Elvis at the Leesburg location was absolutely fantastic! He handled all of my calls (there were many) and questions with professionalism, patience, and knowledge. He said he would beat the price of my (former) long-time auto shop to replace my whole A/C system and he did, and then it got even cheaper once the day came to do the work. The whole crew there was very friendly and upbeat. It got completed in half the time I expected and I am extremely satisfied with my overall experience and result. I have COLD a/c AGAIN!!

The manager (Elvis) was fantastic, polite, and honest. The technicians did a great job replacing all 4 tires. Absolutely will use them again!

Great service and quality work.I usually know the tire I want before I walk thru the door but Elvis offered his suggestions and I listened.He got me a better tire andsaved me money.He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The mechanics made sure my wheel alignment was near perfect before they returned the truck. Great job guys! This PepBoys store is going to be my store from now on.

Great Experience! And my car is fixed feels like brand new. I went in for an oil change after a long road trip from Texas, ended up getting breaks and Rotors done along with my left ball bearings, noise is gone and my carrito is ready to Go! Elvis is amazing and my mechanic took care of me! Thank you.

Came in for an air conditioner diagnostic on my 2011 Honda crv, said the whole unit had to be replaced. Quoted $2300. Went to Honda dealership, it was just the clutch kit I needed. $800. Big savings Watch for the $200 warranty they add to your bill without any discussion Brutal.

The person who helped me was jordan, he was very polite very kind and quoted me all four tires for $502, but he was able to drop it down to 401. I know I'll need a wheel alignment here soon and I am definitely coming back. Thank you again for the wonderful customer service.

See Dave and Rich. Friendly location! They do everything they can to get you taken care of asap. My tire was separated and got me in right away and found me the best set at best sale price for my car.

Leaving this as a time stamp. I had my oil changed earlier today. My oil pan is now completely ripped off after dragging due to not being put back on correctly. I will be returning tomorrow, 1-19-24 and I expect all damages to be fixed.

I want to begin this review by stating that I am a lady, which adds a certain 'uphill battle' quality to visiting the mechanic. I will say that this location has to be the most honest, transparent, and respectful I have visited. My husband and I have been utilizing Store 1821 since we moved to Leesburg from Orlando in the Spring of 2022, and the staff/technicians have been outstanding. They do not 'fear monger' and they do take the time to thoroughly explain the what, why, and how. I am truly impressed and thankful. Rich is fantastic; get that man a raise! Seriously.

Jordan went above and beyond with his customer service. That is the kind of person every company needs that deals with customers. Least we forget in the customer service business that the customer is the reason we get a paycheck. Jordan is the reason I'll return.

Went for an alignment, tire rotation, and oil change. I know definitely my tires were never rotated according to my dashboard reading and yes I have been driving for days now and still the air pressure numbers haven't changed from when I dropped it off. Also, all the tires weren't at the proper tire pressure for an alignment and never filled.

When I walked in, the attendant was busy but did say he would be with me soon. After that my service was very quick and efficient. I will continue doing business here.

The price and services discussed over the phone did not match the services i paid for. I was charged an egregious amount for an oil change and ac fix and upon looking at my itemized receipt there were hundreds of extra dollars for services I was not aware of. I've been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience until today. I'm not sure what changed, but if you are a person that is worried about being overcharged take your business elsewhere.

Took my vehicle in to have a radiator changed and asked for a/c to be checked thought maybe it was shutting off as a fail safe due to the crack in the radaitor. Charged me 473$ for labor alone which is outrageous for something that's a 2 hr repair. Never even checked my a/c. Left with a 1000$ bill for a radiator replacement and was told to come back about the a/c. I had been going here for about 4.5 years, used to love it. All of the staff we got to know over those years are all gone and the place is just a rip off anymore. Bring David back!

I had the worst experience with a pepboys down the street they couldn t fix wind shield wipers or change a tire couldn t even tell me what s wrong I have a old amg Mercedes benz I know it s a tuff car to work on but this pepboys was the best I ve ever been to the professional but friendly they let me know play by play updates so I could figure out traveling to work the fixed my windshield wiper had a problem with Sam modular aka fuse box was broke got me 3 tires I needed for the cheapest price I could find online and even the brand of tire I wanted nexen ,the new manager there is awesome he s st8 forward and let me know everything that was wrong with my car even the stuff I knew about not sure how to spell his name but Jodi your awesome there is new management So please if your thinking about going to this location your in good hands nowServices: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

$700 to change an alternator for a dodge journey sounds a lot, but having the issue solved the same day with an appointment I made online the night before, is priceless. I don't have a BFF mechanic but with pepboy I feel I have a expensive reliable mechanic.

Excellent! Very fast friendly and professional guys. Thank you very much David and Jordon for such great service. My son AC compressor went out on his BMW 328i series. I call and immediately I was told to come in which normally other places you will have to wait weeks for an appointment. Believe me we were at pep boys late afternoon about 9:30 next morning car was fix . Unbelievable! Thank you guys and please keep up the good work.

I had such amazing and helpful person by the name of Elvis. I like how he explained everything I needed for my car. I highly recommend going to this Pep Boys Store in Leesburg 1821 and ask for Elvis he will help you understand all your car repair needs.

Stopped in here for an oil change at the last minute at the end of the day and let me tell you...Jordan was so awesome and gave me a great discount on some new tires! Nick took care of the truck and pointed out some issues I need to be aware of. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. I will be back. Thanks guys!!!

Dave at my regular pep boys is an asset to your company, and a LITTLE funny . I've had oil changes, tire installations, and most recently, a transmission fuel and filter change. All work was done as timely as they quoted. Until or unless I have issues with their work I'll continue to be a customer...

Excellent service. I was a walk in for a tire repair and they had me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Jeremy and his crew are professional and very knowledgeable. This location will be my go to spot for any further auto needs. 5 stars

Had a Great experience with Pep Boys this morning.Took my truck in, for rear brakes. What an amazing job!!Great price, Great Service. Dave and Richard did an awesome job.. Will definitely go back..

I appreciate their communications since they were having a busy day and cars where backed up. they would let me know how it was going and when the estimated time of being finished. On my drive home I realized they got an indicator light off that has been on for years and even the dealerships could not get it to turn off. Awesome!

All 4 wheels have very hard to remove grease marks in a circular pattern I'm assuming from the tire machine. These should have been cleaned prior to delivery. Other than that tires appear to be well balanced. I haven't driven oven 50mph yet, so we will see later today if they remain good when I will be driving faster.
