I came in today with a flat tire hoping to get it checked out and replaced. Unfortunately, my inner brake pads were way too small and definitely needed replacing. Chris, who was the salesman, explained in thorough detail what was going on with my tires and pads and even brought me into the bay to show me exactly what was going on and why it needed replacement. If you have anything going on with your car, take it to this pep boys because they will go out of their way to make sure your car is ready to hit the road again.

I love this Pepboys location on Radio Road in Leesburg! Rich is always fantastic and such a great help and the mechanics always do such a great and thorough job. I couldn t recommend this location enough. Also, you re within walking distance of the mall if you want something to do while you wait!

The serpentine belt in my car started to shred while I was in Leesburg for work. The manager at Pep Boys was super helpful and able to fit me in right away. I was back on the road in less than an hour. These guys were a life saver that day! Nice people, great customer service.

They worked on my dads car there A new Battery and cables used Ford products to keep it in line with warranty.

Very disappointed with Pep Boys. In my paperwork it listed my brakes as needing replacement urgently but when I took my vehicle to my regular mechanic they don't even need to be replaced! Feel like they were trying to scam me into spending more money on unnecessary repairs. Watch yourself if you use them.

I was shocked that my bill for an oil change was almost double from what I had paid in the past. The manager told me that the previous manager gave me good customer discount (I"ve used PEP Boys for years) and that was against company policy!) I;m not sure about that...........I will check around at other places as I know they issue coupons on a regular basis. The manager told me that PEP Boys does not believe in coupons or discounts.

First time using Pepboys and will definitely keep them as an auto shop. Rich and the mechanics were above and beyond with providing and explaining necessary repairs. As an older female I was reluctant to change businesses due to past experiences of unnecessary repairs. Pepboys were honest and explained what repairs were needed now and what could wait a few more months. Very satisfied with this business.

I have never had such a poor customer experience. I have been in the automotive field for the last 14 years. I fully supplied the part to Rich at the repair facility and instantly they tried to inform me that it was a used part, the part wouldn t fit my vehicle and I didn t know what I was talking about. He seemed aggravated that I was able to get the same part for $200 when they quoted me over $600. Rich informed me that the local guy would be out that same day or maybe the next. That never happened, I texted him for an update and hardly ever got a response back. Now we are going on 2 weeks, the guy came to come out to program the BCM and yet again Rich tries to tell me that the part is not correct, I took 5 minutes and actually called the Chevy dealer which he should of done and guess what, the part that I supplied them was the correct one and the current one that was in my truck was discontinued. That almost took another week without getting a response back from anyone. Now the guy comes out to program my truck and Rich texts me telling me that I would have to replace the battery that they wanted me to pay over $300 for. Nothing was wrong with my battery at the time I dropped my vehicle off. Again Rich never replied just texted me a few days later that my truck was ready for pick up. I use to have excellent customer service when the old service manager David was there. I will never return or bring back my 3 vehicles to have them serviced there

This location is independent rather than franchise. I have had service done 2x within the past 2 weeks. The first one was an emergency tire replacement. They were very accommodating and were able to get my car back on the road within 1.5 hours.I went back a week later to get more comprehensive repairs done. Again they were very fast, very honest, and very friendly. They provided a Lyft ride home while they were working on my vehicle, and also sent a Lyft to pick me up when the service was complete.My vehicle is running great now, and I feel safe on the road.

David and Dakota did a fantastic job on changing out a tire on our car! I went in, not knowing they were getting ready to close, and figured I would have to come back, but they were gracious enough to still get me taken care of. Thank you so much!

Took my Mini in for a oil change and a check on the brakes, since I had an error show up. Got my synthetic oil out in and they fixed a broken wire on my brake sensor. Just moved here so this will be my repair shop from now on. Thanks guys.

Rich the manager was very accommodating with my needs and went over and beyond. He was more than fair and provided timely and quality service. He is an asset to the industry. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. The Car drives like it s brand new. Excellent experience overall.

Nice level of service, I have chrome wheels, and the mechanic placed the balance weights on the inside. We appreciate this act of kindness, as well as the short wait time for 4 new tires, wheel balance & front end alignment, and brake fluid flushing, which only took 1:15 !!!

I called in a pinch and needed a new set of tires in a hurry. John was able to get me what I wanted, get my truck in the shop, get my new tires mounted/balanced, and had me driving away within a couple hours from the initial phone call. Also, the total price came in very affordable and under my budget.

The guys went way beyond my expectations. I didn't have an appointment but they squeezed me in and did an excellent job on the repair of my car. They realized I was in a jam and bent over backwards to accomodate me. These guys are great! Thanks!

I ve been using this store for years it s terrible not to be going back again. I scheduled my truck for an oil change and inspection along with getting 2 new tires for my trailer on a Wednesday to be brought in Sunday morning at 8am. Upon arrival I m told by the new manager Rich. That he was unaware of the oil change. No biggie mistakes happen. As I m leaving I ask Rich what time the truck and trailer should be ready his reply around lunch. No problem. I return at 1 and the truck or trailer has not been touched. I ask him how long his reply there starting it now. I tell him I ve got afternoon plans. He doesn t even reply. After I m sitting there a few more minutes he tells me I should have told him that. He can let me take everything now untouched. Then proceeds to run his mouth to another client he s been doing this for 40 years. We won t be returning to treatment or service like that.

Price came in as estimated. Job was completed ahead of schedule. No surprises. Staff was knowledgeable, honest and a pleasure to do business with. Yes I will use them again. They even went on line and found me the parts I needed. Cheaper than expected.

This is the second time we've gone for tires at Pep Boys, Radio Road in Leesburg (two different vehicles). Service is always great and John & Chris at the counter are always professional and kind. Treated my wife like real men should, with respect. They should be a lesson for all auto repair shops.

The staff was responsive, and the wait time was not bad. Buying 4 new tires is expensive but at least it is done. Pep Boys even provided a discount for being a military veteran. I appreciate that.
