I had such a wonderful experience Saturday getting my oil changed at this location. I ve never been to a take 5 and usually have had a cold experience elsewhere, but the guys who took care of me were excellent. Immediately got greeted when I drove up, was offered a water twice, the men were attentive, and they also had my vehicles best interest in mind. As a young lady, I also was stunned that they asked me if it was okay to reach into my car or open my door to check my tire pressure. I wouldn t have really cared if they just did so, but they obviously cared to make sure I was comfortable. I also really appreciated at the end that they showed me where to exit so my car would not get scraped, since it s a low vehicle. I will definitely be coming here again for all of my future oil changes! You all were so friendly and helpful.

Their team was great and walked me through what they were doing and what was needing to be done. Very professional and friendly. This is gonna be the only place I take my cars from now on for oil changes and things like that! Anytime they wanted to do anything inside my car they were polite and asked before doing so which was so nice.

People I interacted with there were great. They were having computer issues which resulted in a wait for service but they apologetically informed everyone waiting & even offered us water. I had made an appointment online ahead of time so I had less time to wait than some people but they managed to keep things moving & only 1 car chose to leave rather than wait. They changed my oil & filled my tires, telling me all along what they were doing. One of the guys (I didn't get his name!) even explained why my sensor wasn't working properly. Service was absolutely excellent & I was a very satisfied customer!

Took nearly an hour to get me in and out. There were at least 3 employees possibly 4. Pulled up at 4:37 pm , i was watching the time because i had to be somewhere at 5 pm, and was directed to a bay. All three were full and was told they just showed up. I waited 20 min (4:57 pm) to get in to the bay then another 16 (5:13 pm) before being worked on. 2 or 3 techs were working on one vehicle nearly the whole time i was there, while another just wondered around not seeming to do much when the initial steps to my oil change could have been started. Pulled out of the bay at 5:27 pm. I've use take 5 several times and this has been the worst experience I've had. I heard another customer tell them they couldn't wait any longer and had to go. Not sure what was happening but I've never been more than 15 minutes even when having to wait.

J (friendly and intuitive- actually could tell he wants to help) and Jason(he was okay- just follows instructions but doesn t think outside the box ) according to their computer it said the vehicle had to use a machine to reset interval but J said that s probably not true and so did I think that too so thanks to YouTube figured it out quickly and got it working fast . Simply stated not giving up quickly goes a long way as well as great customer service to J!! Also, I appreciated them being proactive about using my rideshare card.. it really makes $120 oil change worth it.

This guys are amazing. I went in way too early for my oil change. Unbeknownst to me, last time I paid for a premium oil change that had a longer shelf life than normal. Rather than charge me for an unnecessary oil change, they gave me a heads up, topped me off, checked tire pressure and other fluids, and got me on my way in under 10 minutes and for less than $10. Def going back as this level of service and honesty is worthy my loyalty and repeat business.

Best place to go! Love these people! Always take care of me and show me all the filters and top off all my fluids. They re just happy to be there it seems like.

They were very helpful and nice even with there being a lot of cars in need of an oil change. I don t know when they started offering the windshield cleaning but it definitely makes the customer feel appreciated.

Very disappointed in the customer service. I had a manager discount due to poor service the last time I was in for 50% off. They refused to honor that even with me being a longer customer. Now I will have to find somewhere else to get my oil changed. My loyalty is based on a businesses performance not blind loyalty you must earn it every timeFar too many are willing to be mistreated and pay their money to those who miss treat them.

The service here was exceptional.The only reason you didn't receive five stars is because you were understaffed and the people that were working were running ragged. I had a thirty minute wait which I didn't mind because I saw how hard the staff were working. Even with a long line of people they didn't take any shortcuts and provided remarkable service!

Fast oil change & good service. Lance was very helpful and made the process seamless.I didn't get upsold on stuff I didn't need. Showed me my air filter and said it's pretty clean and probably won't need one until next time.I did need new wipers and got those.Will be coming back for my next oil change, thanks.

I have been going to this location for 5 years. Mostly I have had very positive experience even though the people are always different. This time I sat in the bay for 20 minutes before the change was started. Another car waited outside for almost as long. The change was about 10 minutes. I was not offered water or asked about a coupon. I was so happy to be done that I forgot to show my coupon.

They let me know that my last oil change never got changed and that I had 7 quarts of oil that they pulled out and it could ve ruined my engine and I had taken it to a take five in Texas, and I would like to make a complaint against them For what they told me when I went to yesterday in Florida they told me that my car has seized up that they didn t really do the oil change after I paid $111 or something that they never did the job they were supposed to do I appreciate those gentlemen being honest with me and letting me know what was going on. My car is running fabulous now. Them to be praised for what they did, and letting me know and telling me five star Texas could ve ruined my car

I m a regular at take 5 and I always have a good experience but yesterday was the absolute best. I don t remember the employees name but he was very good and I really appreciated his hospitality. I really enjoyed the experience. Thank You

They are honest and always friendly.I have gone in 2 times the past 2 months and instead of charging me for an oil change. They said I still had another 1000 miles before. I needed to bring my car back in for an oil change. Thank you for your honesty. And always my cold bottled water.

I ve been going to Take Five for the past few years and will never go anywhere else. The service is great, the employees are always very pleasant and friendly! Highly recommend them oh did I mention they have really good coupons too!!!!!

Take 5 is great! Nathan answered my questions & explained everything to before hand, without me even having to get out. They then quickly serviced my vehicle with a smile. Was in&out in like 15-20mins Will definitely return.

The so called 5 minute oil change was 45 minutes. The cost was substantially higher than Valvoline even with the veterans discount. What I really didn t like was the fact that my car was washed that morning. The heavy set sweaty guy who doesn t know how to was a windshield left his sweaty impression on both sides of my SUV. Had to take the car back to the car wash. I was also upsold. They said Ford called for full synthetic. Right in the engine compartment it clearly said use synthetic blend.

We did have to wait about a half hour before they got to us but once they got to us it didn't take all that long. The only thing I would have liked is for the staff to have a friendly smile. They were very friendly, just didn't seem to be happy with the job. They did greet us and asked us if we would like some bottled water while we wait. We'll go back.

I go to Take Five in Leesburg to get my oil changed all the time. Every time I have been there they treat us so well. They go out of their way to help me out with deals and other things that I may need for my car .

Technicians waved me in as soon as I pulled into parking lot, informed me of everything being done, upsale wasn t aggressive, showed me replacement filters to ensure they were changed. Overall both guys were knowledgeable and very friendly.

After looking at receipt showing the list of things the workers had done, I realized 90% of them weren't don't. Such as check the tires, the air pressure, the air filter: normal things that in the past, other employees have come to me to give me an update. That never took place. They were more interested in getting me out asap

Takes a bit longer than 5 minutes but the staff here is knowledgeable, professional, fast, sincere and dont push me to unnecessary stuff. Now when needed they are real and appotheeir honesty.
