So grateful to this team! Daniel, Rob, and Jay have their act together. Customer friendly, work well together, kept me informed, provided documentation of everything from the diagnostic outcomes and services.My air wasn t working, I needed 2 new tires, and an oil change. A hot mess, pun intended! Daniel, at the desk, explained the diagnostic process and costs to evaluate the a/c. He also reviewed what was needed, why, and options. Everything was on paper. Wait time was as promised.Daniel made some calls and found a better price on a/c parts. I needed a Saturday apt (2 days later) for the big job and they were able to accommodate me.Rob, the technician, did the complicated work. Said he had to take the whole front end off my euro coup to get to the broken unit. The team says he is the best tech in the state. No doubt here!I came back after the shop had just closed and he still came out to answer a few questions that I had. He listened, and helped me understand.Now let s talk about your lounge just kidding. Seriously though, get the folks at the top to invest in this space! Come on Mr. Willetts do something to improve the comfort of customers waiting to pay you! Make Moe, Manny, and Jack proud. Thank you Pep Boys. Highly recommend.

The staff is very friendly. They got me in at my appointment time. I was happy to find out that they rotate your tires and fix most not all flat tire for free. I also found out they provide many services. First time using Pep boys and I will be back to do business.

DISHONEST SERVICE! This place is all about sales and the mighty dollar. Took a flat tire in off of my car to be repaired and blatantly tried to make me think tire was dry rotten and unrepairable. Tire is 3 years old. I've done tire work myself for years so you were not bluffing me. This is not the first run in with 3 different Pep boys around Leesburg. They all practice dishonest service it seems. Be ware if you are going to Pep boys.

I found Daniel to be friendly and professional in dealing with a senior citizen. Evaluation was done and luckily for me the repair was simple. I was not ripped off. I appreciate both Daniel and Jason for their assistance.

We are new to the area. We were looking for someone on Saturday late afternoon who could install a low beam headlight on our 2500 Chevy Truck. We saw this Pepboys in Leesburg and saw they were open. We stopped and spoke to Jay. Jay instructed us to go up the road to NAPA and purchase the bulb, bring it back and they would install it for us. Jay took care of us well! We highly recommend them!Our saga continues we went through an automated carwash and snapped the (large) passenger mirror off! (Thank you NY salt!) we went back to Pepboys for advice as to where to take the truck for repair. Once again Jay helped us out. He recommended we purchase the mirror and they would install it for us. He also helped us out by removing the dangling mirror saving me from having to hang onto it with the window down as my husband drove, Lol. Awesome service all around! We highly recommend this Pepboys and will definitely be back for this truck and problem and additional work when needed! Thank you Jay!

I asked for halogen low beam bulbs for my car. I was told by Daniel he had them in stock. I had only one light out but asked him to replace them both. He only replaced one and it wasn't a halogen bulb. This was Saturday December 2nd 2023. He presented me with an invoice for a basic bulb. One bulb. He said they were both replaced and it just didn't seem to be fair to charge me so much for such an easy job. I turned my lights on to make sure they both worked before leaving the parking lot. I realized neither were halogen bulbs. Tonight on the turnpike my left passenger low beam went out. . RIPPED OFF BECAUSE YOU'RE A WOMAN. Do NOT GO THERE.

This past Monday I visited Pep Boys in the City of Leesburg, Florida, and believe me, it was the right decision on my part.At the end of the day, I drove off completely satisfied, first because of the manner by which I was greeted by staff as well as their understanding of my needs, their attention to what I understood was my problem, and how they addressed my concerns.They also addressed my needs based on what I really needed, instead on what I thought that I needed, saving me some cash.Honesty is priceless!Thank you Pep Boys, and thank you Daniel!

This was a Tires and Service only store that got the tires I wanted the next day at a good price. Would of been nice if they dressed them though..

Jenni was amazing. She was very helpful and kept me up to date on the work needed on my car. She was friendly and personable. Her customer service, even during a technical glitch was top shelf. I am very happy with the service that was done on my car as well.

