I recently took my Volkswagen Atlas in for servicing and I have to say, the experience was outstanding. The team there is both reliable and professional, making sure every aspect of the service was covered with utmost care. The waiting area was another highlight, offering a comfortable space to wait with the best snacks and coffee I've encountered at a service center. The only small suggestion I'd have is to add more accessible outlets for laptops, which would make the wait even more convenient.What impressed me the most was the staff's proficiency. They were quick to provide updates, ensuring I was always informed about the status of my car and any services being performed. The entire process from start to finish was friendly and effective, making me feel valued as a customer.I highly recommend their service for any Volkswagen owner. This dealership staff is like no other! Leah was very helpful on the phone, Frederica was very pleasant to work with (and I forgot the name of the two other gentleman that helped and were also very professional.)Jenkins was able to work with my situation and improve it. Kindness 10 Knowledge of the vehicle 10Spent more time than we wanted but ultimately got a good deal. One thing I learned, just because something is listed that the dealer added...not necessarily so. Therefore before negotiating your deal make sure those items have already been added.

Sarah Carter provided extraordinary customer service. This was, by far, the quickest vehicle purchase I've made. This was a concern that I had expressed to Sarah before I arrived at the dealership. I was in the dealership for just over an hour and was extremely satisfied with the quick turnaround.

Arrived a bit early for appointment. Went in, was greeted and got started checking me in. Time for oil change, but Christi checked on warranty items as well, and took care of a few of those. Took about an hour and a half, while I waited. Waiting area is pleasant, with coffee and tea and snacks available. Car was nice and clean when brought back to me, and Christi walked me out. Very pleasant.

This dealership deserves 10 stars, absolutely amazing service with fantastic attention to detail. Reminded us of how customer service used to be! We arrived on a miserable wet Sunday morning and straight away several of the staff greeted us with a smile and friendly handshake.We have to thank Sarah Carter, who was our sales associate, in particular, together with Leah and Paul. These associates were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble before and throughout our visit.We are absolutely thrilled with our purchase, thank you all at Leesburg Volkswagon, we have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending your dealership and the staff who administer this outlet so adequately.

Fredericka is the best sales person I ve worked with. Patient, personable, kind and informative. Answered all my questions and didn t make me feel pressured to buy.Jean - the new GM - is AMAZING! He went above and beyond to help me get to where I needed to be. Didn t make me feel pressured and fixed a problem that another dealership left me in. I am from Massachusetts and needed a dealership while staying in Florida for the winter. The entire experience from the time I walked through the door was excellent. All the staff I dealt with were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. I know that if I have the need to return to a VW dealership I will definitely come to this location. I want to give extra kudos to Ty who I dealt with mostly and also Ernest who was also very helpful.

I have had great experiences working with Christie in the service department on repairs to my 2018 Atlas. She went above and beyond each time I ve been in and is super responsive. She also arranged for me to get rides and from work which is over 45 minutes away each time I ve been in. The courtesy shuttle driver Mike is truly amazing and super friendly. Kudos to both Christie and Mike for all their hard work and excellent customer service.

I don t normally post reviews, but VW Leesburg exceeded so many of my expectations recently, they have renewed my faith in working with a car dealership.We brought my wife s Atlas to VW a few weeks ago to repair a coolant system that had been negligently managed (with three poorly executed repairs) under warranty by another local dealership. Though we were now out of warranty, Kristie Weeks (Service Manager) went above and beyond to explore all options with us both for a potential repair or a purchase. She worked with the manufacturer on a petition to provide good will even out of warranty. Once options were explored, we ultimately decided to go with a purchase, and Kristie even checked in multiple times from a vacation she was on out of country to ensure everything went smoothly for us. Unheard of!!! Fantastic experience with General Manager Jean Bullus and Sales Associate Ernest Sneed as well, thank you for helping us finalize the deal!Highly recommend you visit this team for all your Volkswagen needs. They are a 45 minute drive for me but I ll be sure to be back for all of my VW servicing and purchasing needs.

I chose this rating due to me expressing to the original rep that rung me up that I would get my oil changed elsewhere and that I did not want it changed at the moment. The rep advised me he could find a coupon for $10 off and I declined again and the rep replied No problem . After I received a video expressing everything that had been done to my car and any concerns the tech had except that my oil had been changed and, kristi whom was very nice came and got me taking me to the cashier which is when I found out I was charged for an oil change and at the regular rate at that. I then informed I didn t want it changed but since it was changed I had to pay money I did not have at the moment creating a bigger problem for me.At that time I did ask about the coupon that I was informed about early on in the interaction and it was granted but I never wanted to receive an oil change.

This is My first time owning a vehicle & honestly the best decision I made was going to the Volkswagen dealership in Leesburg FL. The whole staff was wonderful, great customer service and super nice. I wholeheartedly want to thank Shawn Doss. He was amazing! He did everything in his power to help me out and provided me with great customer service. He is super knowledgeable and knows how to sell. Very gifted young man. I m thinking about naming my car Shawn! Lol They even offered me wings! Lol what a great experience. Juan M was also very professional, great conversations and super helpful. Thank you Tamara for being nice and giving me all the knowledge I needed on the financial stand point. Thank you so much! If I know anyone who s interested in buying a vehicle I will definitely recommend this place.

