It's never a good thing when you needing tires. Everithing started with a flat away from home. Mrs. Jennifer and the shop guys understood the situation with out much explanation and as a result I am super pleased with the whole experience at this shop. They went out of their way to help me out. Besides I ended up installing 4 awesome tires!! No install fees!! Life time rotation, the whole nine yards.Super recommended!!!

Bought wheels and tires for my truck , actually didn t need new wheels or tires after sales guy Trey gave me his honest opinion on my tires. Said I had atleast another 15k left on my tread. Unfortunately for me though they had a nice set sitting on display that fit my truck. So I just decided to upgrade and by them. After install and driving home my tire pressure sensor came on. I called shop and they took me right back in, GM there was awesome, he couldn t seem to find the issue on the sensor and why it wasn t working , so instead he changed all my sensors. Which fixed the issue. No additional cost. I would recommend these guys for sure. Very nice people and straight forward. Hard to find these days at any business.!!

Customer service was absolutely wonderful. I dealt with Jennifer as a representative for (RNR) And I tell you what I won't deal with anyone else. She is the best at what she does. And how she does it. I've had multiple business with you guys. Just a little over six years ago. And to have the same representative again with the same customer service means everything. I highly recommend you guys to multiple people. I even have a friend that came to you guys. For service and even he loves it.Thank you guys so much for what you do.

I came in at around 3pm and i have been help right away and while i was signing the papers they took my car right back and i only waited a short time . Jennifer gave excellent customer service! They are fast and efficient too! I recommend this place for renting tires! Thanks RNR for getting me an affordable price a week on my tires

Jennifer was amazing 5 star customer service usually doesn't exit anymore. She found me a great price for tires & made an appointment for early the next morning.Even if the price of tires was alittle more than others I still would have gone do to above average customer service.I arrived a half hour early & they took me within 15 minutes later. The guys there where extremely friendly & the showroom & outside were very clean. I highly recommend.

Went there for the first time to have my wrangler done. Excellent customer service!Ryan was great, very professional, the store was set up beautifully and very clean.Fair prices on a great selection of wheels and tires, had me rolling in 2 hours.Thanks guys I ll be back with another car!

Stopped by to have my tires checked. Trey and the manager Ryan were very helpful! They were honest and let me know my tires weren't ready to be replaced yet. Would definitely come back when I need tires!

I have never felt so relief and happy with my tires and wheels. The staff is very helpful and very nice. Every staff there was also knowledgeable about what wheels would fit on the my vehicle. They help me all from the start till the end. I am very happy with my vehicle.Update: I just recently had to replaced one of my tires due to a piece of metal on the side wall of the tire. Called RNR and they didn't have my size tire, but they ordered one and came in quickly. I went over and they replace my tire with no problem. The staff as always very helpful and let me know the info of what service I received from them. I never had any problems with the RNR shop. I would recommend them again!!!!!

If I can add more stars I would! I was skeptical but the service was great! The young man who helped me with my tires was Oscar. He was very kind, helped me find a good deal and explained how long my tire tread will hold up unlike the last place I went to. The tire change didn t take too long either! I ll definitely be back if I have any other issues.

We brought a rim in that another place said was bent and would not install. R&R was able to get it installed quickly without any problems. Saved us a bunch of money and stress.

Where to start well I went into the shop to order wheels found a set I liked that RNR said fit my truck and had Trey order them it was a Friday afternoon he told me they would be in there on Tuesday and scheduled me for install on Thursday morning. On the Wednesday I called to confirm my appointment for the following morning to be told I wasn t on the schedule for Thursday and they had no wheels for me there. Trey called the supplier to find out where the wheels were at and the supplier basically said oops we forgot to send them. Now granted things happen so I rescheduled for today Friday 3/1/24 for 2pm. I called at 12:30 to make sure the wheels where there which they were so I went in. They took my truck back fast but that s where the issues started after an hr Trey comes out and asks me to come back so he could show me something. Basically the wheels wouldn t fit. They didn t confirm the wheel fitment before taking them tires off and installing them on the new wheels so they had to now remove them and put them back on my OEM wheels. At this point I have been there for 2.5hrs and was starting to get upset. Trey called the supplier to see if they had some they could guarantee fit he came to me to show me a different option and even offered a discount I told him I would think about it becouse at that point I was upset and didn t know if I could trust them. Well this is where it gets even worse they brought my truck back out with my OEM wheels and my tires back on them there was black crap all over the wheels so I started to walk around and look at my wheels to make sure there was nothing wrong with them only to find they damaged one of my wheels when they were either taking them off or putting it back on so now I have a damaged wheel on my new truck. Trey said he will send the pic to his manager and see what he will do about it. There is no what he is gonna do about it I want it replaced with a new wheel or I will be contacting my lawyer. After driving my truck home and taking it on the freeway now I realize that my truck is shaking like it hasn t ever before so I looked at the weights to make sure that they actually balanced my tires when they put them back on and low and behold the weights are falling off and it looks like they didn t even try to clean off the adhesive from the previous weights or they are just weights That have fallen off since they reinstalled the tires still waiting in the manager to call me back to tell me how they are going to fix this situation.

Jennifer from the Leesburg took care of me very well. She is very knowledgeable and made my purchase of the new tires very easy. The installation of didn t take long and the tire tech advise me that I would need spacers for the front tires.

Excellent service today! I was greeted and informed of everything they needed to do to help resolve my issue with a slow leaking tire and PSI monitoring system by Jennifer. She was professional and kind and knew exactly what I was talking about although I didn t even know what I was talking about. The building was clean and bathroom was clean. No gimmicks or tricks trying to upsell me. The mechanics were clean, professional and able to communicate to me about beading on the tire, and I did not need a new tire because they were honest and happy for the outcome as was I. I needed one new sensor for the PSI system and Tire express had it in stock! No having to come back and waiting on a part. Very cool. Today they made a new lifetime customer. Thanks everyone

They are Always helpful to me and kind. I was a single woman with car issues and they became like a family to help navigate me through very stressful times. I am very grateful for them. Very personable and customer oriented, I will continue to shop there. They are more than just a tire shop

This place is well managed and the staff is great! I bought my tires for my truck here and recently got another set for my girlfriends car. I don't see myself using any other shop for wheels and tires.

I would recommend anyone who needs good tires to choose RNR for all their needs. I desperately needed my tires change .. I appreciate the fact that Oscar helped me he changed all 4 of my tires and he even shined my rims!! I was extremely surprised. Thank you so much Oscar!!

I ve never been to this location, but I was in the area so I stopped in. Store was clean and organized.Spoke to a gentleman named Oscar, which by the way was very polite and answered all my questions that I had. Will definitely trust him with my car!!!

Great selection and customer service at RNR Tire Express in Leesburg. Ryan took care of us, helping assemble a great tire and wheel package. Ryan was very knowledgeable and experienced, and really took the time to answer all our questions. I would definitely recommend RNR, and Ryan is THE MAN!
