They did a small repair for me, quickly and at a good price. I will definitely use their services again and I would recommend them to anyone in the greater Leesburg area.

Fantastic service. Prompt, friendly, and communicative. Repair was quick and actually came in under quoted cost. Sean P. is friendly and takes the time to explain the situation clearly and understandably, instead of talking down to you or speaking only in jargon like other places have done in the past. 10/10, 5 stars, A+, can t recommend Sean P and the rest of the team enough.

My truck was stranded in Leesburg at my family's house and I desperately needed to get it running to drive back to Utah in a short time. Calling around it seemed like the other shops were too busy and did not communicate very well toward a non-local who was evaluating trustworthiness at a moment's notice.Going into George's shop I was met with immediate support. He understood the timeframe, my budget, and the cost of not making it 2,000+ miles home with my life in the bed of the truck. With check-ins all throughout the process, George's integrity shined through with his critical thinking about how to best approach problems, handling the most important ones first, so my budget was not deepened. His team managed to tackle everything within the budget allotted. The proof in the work is that I made it home! After 100 miles on the freeway I turned all the music down and just listened to the engine because it sounded better than it had in years. I was so thankful to have not been fleeced as a stranger, and to have a vehicle resurrected so beautifully.I'm incredibly grateful for the work, communication, and integrity of Leesburg Auto Service and would urge anyone locally to support this shop. Thanks a hundred times over! It's still running as well as it did coming out of your lot. :)

Where can I start with this shop? I guess only from the beginning. They advertise AC as one of their specialties so I took my car to them as the AC was blowing warm air. After diagnosing the system it was declared operational with no vacuum leaks and they added freon to proper levels. The system was working fine when leaving the shop but after using the AC for a couple of days it again started to blow warm air. I returned to the shop. They said they would put dye in the freon to help identify the leak. Again...after pressure testing and another needed visit to the shop there again was no visual presence of a leak with the dye.The shop as they could not find a vacuum leak at the 3rd visit declared the compressor as the malfunctioning unit with NO EVIDENCE what so ever. No visible leak in the compressor so how could they declare this as the problem? Just an easy way out. Anyways theyre the experts so I went along and they quoted me a high price so I asked if I could provide them with a new compressor and if they would install it to save a few bucks. The bills were adding up !!!! They agreed so I bought a new compressor from a reputable store and as agreed the shop did the installation. After installing a new compressor and paying in excess of $800 for both again within a few days the AC was blowing warm. I brought the car back only to pay another two hours of labor to see if they could identify the problem. Nope.......the vacuum test showed no leak. So the system with the old and now the new compressor was showing the same results. A new compressor OBVIOUSLY was NOT needed and the problem MISDIAGNOSED. More not needed expenses !!!This all proved most frustrating as all the labor and parts dollars were really adding up. They again put dye into the system after installation of the new compressor to see if they could identify the problem and again the vacuum test found nothing wrong. How is this possible?I personally went on an automobile forum online with my situation and the posters asked if the evaporator was tested. The forum presented me with the correct way to vacuum test which included a two hour test and then a probe into the evaporator to see if a leak could be detected. I forwarded this information to the shop and what do you know. HERE IS WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS ALL ALONG !! A leaky evaporator. A CUSTOMER had to tell them how to diagnose the system. This would be quite humorous if it wasnt for such big, not needed expenses and countless trips to the shop. Now with all the testing, new parts and labor I paid for totaling $1200+ youd think the shop would stand by their work and try to work out a suitable resolution with me...right? Wrong.....they now wanted nothing to do with me or repairing what was one of their specialties, repairing AC units. They advised me to find another shop with NO compensation what so ever. Real class act. I called a REPUTABLE shop and received an immediate quote. Easy job.All of this took place over a span of two years. This is mainly because I am not a full time resident and when here in Florida its during the winter months when AC is not needed. The vehicle is also a convertible so the only time AC is needed is during a rain storm when the vehicle is closed up. And the return visits were countless causing mass frustration!! The shop will try to use this time frame as a way to weasel out of their responsibilities. Sad. Good luck in using this shop and wish you the best. They were recommended to me but of course I cannot recommend this shop to anyone.Service: A/C installation & repair

I am spending a few months in Florida and noticed my auto making a strange noise. I phoned my service shop in Minnesota to see if they had suggestions for service people near me. They gave me a list of certified shops and this place also popped up on my AAA recommendation. They got me in within a couple hours, diagnosed my problem and fixed my brakes in a couple hours. Also noticed I needed new wipers and replaced them. They gave me an estimate beforehand and the work was completed with expertise. Very friendly family shop.

This is your neighborhood service station good for all vehicle work including tires. Great service at reasonable price. I've been coming here for 15 years.

The A/C and radio controller board went out in my 2004 Mercury Sable. Ford does not make that part any more, so they had to get one from a wrecked vehicle (with no guarantee that it would work either). George was very up front with me about the risk. The first one they tried worked for about 10 minutes, then it blew too. He sent for another one, but the one they sent was the wrong one. George diligently searched until he located the right one. He apologized for how long it took, and even though he didn't have to, he said he would refund my money if this one didn't work. I really appreciate his effort. This part does work.

What a terrible experience my wife and I had there with our F150. Without going into a big rant about what happened I will just say they misdiagnosed a problem and put a computer in it to the tune of over $2400 and we still had the same issues as when we brought it in. We took it to the Ford dealership where they checked the old one and said there was nothing wrong with it. George the owner wouldn t refund us for it so we ended it back in court! They don t know how to use a diagnostic machine and he doesn't stand behind his work. Never again!!!

A nice little neighbor lady living alone referred me to LAS. She said she was very satisfied in knowing that she could trust the guys in repairs to her car and they did great work.I have a 13 yr old car and it's running in tip-top condition after it has had a few visits to the folks at LAS. George and the crew are great guys.

We didn't actually use them for a repair, but my son broke down just down the road from them and needed a part to open his hood. I called and explained and they were very helpful to a 17 yr old.

George gave me his word that changing 550$+ worth of parts (e.g. pitman arm, etc) would fix a vibration at highway speeds in the front end of my van. It didn't.Upon questioning him ( I am a part-time mechanic - visiting FL from NY) I was flabbergasted that he hadn't checked the tires - further, he didn't even offer an apology only excuses and accusations. He is a poor excuse for a shop manager. A subsequent trip to a large national chain & replacing a misplaced wheel weight (via a rebalance) solved the problem.
