Vegas was a wonderful salesman. We called at 4pm to make sure the car we were interested in was still available as we live 2 hours away. He stayed late and was extremely helpful and not at all pushy or aggressive! He was upbeat, positive and went and got answers for any questions he didn t know the answer to. (We didn t buy a Subaru.) The finance guy was an absolute delight to work with and really got us where we needed to be without up selling or being overbearing. (Chef s kiss, gem of a human.)The beautiful woman handling the warranty, car registration and final paperwork was extremely knowledgeable and friendly!! The deal we got on this vehicle was well worth the drive! Their pleasant and professional staff hands down made this the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. At no point did we feel held hostage or trapped. 10/10 would absolutely buy from them again! Thank you all again for such a quick, easy and hassle free purchase!

Jason and Walter in service were truly phenomenal! We had a mutual customer that was having problems with their Subaru while out of town. Walter stepped up and made everything easy in a tough situation. This is a great service department with a great staff. Highly recommend!

Best experience buying a car I have ever had. Dalton helped us buy a used car for my wife and take out jeep in on trade. They gave us a great deal on both vehicles and were super helpful and frienly. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a quality cars with quality help.

Terrific support from Stacy Waldroff! She kept me updated as the work on my Outback proceeded. Of course the mechanics did a terrific job on my car. This is my go to place for my Subaru!

Went in for a regular oil change. Staff was kind. I really appreciated how there was no upselling and my special requests were met with no issues. The best part of the experience was receiving a document reviewing the vehicle inspection along with a video.Definitely would recommend. The only minor thing I will mention was the cleanup of oil around the filter was mediocre, but that's a five second clean.Thank you, Villages Subaru for taking care of my Subie for me!

I pre-ordered a vehicle two months ago. Let me tell you how it went.Usually I find it awkward dealing with purchasing vehicles from dealerships, the salesmen, the upselling pressures, the general annoyances with trying to get a vehicle while not being taken advantage of.From the moment we got on the lot, my husband and I were greeted by a friendly face (William). He made sure that we knew he would be available while we browse. When it was ready to test drive, everything went smoothly. There was never pressure to purchase. What a relief! We wanted a 2023 which was not yet available on the website to design and build. That wasn't an issue. We used a 2022 model for the design and build and got the ball rolling. We were never upsold on the model or accessories. Since the vehicle was not even online, we were warned that it would take a while before we could drive it home.It was crickets for a while from subaru but what should I expect, the vehicle hasn't been built, there's no delivery scheduled. We received a call once the vehicle VIN number was available, and Victor provided the date the car was being built and when to expect it on the lot.The day of pickup was so smooth. I never felt hassled or annoyed. The financial advisors were easy to work with, fair (yes- Fair!) and kind. I didn't even know financial advisors could be this wonderful! The salesman (Victor) was knowledgeable and willing to spend time going over all the new features. He even made sure to get some information together before we arrived to reduce our time at the dealership for paperwork. And even when signing the lienholder agreements and going over warranty options...no one stepped out of place to encourage me to spend more money. The FO, salesman, just everyone was just willing to give me information and let me choose what I wanted. It was not stressful at all. I definitely felt like Subaru family.I ended up getting an extended warranty thanks to Adam providing a great discussion for the pros and cons of leaving without it. The warranty was affordable and will end up bringing us a piece of mind as we enjoy this new Ascent. Thank you to everyone at Bill Bryan for being friendly, communicative and easy to work with...this experience would have been a nightmare anywhere else.

As I said in other post I am vehicle shopping. I looked at several. Really did like the forester 2917 with 16,000 miles. But when I said I was waiting 2 weeks they became pushy. Too pushy. After research found out great vehicle however parts start becoming obsolete at 10 years. So why spend almost $34,000 on used when I can get new. When I spoke with ken he replied well if you want a lesser vehicle, did not like I said their closer guy was rude and pushy. Plus Subaru is not even top rated vehicles.

