I have purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the last 12 years and have dealt with 3 gm's my experiences with this dealership with the previous gm's were good but since the new gm Tony Pagano took over he has denied everything that the last gm had sold me and given me! (Its not my fault that they changed gm's)I purchased tire warranty that covered my tires because there are no spare tires for this Particular car. I had an issue with all my tires at one time he tried to say that the tires had been replaced and that I must have purchased tires somewhere else, they were the same tires on the car as when I purchased the car, he would not honor the replacement of tires I had to pay!!! Also with the purchase of my car I was Given free oil changes for the 5 times that my car would need the oil change he would not honor that!! today is the last one!!!! I will not be purchasing a new car from this dealership until he is no longer the gm he's a very uncaring gm he even said to my husband I don't care if you don't come back here!!!! Absolutely disappointed because this was my dealership!

I had a problem with my 2016 Cadillac CTS that could've taken up to 3 months or more to repair due to supply issues caused by the auto workers strike. Senya and Saul in the service department, and of course the mechanics, went to work for me and had my car back to like new in just 3 days! I just can't say enough about how well I was treated. This was a potential disaster that was handled with genuine care and concern by professional people. I am very thankful.

I try to address concerns with businesses directly before leaving negative reviews, but Plaza Cadillac has not responded to multiple requests. I scheduled a service appointment for my 2006 Cadillac DTS to get my oil changed, tires rotated and repair my drivers seat motor. What I got was an oil change, tire rotation, a $90 diagnostic fee to tell me my seat was broken (which I already knew), they couldn't fix it and a sales pitch for more than $4,000 in maintenance and service work I did not need.They said they would search boneyards for the seat motor and call me by the end of the week. They never called. I called the following week and they told me they couldn't find any replacement motors. I then asked what the part number was, so I could look. They said they'd have to call me back with the part number, but once again, never called back. As you can see from their canned response, there is still no effort or concern on their part to find out the part number and provide it to me.

Well, the Lyriq pre-order that I entered a year and half ago was finally set for production this coming January. What I didn't realize, however, was that Plaza tacks on $6390 in unwanted services on top of the $900 dealer prep fee. This is in addition to paying full MSRP for the vehicle. Below is the list of the unwanted services (apparently only good at Plaza, not all Cadillac dealers). Decide for yourself if you think they're worth that kind of money. I didn't so I cancelled my order. Bought a non-GM brand instead that didn't require purchase of things that 10 years ago were considered optional.Pin striping, tech services for as long as you need, tinting lifetime guarantee, 1st coat of Ultimar finish protector, both inside and out, lifetime batteries for the key fobs, nitro filled tires, Llumar for the front of the vehicle lifetime guarantee, shuttle services as needed, lifetime carwashes for the vehicle.

After making 4 purchases over the last 10 years at my former dealership, I became concerned about their dwindling enthusiasm to retain me as a 50-year GM customer. I traveled to Plaza Cadillac to attempt a new relationship. Rick Jimenez was just the ticket. Rick was personable, customer-focused, and accommodating; a pleasure to work with. I would attach those same qualities to Mark Allen, who followed up with the financing. Both were active listeners and did not turn our stay into a marathon visit. No hard sell here, just a pleasant and rewarding experience, with none of the (usual) anxiety on the way home in our new XT4.

Leaking sunroof. Brought it to Plaza to be fixed TWO TIMES. Sunroof still leaks.Turns out both drain lines were clogged and i spent the better part of the day dismantling the pillar and headliner to fix the problem myself. I should returned and demanded a refund, but was too disgusted.I inadvertently left my dashcam on while my car was being serviced and discovered why I had to spend hours in the waiting room. The "mechanics" spent more time chatting with each other and playing on their phones than working on my car.

My service associate Steve W. was great. He made everything happen expeditiously. But DO NOT make an online appointment. The system did not work - they had no record of my appointment (and I had the email and print out of the confirmation). Steve squeezed me in and I appreciate that. Make a phone all reservation.

Plaza Cadillac offered a great experience in purchasing a car. Their sales representatives were very knowledgeable about their products, very courteous, and best of all, not in the least pushy ! Answered all questions, explained all details of the car purchased, and offered all options to extend certain warranties without pressure to purchase any. Best car purchase experience ever!

Great experience. Accomplished initial negotiations over the internet and phone. Actually came to a deal over the phone on contingency that we both liked each other's vehicle. Upon arrival to the dealership, we each looked over the cars and each agreed that they liked each vehicle. So about a half hour after arriving we were ready to close. I had my financing all lined up prior to leaving my house. They had the paperwork filled out and I signed and walked to their financial department. We finished getting my plates transferred, and with their state of the art machine to register my new vehicle, no spending time at the DMV, completely registered my new vehicle. Total time at the dealership, 2.5 hours. With the bulk of the time on the phone with my finance company. Great experience!

