I have mixed feelings about the service department. The people who work there are nice and likable. However, my latest service experience was poor. After scheduling an appointment a week in advance, driving to the dealership for over an hour, and then waiting for two hours in the lobby, I was told to come back on a different day because the part I ordered is not available (despite getting a verbal and email confirmations that it will be). I really hope that this was a fluke, since all my regular service appointments went smoothly.

Generally very pleased. But at previous service (8/2023), after the service as I was leaving the lot, I noticed a click noise. Went back and service people found wheel nuts were very loose. I m glad I was driving. What if my wife had picked it up and wouldn t have noticed the click. Potentially wheel come off? I m still using you for service but that was unacceptable and scary.

Normally Phillips Service Center is spot on with their service. Unfortunately this last visit was not up to the high standard that they set for themselves. Based on my history with them, they will continue to receive my support. Even the best stumble once in a while.

We made an appointment for our first free, (5,000 mile) servicing on our new Highlander. In and out in less than one hour. Personnel was friendly, yet obviously efficient. Very relieved as when we made tge appointment via telephone, the person was harsh to the point of causing us to second-guess our decision to purchase at Phillips Toyota in Leesburg.

I ve been dealing with Phillips service for the past 10 years and have found them to be honest and fairly priced. Wouldn t bring my Toyota anywhere else. Kudos to my service advisor, Rhonda!

At my 20k service i was there for 2 plus hours and was told i should of made a appointment. This 25k apointment it was only 1.5 hours with appointment. I told them when making the appointment i had a spring noise when i depressed the brake pedal that started at the 20k service. They told me that they didnt hear any noise and if i still hear it i would have to bring it back another day. Sure enough when i got in the truck to leave it was just as loud as ever. I guess i will see if i can find it myself or bring back up at the 30k sevice.

I'm delighted with the service I receive at Phillips Toyota. Always courteous, professional and fair. When I leave there I feel my Rav4 has been thoroughly checked over.

Service was scheduled for 1pm and usually takes less than 30 , but two hours later a service representative calls me (was sitting in waiting area) and tried to upsell me on two additional items outside my Toyota Care package, which I didn t need. Said NO!!! Still waited another hour until my care was returned. Bathrooms and waiting lounge were dirty. Worst Toyota service I ve ever had.

Wonderful and thank you Rhonda Cook, my service advisor, for coordinating things. Also, thank you to the mechanics for doing such a wonderful job. Every time I have been helped by Rhonda, things just go wonderfully.

Had rotors done on my 2010 Camry 4 months later had a problem again,thought it was something else. It was rotors again, instead of telling me to take it back to wete it was repaired they charged me for same thing other repair shop would have fixed. Just saying sometimes it seems dealership is all about money. Won't go back unless it's under my warrantyService: Steering & suspension repair

Just moved to the area July 1.Basic service for lube and tire rotation cost double what I paid at Bev Smith Toyota in Ft Pierce.When I questioned the amount, I was told "that's the way it is".$93 in my opinion is a bit high.Will not go there again.
