Professional Expert service. They stand behind their work, didn't try to sell me something I don't need, like some car dealers do. The dealer said I need a new Catalytic converter. Muffler man manager and owner hooked up my car to their Diagnostic machine and said they just had to replace Censors. Dealer want to charge me $25000 to replace it. Labor and parts cost under $500. Big saving. But theyhad problem, thecould wait on the phone for the insurance firm. So,I had to go to the dealer. Good news parts and labor covered.

You have to come see there new showroom. If you are looking for an honest person showing you what needs to be fixed, stop here and you will not be disappointed. My GMC has over 200,000 miles and they keep me on the road at a reasonable price. Just got back here to Leesburg from driving to Ontario Canada and back.

I had my catalytic converter stolen from the boat ramp for Lake Harris Saturday morning while I was fishing. I called Muffler Man at 8am Monday morning he was able to get my wife right in. And was done in about an hour! We are very pleased with the job they did and appreciate how they was able to jump right on our vehicle and get us on our way! very reasonable prices also I will use them again and recommend anyone to call them first!Service: Exhaust

Great price fast repair and right on the money for what i was looking for. He was absolutely right about the catalyic going out massive mechanical difference now it low idles cleanly without rattles and stutters, and the accelaration smooth and the volume even quieter then I expected, I wanted a balance of performance without sounding excessively loud (I've down straight pipe in the past and learned my lesson) And the hp and torque difference is large enough to notice barely have to accelerate or push the motor near as hard to achieve speeds i drive at, it sounds cleaner and a little more throaty then stock absolute savings in gas now well easily pay for the cost in over a year.Service: Exhaust

They got done in a timely manner but they defensively were over priced now from the last time I went there. $60 got me a whole point and weld done before, now I just had a muffler and shielding replaced for almost $200. Way to much for me to go back to them these days.

Do not use this place! They cut out one of my catalytic converters without my permission and then welded in a pipe. (I did not know that they did this). When I took my car back because the service engine soon light was on they told me I should just get rid of the car. They totally ruined my car! It cost me $1800 to get it repaired after they repaired it! Stay far far away from this business!Service: Exhaust

I've used them in the past and they were really good people but my past few experiences I haven't been very pleased. they've put 2 power steering pumps on my son's truck in the past year and now this pump has gone out. In April on 2 different occasions I've taken my daughter's car up to get the AC compressor replaced and it's June am I going to still don't have any AC. Please learn from my past experience don't waste your money.

Mike has been very fair to me. He has done 4-5 tasks for me and I have been charged fairly. Sometimes I have to wait because they are pretty busy, I guess you could look at that as good or bad, I look at it as good because he has a lot of repeat customers. I have an older vehicle and they have done very good work, some of it was pretty complex. I would recommend this Muffler Man highly unless you have to have a lot of shine and polish, then you can go where they charge you more. Mikey and one other mechanic, I forgot his name :( , have both work on my automobiles and I have been satisfied with the results from both. These guys did an excellent job fixing my muffler and again when they fixed my radiator! I would highly recommend them! Fast, friendly, and very reasonable on the price!

Excellent service. Was in and out so fast. Just called in the am. He said come after 12, and I got right in. No wait. Even answered other questions I had. Just moved here from Iowa. Love mom and pop spots. DEFINITELY WILL BE MY NEW SPOT FOR MY GMC! THANKS GUYS See you soon

Straight and to the point. You ask, they do. They won't tell you what you need extra of unless you ask. They don't talk down on you. Low rates as well. I'll be taking my Malibu here for future work. I went in for an oil change and brakes. They pointed out that my brakes were fine and showed me exactly where they were at.

They are knowledgeable, professional, and are more than willing to show what is wrong with my vehicle before charging me for something I wouldn't be able to know if it was wrong or not.It's rare to find a automotive repair shop you can trust as a woman and I can say this is a rare one!