I have purchased several cars over the years at major dealership and I can't think of any way they can improve! The whole process was less than an hour and I haven't ever had it take less than 2 hours. I have worked at three well known Car dealerships in the Orlando Area and I was amazed with the whole process. I feel I will be doing business with them for a very long time.

I gave this review 5 stars! I just purchased a used vehicle at Plaza and the entire process from start to finish went very smooth. Each team member that we dealt with was very professional and had excellent customer service skills. Our salesman, Jesse Knapp was a true genuine gentlemen and made the experience very pleasant. And I would like to thank the finance director, Mark Allen for his knowledge and assistance in helping me complete the deal. I would highly recommend Plaza Cadillac for all your car buying needs!

It has been a good experience doing business at Plaza Cadillac. This is our third vehicle we have purchased and have nothing but a positive experience. Rick has been a pleasure to work with, and has always been so nice to Sandra and myself. He was very helpful this time by making us aware of the Buick he felt would meet our needs. We had just exited from of store in the villages' , The first thing we noticed was the Trunk Deck wouldn't open on our 2017 CT6 Hybrid Plug-in. Trying the button , both key fobs the trunk refused to open. Then trying to open the car drivers door , the car refused to unlock. I tried the phone APP and all the doors but nothing. I was just about ready to call for a tow and the drivers door opened. I was still not able to open the trunk deck with the button on the drivers door. When I pressed the Start Button the Dashboard lite up but the steering wheel refused to unlock. I turned the car off and back on several times and then all appeared to be fine. Car started , trunk opened but I was a bit worried and called Service at Plaza Cadillac. I spoke with STEVE who said they were very busy but if I could drive it , too bring it on down and they would check it out. I did notice that there was for a short spell a message on the dashboard that said to Service the Security system as soon as possible, When I arrived the car was taken around to the garage side while we waited in the customer service lounge. Within 45 minutes they had discovered that there was a UPDATE on the car that fixed a problem with the car reading the KEY FOBS. The car was updated and we were quickly on our way. I realized that Plaza Cadillac is a long way to drive just for service , but when the service is fast and has employees like STEVE , I don't mind driving the extra mileage with employees like STEVE that do the extra mile for customers. For that reason a lone , I will continue buying vehicles from Plaza Cadillac and their prices are great also.

Plaza does a great job in completing the reason you are at their facility. I was there to get an oil change. Steve always does a great job of finding out why you are there and takes good care of you. I know if I have a question after I leave I can call Steve and I will get "the straight skinees" and if he doesn't know he will get back to me shortly. Plaza Cadillac has always completes the work. I have never had a problem with their work. My car has always been returned in great condition. You can go there to buy your vehicle and have it service there after. You will like the people that you meet!

This dealership was not interested at all in providing assistance/service to a new customer. I called to bring my brand new (less than one year) car in because I was getting a warning light, loud noise, and problem with steering. I was told that it would be 3 days before they could look at it. I wanted to bring it today to at least see if it was safe to drive for 3 more days. He didn t know if that was possible or how long it would take . They do not offer courtesy vehicles, and he said he didn t even think that there were any rental cars available in the area. He suggested that I call the dealer that I purchased the car from, that they may be able to do more for me. That shouldn t be the answer you give to someone who could have potentially bought their next car from you.

Great staff who knows their product very well. Even though I wasn't ready to purchase, I felt no pressure and that my sales person was still delighted to help me get all of the information I needed. The manager Russ Bennett was very delightful and a fun person to be around through out the process and helped me make pick out the best vehicle for my family. Plaza Cadillac is truly the best dealership I've ever been to. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle through them!

The vehicle we were looking for and the perfect salesman were right where we expected them. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable and professional salesman. Rick Jimenez is a " bring them back" guy that goes out of his way for customer satisfaction. The vehicle is top of the line, deluxe and all luxury as can be expected from a Cadillac. Plaza was sure to get us every savings on the price. A+ (100%) in our book.

This was our first visit for service at Plaza Cadillac. Service advisor Steve Wiggins couldn't have been more professional and made this a great service experience. When we checked in he was extremely knowledgeable about what the issue was with our Cadillac and did a great job of explaining it to us. Once the service tech had performed a diagnostic on the vehicle, Steve called us with the estimate and indicated it would be ready later that afternoon. Later than afternoon Steve called to tell us the vehicle was ready to be picked up. And when we arrived he even helped us reprogram the seats to our settings. We are very pleased with the service experience and especially with service advisor Steve Wiggins.

