At check out it would have been nice to be aware there was a processing fee attached to the amount for using my debit card. Was kinda of perplexed when the woman asked how I wanted to pay...I said you can debit the amount from my card...her reply was oh good, but did not tell me, well there is a fee to use it...I could have paid cash. I am trusting too that the correct oil was used. Usually the service was explained as to what was added by name and that was not done. I also am getting Leary if a place that has a high turnover in help. I may need to go elsewhere. Always new service people and that says a lot to me. Though, I did feel my initial contact with the man who checked me in was very nice. Just not understanding why employees do not last at this location...very unsettling.

Ty was so genuine & respectful. It s been a couple weeks since I ve been there, but I ve made sure to let others know how well his customer service was. I ve never had anything done at an actual dealership, but he made my entire experience a breeze. I will definitely be back. Thanks, Ty!

Jeff and Gery were both on top of their job. Jeff was straightforward with his quotes for the service I asked for and Gery was spot-on with the ride home and back to the dealership. No surprises and efficient work with my Golf. Thank you to the great team and service.

They were so fast and friendly! First time getting service at this location and even though it s 45 minute drive I will be happy to go back. Ty had amazing customer service and it was an overall very pleasant experience.

I chose this rating because my car was well taken care of by the mechanics, and Christie did a good job of making sure I received the services according to my warranty. She is an excellent representative for the company.

I ve been here three separate days. The first day I got in at 8am. I can in because my engine light turned on and it was my very first visit to this establishment. When I came, I was greeted warmly and everyone knew it was my first visit.They were about three upset people within 2 hours. One was upset because they didn t repair the car properly and they were forcing them to repay for the same repair.Second was upset that he was not aware that they made the repair with out knowing the cost and he couldn t receive the car until the dept was paid.The third it was unclear what he was upset about. But it definitely rubbed me the wrong way that there were three complaints back to back. And those were not the only complaints of the day.Immediately they got me set up with their texting program. I was told that if I had an issues or questions, to text them. He also said that I should have an answer on the problem with my car within 1.5 hours. 2 hours later, not only did I have no answers, I also had no communication by staff about what was happening with my car. I texted, as I was told, and no response. I looked for the person that was working with my car. No we re to be found. When I asked where he was the answer was hmm I m not sure, he should be here. I ended up siting there for three hours before I got any sort of answer.While I was there I was told by sales that my 2016 car was too old and I should think about getting a new car. When I refused, they acted shocked because my car was sooo old . This interaction scared me, because I started to worry that the dealership was going to do anything in their power to get me to have a new car. Even if that means they are not honest about the repairs.They told me they had to replace several things. Since I don t know much about cars I accepted it and went with it. The replaced those things and I had to pay a very large sum.I then proceeded to sit there for another 2.5 hours when it shouldn t take more than a hour .Then I was told that they didn t have all the parts for the full repair and that I could keep the car and would have to come back two day later to finish the repairs.But I was PROMISED that since the repair process had started that it shouldn t take much longer than a hour more.One day of work gone.I come back two days later and showed up again at 8 am. Since the staff here clearly have no clue how long something takes I told my job that I could be working by 1. Meaning I would ve at the dealership for four hours.While I was at the dealership there were 6 different complaints. I was flabbergasted. I had never seen these many complaints. All of the people complaining seemed completely normal and seemed to have very valid complaints.I ended up siting there for 5 hours with only one check in. And I had to let my job know that I actually would have to miss work. Yet again.Two days of work gone. But at least my car is fixed? Nope.The next evening my engine light turned on again.I called them the next morning and I could not be helped today and I could set up an appointment for Monday at 8:30am. I did that, since if they made a mistake I could not go to another dealership since i would have to pay again.I came in at 8:30. I am currently siting in the lobby. It is not 2pm and I was told that a diagnostic has not been performed yet. I not someone used to complaining but this is a bit ridiculous all I have been told is that I will have to spend more money.I WILL NOT be coming back here and I thought I would share this information for other people don t loose their money to incompetent people.

Everyone was very easy to work with. I thought I had to get my oil changed also she said no and we only rotated the tires. Save me money.

I have had my vechicle in several times for the same AC issue. We finally got it back and the aribag warning is on along with the recycler not working properly, So back in again. Then we go drop it off again, and get the call on Sat it's done and we go to pick it up this morning, get about 15 miles doesn the road and the airbag warning is going off yet again. This all started with the AC. We take in it 3 times and the AC does not work properly. Then we go to get care while waiting for an ordered part and the windshield comes out with a crack. And now the airbag warning. Usually you take a vehicle in to get fixed, instead we care getting more problems...What the hell is going on?

Came in for service on March 8th, was told that a loaner car would be available. Upon showing there were no cars. Left with a broken vehicle. Traded it in to deluca Toyota for a Highlander.
