They got both parts practically overnight . Made my appointment two weeks out for front bumper replacement and fog light mounted.So the paint could cure and I wouldn t have to miss work. Got there 8am and they haven t even painted the bumper. I needed the job completed that day. Now I have to make a second appointment and take half a day off to be at Phils collision and glass. I don t understand why they couldn t get to it.I hope they do the bumper and fog light this next visit! Well my second visit was better got to it and it did take that long and I was on my way.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

GEICO estimated repairs to take two weeks but after three supplements by Phil s the time frame nearly doubled. The shop repeatedly claimed getting parts as the cause for delays. Six weeks later the front windshield, while available, couldn t be installed as the one employee designated was off for the long Labor Day weekend. By now the 30-day rental car coverage ended before the car was done leaving me with a $500 bill. Phil s flatly refused to assume any accountability for the excess car rental charge despite lengthy delays in completing my repairs. To be fair, the shop did an outstanding job on my car, for which I m grateful. Staff, including Brad, Theresa, and Andrew are top-notch. It s just too bad this job took so long! Perhaps an external review of their work processes could avoid this mishap in the future.

We needed body work done on our car and took it to Phil's. The estimate was fair and comparable to others, and we were told it would be returned in 5 days.The work was done beautifully. Our car looks great. We are very pleased with the results.However - we can't give them five stars because those 5 days we were promised turned into 9 days with lots of excuses and no warning. We are a one-car family and not having a car for 5 days, let alone 9 days was very difficult. Appointments and plans had to be cancelled or rescheduled.So - take your car to Phil's for work if you want quality work. Just don't expect that the timeframe promised will be accurate.Service: Body & Trim

We had a great experience getting our car fixed after an accident. The staff at Phil's were extremely pleasant to work with - keeping us informed every step of the way and working seamlessly with our insurance company. We would definitely recommend them!

I m so late on making this review, I do apologize for that. I just want to give a shout out to Phil s collision for bringing my car back to life. My vehicle was stolen and the thief s that decided to joy ride in my new car which is (2-yr old) they did some minor but major damage (to me) thanks to Phil s they helped me get my car back looking like it was never damaged . Everyone I spoke to was super nice, answered all and any questions I had and was just so supportive with what I was going through. Thank you guys again so so much.

Took considerably longer than expected just to get on the schedule. But once we dropped off the vehicle, they pretty much hit the estimated length of time they would need. Customer service, on point!! Dawn and Scott always friendly and informative. Thanks Phli's, hope to never need you again, but will definitely recommend.

Have been using Phil's Auto Repair and Glass for a long long time now. Their work and service is extremely outstanding each and ever time I have used them. Such a great and wonderful staff. They got us on the road in no time flat. They were able to identify the repair and give kind and professional service throughout the process. I would highly recommend Phil's to anyone that is looking for an auto body shop. They are top notch!!Thank you so much for your help you all probably saved our lives by finding what you did. Hopefully we never have to have body work done but if we do we know where to take our car.

This was the best experience! Outstanding customer service, prices, and workmanship! Don't go anywhere else! They replaced my front bumper and grille after an accident. My car looks beautiful! We couldn t be happier! This was our 2nd trip in 3 months to Phil s. First my car, now my wife s car, both for relatively minor front end scratch and scrape damage from parking lot/garage mishaps.Dave and Dawn are it just very professional, but (just as importantly) friendly and helpful. Their technicians are really good, and were able to repair the scratches & scrapes, and match the paint color on both vehicles so well that you can t tell there was ever any damage.Their prices are reasonable. There were no hidden charges or other unpleasant surprises. We paid the amount they stated in their written estimate, which was clearly stated and itemized. They reviewed their written estimate with us, and answered all our questions, prior to our leaving the car with them. The cars were done and ready for pick up when promised, with just a few days of down time. They even buffed out, at no extra charge to us, some light surface scratches on my car door that was unrelated to our other damage (looked like maybe a loose shopping cart may have scraped against it). That s going the extra mile for quality service.We are very pleased with Phil s, highly recommend them, and will use them again if and when we ever need body shop service.

My mother has only had her car for three months. Last night I noticed the front end fender was popped out. We went to the Chevy dealership and they said to take it to an auto body shop. The serviceman gave us a card to Phil s. We called Phil s to see if there were appointments available and they said to bring the car right down. When we arrived there was a gentleman outside helping another customer, he came over to us and said give him a minute. He came right back to us looked at my moms car, and fixed it in less then a minute. He showed us where someone hit the car. We didn t get his name unfortunately as we were so grateful for his time and helping us. Please if your in the area or even hours away and want a trustworthy auto body shop go to Phil s. Phil s Auto Repair & Glass in Leesburg, FL did outstanding work on my 2020 Camry last week!! I had something fly up and hit one of my doors and they remove both doors repaired the damage and repainted my beautiful car! They also buffed out my rear bumper that had some marks on it and it looks brand new!!! RANDY the Owner is an OUTSTANDING CRAFTSMAN WHEN IT COMES TO AUTO REPAIR, BODY WORK AND PAINT!!!Randy has worked on my vehicles for years and you can never tell where the repair was because he does such OUTSTANDING WORK!!!He also is very reasonable on his prices and doesn t try to gouge the customer like some places do!!!If you need auto repair, body work or paint, take your vehicle to PHIL S AUTO REPAIR AND GLASS!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my 2016 black Z06 in to have some scratches fixed. The owner came out and said he could do it in about an hour and he did. He explained to me every step of the way. Had undercarriage damage on my car and Phil s Autobody was suggested to me as a vendor to get my car fixed. Dawn and Scott did a great job taking care of me and my car was fixed better then new. The quality of their work, value, and professionalism was exceptional, a five star rating

VERY pleased with the entire process of getting a replacement window for my vehicle. I paid exactly what I was quoted on the phone. The replacement window was ordered Monday (7/23), arrived yesterday (7/24). I dropped off my car first thing this morning and it was completed by early afternoon. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs glass work or even auto body work on their vehicle. In the future I will be coming here for all my vehicle body repairs.

I am from out of town and I had my truck broken into on the day we were leaving. Desperate for a repair, I called all around Orlando to get it fixed on the same day. Phil's was the only one to make it happen. They acted quickly to find and retrieve a new window for me. Not only did they repair it but they gave the very best price. They also cleaned all of the shattered glass. Now chances are I may never need their assistance again, but I will spread the word of great customer service in Leesburg. Class A establishment. I can't thank you enough.

I would give this shop 10 stars if I could! We needed a hood latch fixed on a spur of the moment. We called 14 other body shops and dealt with rude people (Doms, Wheelers, Leesburg auto body, etc.) before calling Phil's & none of them gave us the time of day until we called Phil's. We were told to bring the truck on in. We were greeted immediately & our truck was fixed on spot. I highly reccommend this shop for all of your vehicle repairs
