After having spent half a day at this dealer for an oil change and an attempt to repair damage done by a different Lincoln dealer I arranged for my brakes to be repaired. Upon returning 2 weeks later the Service Rep I d worked with was no longer there and the new rep didn t know anything about my appointment. He was brand new, just like that now gone, previous rep, had been. I lost any confidence in Plaza Lincoln doing work, especially on brakes. Be wary of their revolving door employee turnover and miserable service.

I brought my 2017 Lincoln MKZ in for an engine problem. I Was told the car would need a new engine. This repair was covered under warranty. Although I didn't buy the car from them. They handled it with no problem. I got my car back today, and it seems to run great. They also gave me a really nice loner. I would definitely buy my next vehicle from them.

Went to get information/options on returning my leased vehicle. Didn t know if I wanted to buy the leased vehicle, lease another Lincoln or return what I had and get a different car entirely. Gaige was very cordial and kept the process pain free . He had numbers on all the options when I arrived and was very knowledgeable and professional. I wound up leaving with a new leased vehicle about an hour and a half after arriving at a great price. Thanks Gaige! Sam Assini

The customer service at the service department so the guy that works at the service department shouldn t be working there. He tells you re a liar says he didn t say things when he absolutely did and there s somebody else with you to verify it. My car has been in there three times for the same thing, but actually it was there four times because they didn t develop a ticket for one of the times would never buy from them again. The guy in the service department should be fired. He argues with you instead of saying sorry sir or am deeply sorry for your experience or something else and giving you to a manager He will give you a hard time obviously, the owner of this place doesn t care about customer service room where I m from customer service is actually a very important thing. Your experience should be very good. My experience with the service department has been the worst and it s actually just one guy.

Bought a 2017 Continental just over a month ago, put $20k down. Less then a week after purchasing.. oil sensor fault. A week after that, it s in the shop with suspension and tire pitting. Now i have a wrench sensor and engine lamp lit. Take these used vehicles to a mechanic before purchasing. They had the car i wanted and i got sloppy

I had a wonderful sales experience from start to finish at Plaza Lincoln! From my salesman, Stephen Smith, to the GSM, Tony Pagano, to Business Manager, John Bach; they were all terrific! I ve worked for two different car dealerships pre retirement and I greatly appreciated their straightforward approach. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone!

Clean, efficient, detailed. Were able to address (3) recall notices, replace a 4-year-old battery, change oil, rotate tires, vacuum inside and wash the car, change out windshield wiper all in 2.5 hours. Complaint; ran out of donuts before we got there at 8:50am.

Had the vehicle we wanted and worked with us in answering all our questions. Final paperwork was a little confusing though. Needs to be explained a little better to make sure you completely understand to final price and why.

My 90,000 mile check up was easy. No unnecessary charges. They have transportation from and back to the dealership. The driver Phillip is a very helpful and delightful driver.

The service on the Lincoln Corsiar was finished earlier than expected. My appointment was at 2:00 PM I left at 3:25 PM. Used my reward points paid for the complete service with remaining points in the account. Wonderful.

I came in with some concerns and questions that hadn t been resolved at a different shop. Demario is incredibly helpful, understanding, and an all around pleasant. He helped me right away and answered any question I had. His mechanic Logan, is just as pleasant. Dealerships should take notes from the way Plaza Lincoln carry themself. Both men are true assets to the company. I left a very happy customer!

Plaza Lincoln dealership in Leesburg We bought a real lemon in December 2022. The car is a 2021 certified pre-owned Corsair! In 6 months it has been in for service 6 times, air conditioner vents ( it took 4 times to fix) and leaky shocks.They was also a problem with brakes that needed a tire rotation from the wear and tearThe transmission seems to shift gears repeatedly and has annoying hesitation at slow speeds. We were told that is normal in this Corsair.At purchase we were told the vehicle was certified and completely inspected. I don t think so.Plaza Lincoln is a small dealership, they don t stock parts, they diagnose the problem and then you wait for the part to come in. I asked for a loaner at drop off but Plaza Lincoln, except for one visit, said none were available.Plaza Lincoln was not offering a suitable solution to my problems. We were looking to trade this faulty vehicle with another.Plaza Lincoln gave us an opportunity to trade for a 2021 Lexus NX 300 that would cost us an additional $4000 and increasing our payments by $60/month.We were also told the trade in value of the Corsair was $10,000 less than we paid. Within 6 months!2 days later we called to talk about the offered deal and we re told the cost increased by another $60/month!We have an extended warranty and will find another Lincoln Dealership for what we believe will be many repair visits.We will keep you informed of our future repair progress with this vehicle.

"FANTASTIC" sums up the experience I had and continue to have at Plaza Lincoln! The salesman was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, professional, and a great listener. I didn't feel pressured at any point and feel he went out of his way to present me with the options "I" was interested in. All the staff were kind and considerate. Looking forward to a LONG relationship with Plaza Lincoln!!!

I recently purchased a used Lincoln MKX from ANOTHER Ford Dealer and the moonroof was finally replaced after 5 1/2 weeks, it still didn t work. We made an appt with Plaza Lincoln and in tens minutes they found the problem. The chip had to be rebooted. DONE Oh yes, we will be back for all our future needs at Lincoln Plaza!

