This review is geared mostly towards women. If you have ever been a victim of gender bias, and taken advantage of...THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!! Absolutely honest, thorough and just good knowledgeable people. The bathroom was extremely clean as well. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for everyone!!! 10* The price was VERY reasonable as well. You won't be disappointed. Great people

Great experience today having my catalytic converter replaced by this shop. These folks are honest, affordable, very respectful and quick. Great communication, diagnosis and execution. I highly recommend and will look to use their other services in the future.

This place was absolutely fantastic. I thought my car was going to be in for 2 or 3 days. They had it done in one day. And the price was very fair. Excellent mechanic service..

If you are expecting honestly and quality customer service don't step a foot in this place. I would bot recommend this place to my worst enemy. Had the catalytic converter replaced there and after a few weeks I noticed a noise. Had a mechanic look at it. They informed me there were several bolts missing. Went back to Muffler Man and they were rude refusing to look at it. They just don't backup their workmanship. Thus is not how you run an honest business. I will never step my foot there again.

Went in to do one job, and after checking my used vehicle, they found several other things that needed immediate attention. Work was done in a timely manner and at a fair price I was totally satisfied with the workmanship and customer service at this establishment and will bring my vehicle to them for any other work my truck might need that I can't do myself.

BUYER BEWARE! This guy does shotty work and he's dishonest. I took my suv in to have my transmission replaced due to complete failure. Waited 3 weeks for repair. A few days later I noticed that the transmission was my original transmission that he had rebuilt instead of a new one. That's not what our agreement was. My transmission is still leaking and slippingOn the same ticket, I paid for breaks to be done. He replaced the rotors and break pads. Now my breaks are squeaking loudly, and catching. Also, my ABS, slip, and air bag lights are on from damages caused by muffler man. On top of that, the shop damaged all 4 rim caps. I brought this to the owner's attention. He agreed to make it right and had me send information to replace the rim caps. I kept texting him and he ignored me.He also said he gives a Veteran discount but he didn't applyI paid with AMEX, after paying a $300 fee, so I put the transaction in dispute because I didn't get what I paid for.The owner then, called my wife and told her I committed a felony. He refused to communicate with AMEX arbitration system for resolution. He needs to pay for damages he has caused. My garage is saturated from leaks, my ABS system is damaged, breaks need repair, my transmission is still leaking and slipping. He won't make contact with AMEX to remedy. Guess I'll take him to court because I'm out of $8500.This is very upsetting for me because I've had work done by this shop over the years with no problems. Don't know what happened but I'll never go there again.

Needed the manifold bolts replaced on my F250 as half of the factory bolts had rusted and broke. Gene and the team took good care of me and really went above and beyond.

Work was done WELL and QUICK and they got me in when JIFFY wouldn't even answer my call but it's the nearly $30 they charged me as a "merchant" charge to use my debit card that leaves me unsatisfied, I'll just use cash next time and will most likely visit again for service needs.

Drew and his team are the best!!! Great customer service and quality work. Coffee's good too. I had a muffler delete done on my 2013 Fiat 500 Turbo and it sounds great.

Always friendly and quick. Reasonable priced. Moved here almost 2 yrs ago and the only place that has worked on my car. Does mufflers brake oil changes and other services.

I brought in my own performance exhaust to have installed. I was given a very fair price for the job beforehand, but as it turned out the fit was wonky, but instead of charging me out the wazoo to correct it, they did the modifications and got it done. I need a catalytic converter in my other car. It's without question going here.

The shop installed an axle back performance exhaust on my 370z.The system was supposed to be a custom fit but of course it didn't line up at all. A custom fit and installation was done by the shop crew that looks excellent, fits perfectly, and sounds great. These guys are good!

After a month of being told no one can help me do a full exhaust,muffler, 2 Cats on my Nissan frontier, I called this shop, they let me drop it off the night before and called 9am the next morning to give me an estimate. They had the entire thing done that afternoon. Price was better then I expected and the guys there were nice and didn't try to talk to me like a "dumb woman". I already knew what it needed. Side note: my truck came from NY and a lot of rust! I highly recommend this shop!!!Service: Exhaust

I was in a fairly serious rear end collision, and it s going to be weeks before the repairs can be done. While my car is drivable, One issue that really concerned me was that my muffler was barely hanging on. The collision repair shop recommended Muffler Man, so I went there. Less than 15 minutes later, the muffler was secured and the guy wasn t even going to charge me!!! I did give him some $$$ because the excellent service and my peace of mind. Went to to place to do a muffler delete on my challenger. Time was fast and cheaper then other places I've been to. Definitely coming back if they do resonator installs.Edit: came back again to put on some magnaflow resonators and now my car sounds even better. Will be going back to get those new tips put on as well!

Looking to have a mild performance exhaust system installed. Visited the business to get a price. One week later tried to get an appointment, clerk said first come first serve. No problem, be there at opening next day. Then stated that price given was now going to cost more, and was rude about it. Little later after I called a different m.man, and got a better price. I called store visited back and was told to use the other store. While on phone with other store, the first one visited called me and stated that I could not afford them and to never f-@#$%! come back. Worst customer service I've ever received!

Excellent customer service. Had a problem with my A/C the dealer wanted to wack me over 4grand. Mufflerman said it only needed a low side pressure switch. They replaced the switched for less than 200 dollars and I still have ice cold air. Definitely coming back for all my vehicles repairs. Thank you Mufflerman.

I was very pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I had some specialized work done on my older BMW convertible, and they did a fine job and charged a very fair price for the work. I also noticed that they have a very good price also for oil changes ($16) ... So when my 3000 miles are up ... I am coming back for that. I can't change my own oil for that price!

I retired from the automotive industry a couple of years ago so when I say they are great I know what I am talking about. I brought my truck in for a exhaust repair. They actually suggested a cheaper way to repair it that will still be 100% fine. Who does that anymore? Normally it is all about minimum charges and trying to increase the bill. I felt they are really looking after the customer. I highly recommend this repair place.

Pulled in to muffler man and very surprised, I was given a price of $600.00 for repair.After the shock of such high estimate I had repair work done at a local shop for only $40.00 would not recommend this place to anyone

After new management has taken over I realized that this is no longer the same shop I could rely on. I brought my car in for a misfire after a brief wait the so called technician came back and said I would need spark plugs and the plug boots. Right away I knew something wasn t right because I had changed the plugs myself less than a month ago. Once I told him that he said it was only the boots then. I agreed to the price, after he changed them the problem wasn t fixed. He said he couldn t fix it and wanted to charge me. I told him how can he charge me when the problem wasn t fixed. After going back and forth for a little bit he only charged me for one spark plug boot which he admitted to damaging the old one trying to take it off. My engine for some reason was full of some white dust as if driven through a construction site with the hood open. My interior also had gotten some of that same dust. This is definitely a oil change and muffler repair shop only, and even then I would think twice before taking your car there. I miss the old manager Drew. I will definitely not be going back.

I had an excellent experience with Drew and his workers. My 2010 Corvette no longer sounds like a Prius thanks to them. Drew was very specific on what each brand of exhaust would sound like and was able to help me make an informed decision. I simply made an appointment and all the work was done in the same day with no hidden fees or surprises. My car now sounds as good as it looks, I will definitely go back for further work.
