance Discount Auto Parts.��I needed a new battery. Erica, Brandon, and Juan deserve recognition for their excellent customer assistance and explanation of the service performed. Needless to say, I am happy and appreciate�the assistance. Thank you. Thank you, Thank you :) Totally recommend this store.

I really would give the store a much higher rating had it not been for the extremely rude associate Erica C. She was rude from the very beginning. Not asking if any of the customers, including myself if we needed any help.I called ahead and spoke to a younger gentleman who was extremely helpful and friendly. Quite frankly, the opposite of Erica. He found the part for me and even went to make sure it was there.I made my way in and right of the bat she was highly upset when she had to come to the register to help out with the line of customers. She was openly and clearly annoyed and did not want to be there.I gave her the exact part number and she could not find it. Which only made her even more annoyed. The younger gentleman was the one who stepped in and found it. She kept telling me what it was called, as if I gave her the wrong information after giving her the part number.After cashing out, she tossed my receipt to me and walked off. Which is when the younger gentleman saw that I bought items that were on promotion! Not once did she even mention it!The store itself is pretty nice and the younger guy that helped me was perfect! She s definitely made me think twice before going back there. But if I do, I will not be dealing with her again.

Had the parts I needed, one was not expected to be in stock. But they that part the very next day. People are always helpful! They will even put (small things ie: wipers) items on, or check your check engine light and advises you what is wrong. A+

This place has saved my butt a couple of times. Not just me either, my family too. I've never had a problem with the staff. They even fixed my bike in a pinch. Not just an automotive store apparently. Only complaint is they need a bigger selection of certain items, but the place isn't that big so it's understandable.

Rico was amazing! Would refuse to take any more than a Thank you and some good compliments. He was extremely diligent and helpful! Thank you guys so much! Very nice on a day where car troubles were awful.

My some ordered a part day ago said it would be in the next dayBeen calling all day and went to store not in on first delivery. Went again after second delivery. They said it would be on the delivery. Came there, helping person that came in after us. They all acting like they were looking for it. Said it's lost! Can't find it.All this time and now

Everytime I go in they have a huge line and 2 cashier's working. There's no one available to help you look for parts unless you wait in line to speak with a cashier. They also had some locktite listed for 8 bucks it rang up as 22 and they refused to acknowledge that it had been put in the wrong place. Unless you know exactly what you need and you don't mind waiting 15 to 20 minutes in line to check out or order your parts then this place should be avoided.

Spanish female cashier on Sat 4/6 charged me a deposit on an acct that isn't mines for an item I was purchasing. I later was unable to return the item for a refund at another location since it wasn't on my receipt. Everyone should make sure to check their receipts in case any items need to be returned. (Be aware of where your $ is going)

Go next door to Auto ZoneI needed a battery and they was awesome... Dillan and Kaine next door at AutoZone offered to put it in for me as well. Good value as well as 5 star customer service.I usually go to Advance Auto However; I went there yesterday and the gentleman told me that a professional. would have to install it. I said you guys have installed it before...The guy then said, referring to the younger guy working.If he wants too he can ...But Im not...!However : he wasnt able to disconnect my battery and replied."Im on the clock ..I dont have time to do this".and said he would have to charge me a core fee. I replied no Ill return it because I have no-one to put it in for me. He responded there is no returns on batterys ... I said I havent even left the parking lot!When I go back in the store -the guy who refused to change my battery, tried to give me a core fee. And I told him I wasnt charged a core fee. Because he wasnt able to disconnect my battery. He looked at my reciept and said you have now... I dont recommend discount Auto. The people here are much more polite and professional....@Auto Zone ask for Dillan or Kaine they are professional and Knowledgeable.

What a rude place I am understanding of being busy but take 5 seconds to look up and acknowledge the 5 people that came in within 2 minutes of each other eye contact and saying I ll be with you when I canThe guy didn t even look or ask to see who was in line first after he fumbled aimlessly threw receipts while babbling to himselfI will never come here again

The team that works there is absolutely amazing wonderful knowledgeable staff I can't say it enough things great about this place they were able to help me with every single issue I've ever had with a truck that I inherited and had no clue about amazing people great prices very helpful definitely a go-to place