A great buying experience! Jay Blitzer was very professional and personable, took the time to answer all my questions (including confirming some details on the vehicle I ultimately bought before I even made an appointment). Seeing the car, test driving, finalizing the deal, obtaining the financing, signing all the paperwork and leaving the dealership was all done in under 1.5 hours. Definitely a 5 star experience:)

Had my Aviator in for an oil change on Tuesday the 25th. I was told it would take 30 minutes. After an hour I went to the service office to ask what is going on. The office was full of staff talking about some personal stuff, eventually I was acknowledged and was told that they just needed to do paperwork. Another 10 minutes and I was asked to come in to pay. The staff kept chatting about someone having a baby (which is nice of course) but not (in my opinion) when customers are waiting. Without looking at me the service gentleman asked for credit card and then just handed me the paperwork (still not looking at me). I understand things take time or there can be issue / disruptions but a service department should inform the customer what is going on. Anyway - this is a small issue compared to what is going on in the world. But you asked for a review, and here it is. By the way - Nr 1 salesman Scott is the best - he came by and talked to me. Gold star to him.Have a great day - see you next oil change time. Fred

!!BEWARE!! They will rip you off and do not care. When confronted with the fact they charged me $503.47 for a part that retails at $230.73 (I provided them via email the print out showing the part with the correct part number for $230.73) their only answer was "there is no overcharge" and refused anything further. I have attach pictures showing the invoice they gave me with the part number and what they charged and the print out of the SAME part and the cost.I would be super careful if anyone needs to interact with them. If you do not have to use them I would steer clear of the whole place. I have requested a call from the owner but who knows....Just please be careful.1/11/2019As to the owners response. I would like nothing better than to receive a call from someone telling me you are going to make this right and refund the difference on the over charged part so I can come back on here and tell every on that you did in fact correct the issue but as I have STILL not heard from anyone I am not hopeful.

I arrived at 8:40AM for an oil and filter change, was greeted by DeMario, he answered my questions and took my car back for service. I sat in the customer waiting area and read. Two and half hours later the car was ready , I paid the bill and left.

This was a smooth and easy purchase. You had the car we wanted on the lot!! Larry Gunn is a new salesman, but I feel he is an asset to your company. If he didn't know something, he found out. He was easy to work with. The car seems as if it will be everything we want. We hope that the reliability and service will be excellent for the life of the car. Thank you for a pleasant experience and a good start with Plaza Lincoln.

Purchased a 2021 Corsair in December of 2022 for 38000. As of this writing date of July 13, 2023 the vehicle resale value is 26000. Terrible vehicle. A/C problems, transmission chugging at low speeds, rear shocks needed replacement, etc;etc. The service department never has parts available, it took 2 weeks to get the shocks replaced, and rental cars were only available on one occasion. Stay away from this vehicle and dealer

I took car in for a oil change. After an hour and half I asked them how long it would be. I was told it was in the car wash. Two hours later I went back and asked how much longer it would be. I was told it was in the car wash. Two and hour later the gave me keys. We did the paper work. I went out to the car, opened the door. This was not my car. Same color. I went back in and was told it was my car. I said my car has Iowa plates on it. This one had Florida plates. They keep insisting it was mine. Finally they checked the VIN no. Then they said my car was in the car wash. I said I didn t want a car wash, just bring it to me. After about 15 minutes they said they didn t know where it was. Eventually they found it parked out back and the keys on someone desk in the back. Some lady front the front came back and got involved trying to find it. I told her I just wanted my car. After the car was found she said (I don t know if she was talking to me or not, because she was walking away) some people are just not satisfied. Any this is my story. Not one person said sorry about what happened. I have bought a couple new vehicles from them. I don t usually write reviews but this time I did and I will never step in their doors again. Thank you.

My first new car purchase was a 1965 Mustang. I typically purchase a new car every few years. Until this year that includes cars for my wife and self.That's a lot of cars!With all of these purchases, I have never had a better qualified salesman than Gaige Tracy.My decision took a couple months and he respectfully touched base with me every couple weeks. His product knowledge is second to none. More importantly, he demonstrated extreme patients for a technically challenged couple eager to learn of all features of our new automobile.While I haven't used the service department yet but I am confident if Gaige is an example of the service expectations Plaza Lincoln requires the service department will be top notch.

I was here for paint repair, after someone scratched the rear quarter panel on my MKZ. During the entire estimate appointment everything went great, they communicated all options and prices. After deciding exactly what I wanted to do moving forward I made an appointment to drop my car off on a Monday. I was told 3 possibly 4 days depending on if anything went wrong. Well it must have went wrong, because it took five days. On day 3 I called and spoke with the manager in the body shop, and he told me he would keep me updated. He never called me again. I finally get told I can pick up my car, 2 days later than estimated, and with no reasoning why until I had to pay. Upon picking up my car I'm told there was a problem with matching my cars color, so they called in a Lincoln paint tech. Again, this wasn't communicated until I picked up my car. The work is good, two days into it. But, communication was terrible, and this cost me extra money renting a car. For this reason I would not recommend this body shop, as it fails to meet Plaza Lincoln standards.

From beginning to end this was by far the BEST experience we ever had purchasing a vehicle!!! Plaza Lincoln exceeded our expectations. Everyone was very helpful ,attentive and very professional. Thank you to Mitchell Smith our sales representative, to Erica Himes and to John Bach the business manager. Will most definitely recommend you all 100% We are extremely happy with our car.

I was told the work on my headlight would be $42.91 for the part; three hours labor to complete at $500. The actual hours worked was 1.5 hours. I was charged $559.80 for the labor. When I questioned the labor cost, I was told that is the way it is. So, that is the way Plaza Lincoln makes their money - give a high estimate of labor hours; finish in half of the time; pocket the large profit at the expense of the customer. This is awful business practice and it should be corrected. We purchased our 2009 MKX in January 2009. I have been bringing the auto there for service ever since. Never have I been given such an overcharge. This has been reported to Lincoln Headquarters in Orlando on 10/17/2022. The quickness of the labor should not work against me; not if this is still a reputable company and has the customer's interest at heart.
