Helpful and friendly staff. Clean restroom. Adequate parts supply. They didn't have one of the parts that we needed but were more than helpful helping to direct us where we might be able to find it. That speaks volumes about the customer service if they're willing to help you out and even recommend a competitor for an item.

I had a loose battery cable that kept making my car die. I took it to O'Reilly's and Hector not only tightened the clasp, but also checked the power of the battery, added a cap to it wouldn't slip off, and tightened the supporting bracket. Went way above and beyond to help. I really appreciate it!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had engine light on and they put the diagnostic tool on my car and I was instantly told why it was on. I was very appreciative of their help.

Customer service went beyond call of duty. Friendly, willing to engage of what my needs were and not just sell me anything. Great place for woman, you won't be taken advantage of by them selling you things you dont need. Little did they know my husband is mechanic. Very refreshing. Trustworthy

Always helpful with good prices on accessories and parts. Most recently very impressed when I couldn t trace my receipt and they couldn t trace my purchase for a battery which didn t last as long as it should. They replaced it anyway. Very decent of them. They will certainly get our continued custom.

The folks at O'Reilly are fantastic. I needed to replace the water pump on my BMWAll the local shops said the pump would take a week to get. O'Reilly had it in stock. Instead of being dead in the water I am back on the road. The price was excellent and the service was even better. They are my "go to" source for all my parts.

Stephanie was great and saved me the core charge on my battery, but they didn t bring my order out like the site said. Sooo three stars not to mention they had a customer without a mask on and I did not feel comfortable in the store.

Had to leave Advance Auto Parts today because nobody would wait on customers in line. I went across the street into O'Reilly Auto Parts and was instantly asked what I needed where the item was located in the store they were three people on the register ready to check people out no waiting. Great customer service with a good attitude. I will shop hear from now on

Tried to get my military discount and it was a fail. I'm not sure what exactly happened. The manager put in his code. But after checking the receipt. I found no discount. Peace

Bro, such a waste of time called for a belt # as my rv and uhaul are on the side of the turnpike. Broken down. They said they had it. I Pais 130$ for a taxi... show up and they don't have it. They will order it.. what a joke, no accountability.

I worked for Oriellys for a little bit and this is a good summary of the professionalism and class that both the staff and managers have. Seemed like good people too, I wouldn't spit in this stores direction.

If it were possible to get anything less than a star, I would give it to this store. My experience here had been horrible. I ordered special spark plugs with the understanding I would have them 5-7 days. They were ordered on the 15th...today is the the 1st! They were suppose to call when my order came in. I got the call last week, but when I arrived the order was wrong. I understand their warehouse sending the wrong amount, BUT you received the wrong items and surely when they come in someone is supposed to check off the items received are correct. It's called accountability. So they were reordered. Supposedly next day. They were to call when my order arrived. I called to check. I was told my order was in. Guess what?! It wasn't! I was told they would check locally and call me back. Im still waiting on this call. My order was prepaid. $200 worth! This store has dropped the ball in every way possible. I feel I should be compensated for this terrible service along with my time and mileage. Go elsewhere!

Awesome cheapest prices or price match. Had my parts, helped me find out what tools i needed. Confirmed they had everything, pulled it, reminded me what i didnt think about, and looked around for me to price match without me asking. When i got there reminded me of another thing i forgot to ask them to pull. Remembered me from the last time i'd been there. Over all two thumbs up And six Stars If i Could.

You want some awesome cool tool? They have them. I would feel comfortable rebuilding an entire engine from crankshaft to valve covers knowing if I needed a special tool that O'reilly's would have it.

They seem to have a well supplied store. However in the last 2 weeks I was there 3 times once no one knew what coolant I needed for my VW Eurovan. Next they didn't have the paint I needed, out of stock. Third I had a broken plastic sunvisor on my car. They didn't have any in stock but I could get one in a week for $100, or a whole set of 4 at $65????? I'm not impressed

Bought sealer for gas tank, permatex brand. It didn't work. Took tank back and showed them. Because I had written out a check they said I would have to wait 20 days.( My check cleared Next day ) Went back on day 21 and they said I needed the packaging. I didn't have it so I went 20 minutes back home and took the gas tank back to them. When I came back, the manager was no where in sight and a young man gave me the refund. Have dealt with Advance Auto and Auto Zone for years, never had a problem like this, always quick to solve a problem. Will never go back. (Written for my husband)

WELL THEY ARE OK FOR WHAT THEY DO I GUESS A LITTLE PRICEY AND I DON'T THINK THEY REALLY CARE IF THEY COMPETE WITH OTHER AUTO PARTS STORES IF THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE IT'S LIKE SO WHAT IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Went to this O"Reillys f to get the correct wiper blades. I purchased in Michigan the blades But we're the wrong ones for my gmc. The O'Reilly in Michigan sold me the wrong ones. They took the ones in exchange for the correct size . Perfect fit. I have never been treated in such a professional way by any other store. Thanks. I will l drive the extra miles to return here in the future.

Needed an air filter clamp, strap, whatever it is called. I was told they were out but that they could order one. Said they could have it in three hours. Three hours and fifteen minutes later I had my clamp.
