We have nothing but praise for precision motors, dependable , professional, and above all we trust them with our car ..& have recommended several of our friends ..ALL HAVE BEEN SATISFIED!!! They re family owned and operated and they ve made us feel special as if we re family .Of course the most important thing is the satisfaction of good service and their ability to solve the issues you have with your vehicle when you bring it to them .. 5 stars just isn t enough to express my satisfaction . This repair shop is different from most repair shops. The owner and the service manager actually care about you and your vehicle. The shop only schedules what they can repair, more like a concierge service. The will pick up and deliver, uses quality parts and follows all factory service schedules.The can preform all scheduled factory checks, program vehicles and program keys, not to mention the random oil service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

From the very first phone call I knew I was dealing with a professional company. Nicolle was knowledgeable right from the start stating they would quote a price so there would be no surprises. I agreed and dropped off the car and a few hours later it was done. I had oil changed, spark plugs and a battery replaced. All codes were cleared and I was very happy with them. I can say that I didn t even get my car into this shop and had a bad experience over the phone. Not only is the girl who answers the phone completely unprofessional but has a definite ego complex. I questioned a quote that she was giving trying to understand the breakdown of the price and apparently she had a issue with that telling me what kind of parts they use. Yes the other places I have called to get quotes used the same OEM parts and the difference was 400$ more. But she s so busy at the shop that she could care less. So unprofessional!

I bless the day I found Precision German Auto Care. Great family run business. He is a very thorough mechanic and located all the issues on my 2006 Mercedes-Benz SLK and repaired them at a reasonable price. Now it runs like a dream. Very very pleased with their service and their graciousness. Someone said they were a concierge type repair shop. I had an estimate for repairs needed on my Dodge from another shop, but needed a second estimate due to the cost. I chose Precision German Auto instead of the first shop. They were helpful in locating the needed parts and called back promptly with an estimate and even broke the estimate down into the two separate repairs needed. The owner/mechanic was very knowledgeable and did a great job. The repairs were done in a very timely manner and got my vehicle back into shape. *Would definitely recommend.*Service: Steering & suspension repair

Precision means precise!!!! And that's exactly what this shop is all about....no guessing and checking, but a precise, better than oem, complete repair! This is your first and last stop for all German high end repairs! You've tried the rest now try the best! Over 40 years in experienced repairs and diagnostics and "Precision German Auto Care"!12/10 would recommend!!!!

I cannot believe how reasonable this place is.Dimetrie (sp) was absolutely awesome and I will most certainly return.And his lovely bride is a pistol!!Now I feel good about any upcoming issues and oil changes. Thank you guys

stopped by with issue with license plate holder, just got BMW X3 and previous owner must have kept the adapter. Doug was great he told what i needed where i could find it and on top of that he modified fitting so everything would fit more securely. He didn't even charge me for it. We will be back for complete diagnostic

I called in last week for a clutch relacement on a 2005 volkswagen gti. I was given a price and told that they are about a week and a half out on work. I said no problem and was told i would get a call later that day with an appointment date.Today, over a week later I called in to confirm the appointment and they told me they no longer want to complete the work because I am supplying my own parts.Very Unprofessional! Now a week has gone by and I am back to square one. They could have just given me that information the first time I called. I should have followed up faster but based on my initial conversation there was no doubt in my mind that they would get my car in the shop in a week or two.Would not recommend.

I used this business to perform an extended oil change for my wife's 2016 Audi Q5 on November 11, 2021. It had been dealer maintained but we decided to use a local professional to save time. On March 14th 2022 my wife called to let me know that the low oil light came on. I called precision German auto care and asked to have them take a look to see if there could be a problem. The oil change had just shy of 3,000 miles on it and had previously never consumed oil even with extended miles between with the dealer extended oil change. I eas told that it was common for a car that's five years old to use a quart of oil within 3,000 miles and that there was no recourse. That I just needed to add a quart of oil and it would be fine. I added the quart of oil and in the last two months have used the car on several long distance trips equaling well over the 3,000 miles. No oil light as of yet. Considering that this extended oil change cost me $128.99 please be aware that the technician could have a bad day and lose count of the oil that is being added. I will continue to monitor the car and if the oil light comes on before the extended oil change period I will repost with a correction but if no oil light I will be going back to the dealership considering that the cost is similar, just less convenient.UPDATE! As I suspected, the car is ready for an oil change since I had it done by Precision German Auto Care in Leesburg, Florida and the engine has not used any oil in 10,000 miles. It would have been simple for the manager to have me drive by and simply add the missing quart of oil when I called to question it. So PLEASE BEWARE!