Buyer beware.Use caution dealing with this dealership!!!!1) added $2,495 to the sale price for Village Advantage. WHAT????The sales manager told us the dealership needs to make a profit. No it's a way to inflate the price well over high retail.2) added $799 for windshield protection. I have insurance for that. Cost me $50 a windshield.3) added $799 for appearance protection. I have purchased many cars in my 60 years and have never heard of such a thing.4) doc fees were $1198. That is $300 to $600 more than most dealerships. Most dealerships will waive this charge but not Village Subaru. It's just another way to inflate the price you pay.5) low balled my trade-in by $5,000 compared to other dealerships on a straight out Buy. Carvana will buy it for $6900 more. By Kelley Blue Book our trade with worth $2000 more then the vehicle we were buying. Village Subaru wanted nearly $14,000 plus our trade.6) The sales manager is a liar. Told us this vehicle would sell easily for $28,000 plus fees at any other dealership.Used caution. They believe most people are stupid.****UPDATE: without negotiations the vehicle was sent to auction and transferred to a Honda dealership in Tampa where we purchased it. Village Subaru wanted nearly $14,000 plus our trade. We ended up paying $5500 plus our trade for a total purchase price of $26,100 out the door. A savings of $8,500.Used caution buying from this dealership****

Awful dealership. They tried to sell me a 2016 car for 22k and refused to take their Villages Subaru Advantage fee off of the price because they had already provided the service . What was the service? They washed and detailed the car, put nitrogen in the tires and did all of the other typical services that any dealership does when they get a new car on their lot. I ended up buying a 2021 model car at another dealership for less than what they tried to sell this 2016 to me for. Then they called me a few weeks later to ask if I was still interested in buying from them.

Terrible company. They treated my son very poorly. After returning the car, the finance company failed to respond to messages regarding the refund we were owed. This situation is causing us numerous problems. Undoubtedly, they don't deserve any stars.

Rebecca is NOT a salesperson. Does more damage to the company than good. I assume and know times are tough in car sales, I get it. BUT COME ON- Cookie cutter sales training and VERY predictable, makes ya cringe and NOT want to buy anything from here just because of that. I can't understand how someone can seem so desperate for a sale and cocky at the same time. Ego-check is needed. Using the training AND real world experience with people might help. And to add, I'm a easy going / understanding person AND wanted the vehicle, there are others though! It's just too much to deal with at the moment listening to the inexperienced fake nonsense. Plenty vehicles pick from these days. Hopefully the pressure isn't coming from the top!

I will begin by saying that I have never had a bad experience at any SUBARU dealer. My OUTBACK XT has been serviced in North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Florida. What prompts me to submit a review is that this dealership, VILLAGES SUBARU, is not good .. it is EXCEPTIONAL. The SERVICE DEPT provides an outstanding customer experience. See you guys at the 60K service!

My 1st interaction with this dealership was a big red flag they couldn't be bothered to return my call to schedule a warranty repair on my 2020 Outback.so I ended up going to Ocala Subaru for the repair. I've been looking at trading my car in on a different Subaru only to read the fine print here at Villages Subaru plan on a minimum of roughly $4100 in additional dealer fees before tax. the 2020 forester I was looking at would have ended up being like $31,000 out the door quite a ways removed from the $24,999 advertized. I'll be buying my next car elsewhere.

Terrible sales experience. I bought the car, but only because of the availability here. Old school, dishonest, high pressure sales tactics are practiced at this dealership. They had the opportunity to make me a customer for life, and instead chose to make a quick buck. The business model here is to take advantage of Villages residents. Go to Ocala and save yourself some time and money. VERY DISHONEST SALES MANAGEMENT STAFF HERE. Sad, really sad. No after sale follow up from the staff. Not even a phone call. Pathetic. I d fire everyone in the sales department here and start over.

I got a flat tire a few yards from the dealership on Saturday afternoon and not expecting to get much help, I was blown away by the service department. They were able to find a replacement tire in no time and saved the day. Thank you guys so much for being friendly, understanding and compassionate.

i communicated w/a salesman about a car at their dealership that I saw on carfax. he said the car was still available and even sent me a 360 video. I told him I know what I want and I'm ready to buy and I live 2 hours away I expected to be there the next afternoon. I said I would be in touch with an ETA. the next day my schedule changed and I was able to get there in the morning. I called him shortly after they opened to advise we were on our way and had the two hour drive, giving him our ETA. as soon as we pulled up, he met us at the front door and asked us to have a seat at a desk without even seeing the car. he was in the manager's office, and came out to say the good news is it's still available, the bad news is it's in our repair shop needing breaks! he went on to say something about making concessions for us... I didn't even hear what he said...I couldn't believe he told us that after our 2-hour drive and I said that to him before we stormed out! as shocking and frustrating as that experience was, I'm sure we dodged a bullet! we went on to look at other dealerships that day but were uncomfortable making a final decision yet...