The friendliness and helpfulness I experienced at Plaza Cadillac has been a unique and wonderful experience for me. I have purchased several cars from them and have found everyone on their team to be pleasant and helpful. My salesman, Lynn Sparks, was wonderful not only before but after the sale as well. Even months later he still patiently works with me as I'm learning the features of my car.I have nothing but praise for Charlie Cintron and the Service Department as well. Customers are treated with dignity and respect. Whenever I take my car there for service I feel like I'm among family. I would never consider anyone but them when it comes to the care of my car.

Awesome Service Advisors; always courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Did not even request a courtesy car wash and not only did they do a great exterior wash (spot free) but they cleaned the entire interior as well! Been coming here for many years and the service has always been consistently excellent.

Great dealership to deal with. They had a very large stock to choose from and were very easy to deal with. The salesman was super efficient, well spoken, and explained everything I wanted to know. The sales manager was very easy to talk to and didn't try to pressure me into anything I didn't want. The salesman even called me after the sale to make sure everything was as expected and was satisfactory. I didn't expect to be treated as well as I was. Thank you, Plaza Cadillac!

We had a less than stellar experience at a particular dealership close to home. I'm so glad we made the drive to Plaza Cadillac to see Jesse Knapp! It was just my two kids and myself, Jesse was so accommodating, patient, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend you ask for Jesse, he treats you like family. He was able to get us the price we wanted and get the deal done . To the management team at Plaza Cadillac give that man kudos and a raise, he was amazing. 5 stars, we love our Cadillac. -The Barber's

Thank you for a wonderful experience. I new exactly what I wanted for my next vehicle and Rick facilitated this every smoothly. Dealing with all the knowledgeable staff made what could have been a stressful situation enjoyable. I think its great that all the paper work was done right there and I do not remember his name but he handled that portion with ease.Plaza Cadillac has fine tuned their processes to provide an excellent experience for the buyers. We purchased a car from Plaza a couple years ago. It was a pleasant experience. We added the roadside assistance at the time. We never had to use it until this morning. We called the dealership and within an hour a service technician arrived and had us running again. A special thanks to Shade, our technician. He was extremely professional and courteous. Beware, this place is a rip off!!!!!! Taken my car there several times over same issue that has yet to be resolved, was told repair would be over $500 when I told them I'd think about it and get back to them I was then advised that I would need to pay a $130 "diagnostic fee" in order to put my car back together again, and this fee was NEVER disclosed prior to services!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe this is what's called as a"shake down"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Had no choice to pay the fee in order to get my car put back together again!!!!!Update: As I read reviews on how wonderful dealership was, well of course your experience was wonderful especially since your buying a $30,000 (at least) car from them. Pretty obvious the only reviews soliciting any kind of a response from Plaza Cadillac are those "wonderful" reviews. Dealership may be doing a great job on sales but unfortunately they're service department is SEVERELY lacking in customer service. I received one email from Plaza in order to discuss my negative review of them and when I've tried to call them back I continously get voice mail and have yet to receive a call back from the numerous messages I've left.Update #2....I have been contacted by Plaza and they are making a concentrated effort in order to resolve our issues to wit I am grateful.Final update : just left Plaza dealership with car issues finally resolved. Patrick, the service manager, was instrumental in helping to resolve these issues and any miscommunication between myself and Plaza dealership, in a timely and courteous manner.......... A big thank you and great job thus the increase in the stars!

Today was the first time I visited and also the last. My service appointment for an oil change was scheduled for 1 p.m. and I was there right on time rushing from work. There was so much confusion when I arrived and no one told me where to go. They took my keys and I just went to sit in the waiting area since I was not told otherwise. The guy who took keys (Jim I think) was nice enough to come find me and tell me I needed to check in at the front. I went to stand in line for 10 minutes. I stood behind a man who's appointment time was 1:30. 20 mins after my appointment time my car was still just sitting and I had not been assisted. I asked politely for my keys so I could leave. Jim didn't want me to leave without filling my tire with air because it was low, and I was very impressed by Jim's kindness and concern. I can tell this place is used to dealing with retirees from the Villages who have nothing but time. I typically get my car serviced by Massey Orlando, so now I have an appointment Monday, completely out of my way, but worth it. When I returned to the office I received a voicemail from Patrick who offered to pick up my car and leave me with a loaner. I thought that was a very nice gesture, but I don't get a good feeling from that place, so I'm trusting my gut on this one.

Car buying/trading was made very easy at Plaza. I went in with an "I'll look think about it" attitude. Working with their salesman Evan was a pleasure, very professional. Talked with Harry in Service, who I believe in very strongly. My wife and I loved the car shown, we had an idea of the difference in the trade deal, and Plaza without "haggling" back and forth, agreed on the deal. Very enjoyable experience. Then met with Todd, Finance Dir., and signing was a snap, very quick, and he provided great information. I'm a satisfied camper!
