I needed a set of tires for my SUV. I checked online at Walmart and Amazon and personally went to Pep Boys here in Leesburg. The prices here were lower than all the aforementioned places. Originally I was going to get 2 tires because I had a very good spare and one good tire on my vehicle. Then I decided to get 3 tires. I was told it would be about a 2 hour wait, which I didn't mind at all. After sitting for about 30 minutes I decided to get 4 tires so all the tread patterns would be the same as well as the outside wall on the tire. My current tire Firestone Destination L2 with 60,000 mile estimated wear is no longer made. It's replaced with the L3 and it's 70,000 mile estimated wear. Then I was told the computer said the tires were in stocks but they weren't. They had to send someone to another store to pick them up. So I went home and waited for a call to let me know when the tires were in. When they called I came back, and my vehicle was pulled in immediately. The tires are beautiful. I did keep the 1 good tire as a spare so now I have 2 good backup tires. I also got the road hazard warranty on all 4 tires. It didn't take to long from the time I brought my vehicle back until everything was installed and ready to go. I purchased my last set of tires for my last vehicle from here also. We wanted two front tires on my truck that they had to order. We were given A appointment the next day to put them on. One hour later they still weren't on, and the man at the desk was yelling at customers. We left without the tires.

Mike runs a Tires Plus in Leesburg with a competent team who care about their work! Everything was done expeditiously and my car is back in great shape. I highly recommend the staff here for reasonably priced great service.

Had an appointment was there 1.5 hours for oil change and wheel alignment. Car was worked on for 40 minutes. Watched mechanic put oil plug back in before oil was done of completely draining. Never saw the alignment being done. (I have lifetime alignment) And then tried to sell me 2 of the most expensive tires in the shop. Mgr told me I had Firestone tires on my car when I clearly have 4 Bridgestones. And charged alot for synthetic oil. I won't go back not comfortable trusting them with working on my car.

The service tech was amazing. We were there from out of town. We didn't have an appointment and they were busy but they took the time to help us get back on the road and make my vehicle safe. Above and beyond customer service.

The oil change was very quick and they provided me with a coupon. They also noticed the tread on one of my tires was very worn, so they were able to replace it while I was there.

My Silverado wasn t running right and this place is by my house. I know it a place for tires but I didn t have any other options as I needed to find out what was wrong with my truck. You have a tech working there and her name is Mary she was very professional & tried to help me with my problem. Every business needs people like her kind & willing to help other people & that s what this world needs more of people like her.

Great group of people. I needed to replace a single tire that picked up two nails and could not be repaired. I wanted exactly the same make and model tire. They researched it and found the replacement. I had gone to a discount tire shop the day before and they said they could not replace that tire, but could provide me with a different model. They also for safety reasons recommended that I purchase two tires to put on the back. Thank you tires plus.Service: Tires

This place was able to get my vehicle serviced on 12/23 despite how busy they were. They did inform me it would take all day ahead of time, so no secret there. Upfront and let me know if my vehicles would be done earlier in the day, which they ended up finishing before 5pm. All in all not bad and helped when I needed it.

This place is disgusting, not just the "waiting area" but the mechanics attitude. He was literally whining like a toddler bc I walked in and asked if they had time to replace 2 tires. I honestly was just going to make an appointment but after that I left, went 2 miles up the road to Frank's tires, was treated amazingly, there price was on point and they were busy but got to me very quick. Tire plus will never get my business, and I hope the toddler mechanic reads this, I'm the girl who called you a babyass. NO STARS.
