This was a such a great experience. Max was so polite and helpful in taking my needs into consideration. He got me a great deal on a beautiful car. Best buying experience EVER!!! Would definitely recommend 10/10!! If your in need of a used or new car go visit Max. He's truly a gem!

Drove 2 hours to look at a car my wife really wanted. I first met the sales manager who introduced us to James Hill. James was very knowledgeable and honest about selling what our need was instead of pushing for something outside of our ability. I have bought several cars from Toyota and this has to be the smoothest experience I've ever had. I wasn't unreasonable with the deal I had prepared, and neither were they. There wasn't an hour of back and forth, we had a deal in 10 minutes once we started negotiating. It was an absolute pleasure working with the finance team in Tom. Absolutely would return to this dealership.

The guys at Philips Toyota went above and beyond Starting with Kay the service advisor and Aaron the sales specialist last but not least Keith the finance manager. It was worth the two hour drive to get the best customers service in Central Florida. Thanks again guys for all your help.

Showed up at appointment time and was taken in early thanks!The service advisor was great and applied all credit for my Toyota Care contract.Purchased a lifetime battery and the MILITARY DISCOUNT was applied.We have a 900 mile journey in two days and I feel we can travel in confidence.

Disappointing pricing compared to other Toyota dealers. I was approved for financing and wanted to use a more local Toyota dealer to purchase my car. I had pricing sheets for similar vehicles with MSRPs within ~200 of what Philips had on their lot. They would not match the prices offered by other dealers... so I drove to a dealer in Tampa and saved almost 2K versus Philips Toyota. This was all today. All they had to do was the same thing another Toyota dealer did and they would have had a customer. Guess they don't want customers, the other guys did. At least I have the car I want at a fair price.Do your due diligence and save thousands with another dealer.

I always enjoy working with Rhonda, my service advisor. She is professional, knows her stuff and always keeps me informed. She does a first class job. When I leave I have no questions about the work done and the charges made.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Nick kept us updated as repairs were made. He has been so helpful, explaining everything. Just talking with him assured me everything would be done to Toyota standards. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable; an asset to Phillips Toyota. From check in to check out, everyone there was professional, courteous and helpful. Thank you Phillips Toyota!

I m not super familiar with the process of car buying, as I ve only done it twice. But, the entire process was so smooth, and we were paired with a lovely salesman named Stephen. He was so personable and just genuinely seemed like a person, not just a salesman. I know that might sound dumb but it meant a lot to just have normal conversations with someone and not completely feel like they just wanted our money (even though maybe he did?? who knows lol). Anyways, everyone was so kind and tried to make it as smooth as possible, hopefully all my cars are bought from Phillips Toyota :) Thank you!

I arrived earlier than my appointment time, where Ms. Tanya greeted me with a smile. I explained to her why I was their and that I had an appointment set up for later in the day. She advised no problem and I sat in the waiting room. She advised me that the technician stated I could use a battery because it was reading bad. I purchased the Toyota lifetime battery with a $25 coupon. Ms. Tanya explained she has one herself and that it's a pretty good deal. So I purchased it. So thank you Phillips Toyota for the $25 coupon and thank you Ms. Tanya for being courteous and respectful .

The facility itself is less than impressive compared to their competitors. Waiting on a chair set in a hallway is not welcoming. The 5 stars are for the outstanding service I received from Ryan Pugh. Ryan is knowledgeable and spent all the time required to ensure all my questions were fully answered. Thank you Ryan.

I always bring my car to Phillips for maintenance. I have always been taken on time. When it is taking a bit longer someone will give me an update. I am notified if work needs to be done and I am asked if I want it performed. Everyone has always been very nice. I will continue to use Phillips.

The sales rep Ashley Lake was very professional, and took time to answer my questions. He had my used car purchase detailed to look showroom new. And filled the gas tank. Thw staff was very helpful and courteous. Awesome service! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone shopping for a new or used car. Thanks again.

My advisor was very helpful in recognizing a problem I didn t know about. His suggestions were great and will help me save money. Everyone was friendly and I got in and out in about an hour or a little more. The shuttle service was great and allowed me to have dinner while I waited.

I was impressed with the honest salesmanship at Phillips Toyota. I never felt I was being pushed into purchasing a particular vehicle or manipulated to include add-ons. I bought a pre-sale vehicle and received weekly updates on progress of vehicle arrival. Both Duey and Ryan were great! The transfer of title and signing of paperwork was painless and timely. I highly recommend!

Rhonda, Nicholas, Robert and the rest of the Team - you are the best! I traveled from Virginia to Florida and got a flat tire in Savannah GA. I called Rhonda at 9 from Georgia begging her to help me with my tire issues so I could get back to Virginia. Well Rhonda was amazing and I kept her updated when I would arrive and your Team was ready to help me! 2.5 hours later after taking me to Cracker Barrel so that I could finally eat - I had all 4 brand new tires and an alignment! Best Service Ever! I was able to drop my 80 year old mother and her dog at her home in the Villages Fl and now I can safely get home to VA. I ll be back for more repairs - I ll come here rather than Northern VA.My heartfelt thanks to all of you - Cheers Angels Phelps

Our family had an outstanding experience shopping at Phillips Toyota. We got straightforward answers to our questions about the new vehicle that we were interested and we were given upfront pricing that was very competitive. In addition, I was very pleased with the trade offer made on our used vehicle. The whole process from our first test drive to driving away with our new car was about 2 hours! Even though we live about an hour away in Pasco County we will definitely be coming back to Phillips Toyota for our next car purchase. Thanks!

The staff at Phillips Toyota was so helpful. This was my first new-car purchase and I never felt any pressure to buy. Stephen King was our salesperson, and he was FANTASTIC! Our whole experience was great, beginning from the time we walked in, to the time we picked up our new car. No pressure to buy. Stephen is very knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions. I not only recommend Phillips Toyota, but would give Stephen King 10 stars if I could.

I have had great experiences with Philips Toyota. After a very upsetting experience with another Toyota dealer in the area, I went to Phillips rather weary but the sales team there was top notch. Unlike the other dealership, this team were much more honest with me and made the car buying process a positive experience. As such, even though they are further away from my home, I will be returning to Phillips for all service of my new car.

I was greeted right away by K. He was so cheerful and helpful! This was my first time at Phillips Toyota for Service and he showed me around the waiting area and explained everything about my extra charges for the running boards I wanted installed on my 4 Runner. I also got to talk with the nice lady sitting at the Customer Service Desk. She answered my questions that I had about the third party warranty companies sending me mail. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. It was a great experience! I will be back!
