Sales desk is competitive and willing to find ways to earn business. Eddie was easy to get along with and kept things smooth. I'm very happy with my new Kia Telluride.My feedback to the team would be:Get the A/C blowing stronger. Little bit warm on the sales floor.Hire some more folks so you can get customers out the door faster.

Allan W. in service will be on my Christmas list! He is a rock star and Kia of Leesburg is lucky to have him. I drove 30+ miles to this dealership as my last ditch effort to get my car fixed. I loved my Optima and didn t want to part from it over something I knew was a manufacture issue. From the moment I stepped out of my car he was reassuring and confident about helping me navigate through my vehicle issue. I know there were others on the service team that helped as well that should be recognized but Allan was the face and the name out front. I have tried working with 2 other dealers in Orlando in 2 years for my vehicle issue and had lost confidence in Kia service. Basically, they patted me on the head and told me to kick rocks and let the issue get worse before Kia would acknowledge my concern. Allan and the team listened and did everything possible to right my issue. Allan was attentive, communicative clearly, set expectations appropriately and was mindful of my time when I had to leave the vehicle for repair. Kia came through thanks to the team. Allan and the team restored my faith in service and I m forever grateful. A million thanks!

Shopping at KIA of Leesburg was a nice surprise. I was lucky to meet Eddie Peralta. Just as I was walking toward the front door of the dealership, he saw me walking in and asked if he could help. Starting from that moment on, he was informative, very pleasant, great social skills, quickly found cars for me to test drive, and willing to help me find exactly what I needed.Of course, like any dealership, we did have to spend some time going back-and-forth over the numbers with the finance people but I was able to get a fair price for my trade-in and we were able to negotiate a price that was acceptable to me.I was very lucky that Eddie moved everything along throughout the whole process and even offered to drive me in my new car to my home in Orlando, so that he could bring back my trade-in, and I would not have to do a second trip. He definitely was 100% the best car salesman I ve ever had; he even replaced my license plate to the new car and took out my grandchild s car seat from the backseat for me. I highly recommend Kia of Leesburg, especially if you are lucky enough to have Eddie Peralta help you to find the best car for you. Thanks Eddie I was lucky to meet you.

Our sales rep, Deandre, was fantastic. Very patient and knowledgeable with the questions my wife and I had. The finance manager however was VERY pushy and rude. He acted as if any question we had were stupid. If it wasn t for Deandre we would have went else where.

We weren't ready to buy a new vehicle but this dealership was right on target with making us feel valued. They heard our concerns and worked through them. We are very happy with the experience. Eddie Peralta was a kind and patient salesman. He listened and fit us with a vehicle that met our needs.

The dealership was ready when I arrived for my appointment. The quickly evaluated the problem and started repairs. The car was repaired in the timeline explained at my arrival. My car is now performing great. The service tech was efficient and professional, I had a very positive experience.

It took a lot of patience to go through the back and forth. Eddie the salesman did his best to keep me relaxed but I was at the end of my limit when they agreed to my offer. Hopefully the follow up service will be first class. Glad we could agree to a deal!Thanks Eddie!

Agent who handled the service of my car, Mr. Buttone, did an excellent job. Also service department got my car out of there as quickly as possible and and did a great wash job as well as service. Other employees encountered in the department were all polite and pleasant. Snacks that are offered are a nice touch. Overall, good experience.

Very professional staff and they didn't try to sell me service(s) for my K900 that was not needed! They also shuttled me from their dealership to my home and back. Pleasantly surprise at level of service I received from a dealership.Took away two stars because both times I've brought my car in I was advised I would get a follow-up the next day and there was no communication until I followed up a week later. Then, it took them another week to complete the work. Two visits and I was without a car for two weeks each time or a month total for simple diagnostic and maintenance issues. No loner cars available either which would've made a tremendous difference in customer satisfaction.

Experience was great! This was the fastest oil change appointment I ve ever had. My service advisor Will (I think that was his name) was great! Efficient, friendly and communicative. I always have to work during these appointments and the sales department is always great about getting me an empty desk to sit at and work. The service department waiting area does not have any outlets or tables to be able to work if you need to, so you have to ask the sales department. They are always gracious at finding me a place to sit and plug in. They always take care of my car and me! Thanks KIA of Leesburg!