Daniel Pardo was the professional who assisted me with getting checked in and he saw to that all of my concerns were taken care of and in a timely manner. Great service and friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending to all my friends and family who need service on their vehicles

I find it hard to understand the level of incompetence that I witnessed at the Leesburg Florida location. Bruce had to ask me 6 time what I needed done. I had a spare on the driver side rear. I needed a new tire mounted and balanced put on the rim in the back bed of the truck, take the spare off and put the rim with new tire on the driver side rear. I'm sure things can not get any more simple. It got worse from there. I will never let this store touch any of my vehicles in the future. As long as the can employ people like Bruce. Also while I was waiting for my Uber to take me home, someone from the shop gets in my truck and takes it for a ride around the block. Making sure to kick in the turbo, I was there for a tire to get mounted that was in the bed of the truck. Not sure why it needed to be driven out of the parking lot, around the block, and back into the parking lot....

You d think they might be a bit more accommodating when I just bought four new tires and my tire light came on. Stopped in to have it checked. Was told two hour wait. Not happy!Follow-upI received not one but two follow-up inquiries as to full story of my complaint and then a call from Jordan at the store and I couldn t be more satisfied with the response to my complaint. Everyone has an off day. Thanks Pepboys and specifically Jordan for making me feel valued!

Leesburg FL Pep Boys were great. I picked out tires and scheduled install online. First install of day took about an hour and a half. A good price and great service.

Omg ! I came in on referral for a slow leak driving almost on a flat with my babies scared to break down . Met TJ and Daniel and they went right into fixing my problem with nothing but kindness and professionalism !!! And efficiency!!! A+ guys!!!!!

Exceptional Service! Only mechanic in town that I will use from now on. Always have the parts in stock and make the highest effort to get the job done as fast as possible! Pam the customer care rep is amazing! She went out of her way to make sure that I had my car back the same day. Thank you guys for going above and beyond.

Disappointed with the service I received for my car's air conditioning. My air conditioner was blowing slightly cold and took 15 mins to cool my car, but when it was cooler outside the air conditioner was very cold. I brought it in for the free A/C check, which later was told that "FREE CHECK" was meant to check to see if warm or cold air was blowing when the air was turned on. Then I was told my refrigerant was low and they filled it to do the diagnostic on it. I was told I needed a new air compressor which costs over $2100. I couldn't afford it so I picked up my car that has absolutely no cold air whatsoever. Very disappointed with the service and that I got it back worse than when I brought it in.

Pam, the manager, is wonderful! She s knowledgeable and very professional. The technicians are also so very nice. I have never been treated unfairly here, and will continue to use THIS Pep Boys for my car services.

The staff were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They didn't overcharge me for the work done and did not tell me I needed a repair when I did not need it. I will definitely come back to this Pep Boys!

First time using Pep Boys and was more than satisfied. Didn't pressure me to buy anything more than what I came for and even got me in earlier than my appointment time. Quick, friendly service and will be returning.

WOW! Pam and the service team are awesome, super professional and a true pleasure to do business with.The last time we took our Nissan, Rouge to the dealer for an oil change. The dealer told us we needed brakes. We made an appointment and brought our car to Pep Boys, They performed an inspection come to find out we actually didn't need brakes. Pep Boys was and will always be our trusted service store.Thank you Pam and Service Team!!

I had a nail in the middle of my tire that could easily be patched, but they said I needed a new one. I went down the street & got it patched in 5 minutes.

I visited Pep Boys online as my Toyota dealer advised me that Two of my tires were in need of replacement, one was very close and the last had a nail in the sidewall. Plus, I had very good past experience with the Pep Boys in Leesburg. There site was easy to navigate. I selected a set of four tires and an install appointment that was available the next day. I also thought it best to get an alignment to insure the proper performance and wear for my new tires. I was in and out in less than two hours. the tires are perfect, the install appointment was excellent and I would recommend Pep Boys to anyone that needs tires or service.

I took my car in for spark plugs and ended up getting motor mounts. The 1st visit issue was not fixed. I called back next morning was told to bring back and they will try to fix issue. They fixed the issue for no extra charge the next day. I'm big on customer service with that being said I would definitely recommend pep boys...Thank you!