Absolutely abhorrent customer service just received from the marketing department. Received fictious spam mail from a company impersonating the dealership (return mail address links back to an abandoned shack in the middle of nowhere), so I called the dealership to inform them of this matter, only to be transferred to a representative, Renee, who claimed to "own the company", and immediately gave me an incredibly-nasty, confrontational, aggressive attitude. I called back to alert the receptionist of this, only to be told "She's not the owner, I don't know why she told you that". Well, then not only should she be educated on proper etiquette for customer service, she should be fired for aggressively arguing with a customer. As a paying customer who has been to Villages Subaru, after dealing with such a nasty person at the dealership, I will be looking into alternative dealerships to service my vehicle at, as well as others to make future purchases from.

They ran my credit, took my card information for a deposit to hold the car a couple of days while we coordinated getting out there, and then called me a few hours later to tell me they sold the car out from under me to someone else. Obvious lack of communication within the dealership and just an incredibly horrible customer experience as a result. Apparently I had the less diligent sales person and that s considered a reasonable excuse. Thank you for hurting my credit and having no transparency that you were very actively selling the car to two people at the same time.

I have a 02 Subaru that needed a new clutch and front axels replaced. Since we just moved to the area, and not knowing who to use, I decided to try Villages Subaru. Made an appointment and upon test driving the car and doing a complete inspection they provide me with a repair quote. Took the car in and the technician proved me with regular VIDEO updates on the progress of the repair and even made a recommended an additional repair items he found. For example, While replacing the clutch he noted a small transmission leak around the rear gasket. Since it was easier to do this with the transmission out of the car, I elected to go ahead an fix this item. Again, the technician kept me updated on the progress and an estimated completion date. Overall I was extremely happy with the entire service department, from the service technician to the parts and customer service agents, they all answered by questions and were quick to return my phone calls (Wish I could name names but not sure if that's allowed). I will differently be back in the future. Oh, the car drove like brand new afterwards.

Robert Munroe and Tyler Torres were professional, reliable, and great to work with. They made a diligent effort to locate a vehicle with all the features we were looking for. They were kind and thoughtful to keep us informed during the process. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had. They made my purchase of a Legacy very pleasant. Also, those I met at the dealership were very helpful and knowledgeable. This is my 3rd Subaru, I have found these vehicles to be very safe and reliable, I appreciate that Subaru of America is very customer service oriented. We highly recommend Robert, Tyler and Bill Bryan Subaru for your next car purchase. You won't regret it!

What a great experience I had with Dalton Smith at Bill Bryan Subaru. I had been test driving cars for 4 days and have to tell you, he was by far the most knowledgable sales person I met. I had not really given Subaru a proper look so I decided go over there since I was test driving cars at the Toyota dealership right across the street. What made me buy this car? Dalton! After spending time with him and test driving 3 different models, I felt like I had just taken a course in Subaru 101. He was so knowledgeable on the history of Subaru, the technology, every button in the car and even opened up the hood to show me exactly how the engine sat on the frame. It was so educational that I went home and told my husband, "We have to buy this car!". So the next day we did. I'm super happy with the purchase considering all I now know about the car. Go see Dalton if you want a thorough education on Subaru. He's very good at his job and does not make you feel pressured at all to make a purchase. He's awesome.

We had to take our 2020 Subaru Forester to Bill Bryan since the "check engine light" came on. We had just purchased this used Subaru at a Ford dealership the day before. Everyone in the service department was wonderful. They explained everything where I could understand it. If I could give them 7 stars, I would. They even had a shuttle service to take us home and pick us up late afternoon. They had to work us in since we didn't have an appointment. Thank you to everyone who helped us.