I bought my vehicle from this place and it seemed okay, but they literally just peddle for money. I called with an issue about my car and they said they do free diagnostic for the issue I'm having. I show up, which is an issue within itself because I'm struggling to fix the car in the first place, and the first thing I'm greeted with is an overzealous salesman whom gives me the runaround about helping me and this only to disappear the moment I get inside the store which I'm then told that they in fact do NOT do free diagnostic for my issue and I and up just having to leave. They wanted my time and I'm no closer to fixing my car

Went in for an oil change and had my tires rotated on my VW Bug. Everyone I encountered was very pleasant and professional. They even washed my bug. Also, test drove a Taos while there. Ernest showed me the Taos and if I decide to purchase I will definitely call him. Thanks

Service was exceptional! Videos were taken from every aspect of the car. The video was made by the service tech going through the vehicle, bumper-to-bumper, clearly explaining issues that needed to be addressed as well as ions that look good and did not require any further service. I couldn t be more impressed or pleased.

Kristie Weeks and the staff at VW Leesburg were friendly and so accommodating to our needs. An hour into our drive to GA from Orlando, we had an issue (pebble hit our radiator) on Dec 23 and Kristie sprung into action figuring out what can be done despite all the bad news we kept getting. Long story short, I'm grateful we pulled into their service lot, made a bad situation not as bad. Thanks for your kindness and attention towards me and my family.

By far the WORST experience I ve had! JJ in finance is VERY dishonest! If you are buying a car and they put you with him, PLEASE. Do not believe what he says. JJ told us that the auto bond is a COMPLIMENTARY addition for our vehicle which will cover the paint on the car. FALSE. When we got home and reviewed our bill there was a 1999 charge for that! Luckily they screwed up our address and we had to go back to resign the paperwork, that way we told them to remove that charge plus all the other charges he added that he didn t even review with us!We asked for the manager when we went back, Tamara? And seeing that we were upset over the whole experience all she had to say was you signed it she did remove all the additional charges which reduce our payment by almost $100.We don t buy new cars all the time. For people who don t buy cars often and are unfamiliar with the process, they will take advantage of you. JJ didn t even review the paperwork with us to review the final financing amount!! He is a dishonest business man and I will never ever go back here. If you go back please be watchful there is nothing, NOTHING complimentary if they tell you that.

This was my first time having my 2015 Passat serviced at Leesburg VW. It was a very pleasant experience in all respects. Service writer Dan was especially helpful and knowledgeable. Salesman Ernest Snead was friendly and helpful, even though I was not interested in purchasing. A ride was provided as the service was extensive and required an overnight. I will gladly return for future service or purchase.

I want to say that Christie was my service representative and she was outstanding in communicating what was needed to be done! They have competitive fair pricing on service work! They kept me up to date as to progress on my VW Beetle! They even washed my car! We have been going there for over the last 6 years! Not once have we been taken advantage of for service! In todays world where every thing is so very high I appreciate JENKINS VW for there honesty in taking care of my car! I didn t purchase my vehicle there, but wouldn t hesitate to recommend them for anyone I know who wants to buy a car! Very refreshing in todays world 2024!

I m 79 years old and I have purchased a lot of new cars in my life. I have never been greeted/treated as well as I was at this dealership. I went to look at a car and left with a new car and for once I felt good about it. Well done, you have a great thing going there. Keep up the good work

From check in to check out I received very professional and courteous treatment. I also was told by the gentleman who checked me out I would not be charged for the tire balance because I had waited so long for my service to be completed. Was so appreciative and surprised. Customer service at it's best

Customer service was great. All service people went way beyond to help. The only poor rating I'd give you is you out ragiuos pricing. Service consultants are trying to run the bill up as high as possible. Example; we needed a tire ( one tire) the price quoted was minimum $300 before add ons and tax. We went elsewhere and purchased two very good tires for less. Sometimes more is less and less is more.

Our experience of buying a car through Leesburg Volkswagen was not the most pleasant. My wife and I purchased a 2020 Mercedes from them and traded in our two cars, a 2016 VW Tiguan (that had its services done at this location) and a 2011 Jaguar. Fist they offered a ridiculous amount to trade in the cars, that was embarrassing and gave us the runaround. Then after the buying prosses the guy you sign the paperwork tried to ram a warrantee down our throat (we did not take the warrantee).We purchased this car in November 2023 and WE ARE STILL WATING for a follow up and thanks you from the salesperson Joel Lazarus Padilla for buying from them.I have to laugh at the TV ads for Jenkins Auto Group and they tell you that your family when you buy from them. Well, if this is the way they treat you, I am glad I am not family.McDonald DThe Villages.

People are scam artists, took advantage of my situation and didn't explain that I would owe the rest of my lease if I turned it in early, marked up the price on the car to take advantage of the trade in. Had to pay, 20,000 dollars for a lease I only owned for 5 months. Read the fine print people, these people are scam artist, the added lease stuff is only redeemable at there location such as tire repair, oil changes and other things. Don't trust theses salesmen.also didn t give me both keys before I left and they refuse to answer the phone. People that did buisness with me after the sale all quit and work at the Chevy deal shop or other dealerships in town. High turnover apparently there. Train there people to be crooks.

I had a car that I really wanted and didn't think I would get an approval. I spoke with Travis and he told me not to worry. He knew everything about the car we went on a test drive and he gave me a great deal! I had to run to work while we waited to hear back from the banks and to my surprise I got the approval! I came back later that night and worked with Kevin. He was already expecting me and had everything prepared and answered all my questions. I was so excited with the new car and couldn't be happier. If you want great customer service, knowledgeable experts, and transparency, ask for Travis or Kevin!

Horrible place to go to. They don t listen to your concerns and they only fix your car good enough for about 6 months then they have you come back because something Ella s is wrong with the car. I have a Passat that has been loosing oil like crazy. Come to find out it s going through the pistons and causing blue and white smoke. I have told the dealer shop have paper work for every service they done and they have refused to fix the main issue with the car. Every time I go up to the dealership they want to charge 2 to 5 thousand dollars. This is the worst car ever and the worst experience of my life.