We have been customers of Bill Bryan and now the new owner. We will NOT be coming back or recommending. Brought my vehicle in for sunroof not working and they still tried opening it and now it will not close. I still was charged the $180 diagnostic fee and them not fixing it for it to at least close!!! I m not asking to fix it but at least put back the same way I brought it here the first time!! Apparently their concept of fixing the situation is neon green tape!!! While I spend thousands of dollars, you spend $5.00 on painter s tape!

We had an amazing experience with Kia of Leesburg! Tara, our salesperson was great to work with! I had called to check if they had a specific model/trim/color as we live about an hour away and she was able to find what we were looking for. After making a deal, she prepared all the paperwork she could, got the vehicle detailed, and tried to make the process quick and easy prior to us arriving. Thank you Kia of Leesburg and especially Tara for doing everything in your power to make the transaction smooth!!

I strongly advise against considering this dealership. I was in the process of finalizing a deal on a car, including making a Deposit payment. They even marked the vehicle as sold after receiving my deposit payment and added it to my insurance as requested by them. However, they ended up selling the car to someone else. I am currently in the process of reaching out to Kia Motors' Corporate Office and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).Screwy move to do to a veteran.

Everything was slow but not as bad as some automobile buying we have had in the past. The finance manager was too pushy for us. I wish they had cleaned the car better,especially the windshield. It had some inside film that it took forever for us to get it passable. You could see where the suction cups where.

I purchased our Kia Soul from your dealership and I have only praise for the treatment I have received when I bring out car in for check-up and scheduled maintenance . From your tech helping me replace the battery in key Bob to oil changes, wheel inspections and alignment check.We(my wife and I)are very satisfied with our car and your service and that personal feeling you all make me feel when I arrive and when I leave.Thank You ALL .

My husband and I worked with Eddie Peralta on the purchase of our telluride. We had a much better experience than in the past with purchasing a car. Eddie was well informed about the cars he showed us, not pushy at all so I never once felt like I was being pressured and he got us a great deal on the vehicle we settled on.10/10 would recommend and definitely ask for Eddie if you want to feel like you ll be taken care of!

We recently purchased a preowned Kia Soul. Overall, the dealership team demonstrated professional & courteous interaction, and responded well to my questions and concerns during the buying process. Notably, sales team members Justin & Frank and Amed in financing, provided outstanding customer interaction. Rated four out of five stars due to unexpected dealer add-on costs that increased the vehicles overall out the door price.

We purchased a 2024 Telluride. I was promised a trailer hitch & harness at the time of purchase. Nothing in writing just a conversation. However the 2024 hitches were not out yet. Two + months later I have a new hitch setup on my Kia. Not many car dealerships would remember such a promise after that length of time! I really appreciate the service and commitment I received from Kia of Leesburg!!!! Thanks guys!!! Also for the very neat a compact job (pic)!!!Glen C.

For past 3 years since moving here, I've had a good experience with the service department at Kia of Leesburg. Everything is explained in detail and I appreciate the recommendations they give to remind me what needs to be done to keep my car in good condition. Also, I receive pretty good discounts thanks to to their coupons. Would recommend.

Sales staff were friendly, but they struggle with communication and organization. Made three trips from the north Tampa area to make a deal on a used car. Final appointment was to finalize signatures and take the car home, had to wait 2 hours just to see the finance manager even with an appointment. Services included in the nearly $3k Kia Advantage fee were either done poorly, or not done at all. I can't spend any more time driving up to their dealership for them to fix their mistakes - when they had plenty of time to properly prep my vehicle. I'll give two stars just because they came up considerably on my trade - only after much negotiation, and the typical car dealership back and forth. If you want an easy buying process I'd skip KOL and perhaps try somewhere else.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! My Kia Seltos with only 20,000 Miles was towed into their Service Department early Monday with some electrical issue and they have not so much as called me to tell me they've looked at it, what's wrong or how long they will have it! We've called and Left 6 Messages and gotten zero response. Worst customer service we've received since living in Florida over 20 years! They've Lost my Business for good! I won't even trade my car back into these guys when I get rid of my Kia. They apparently don't care about their customers!

I had an 8:30 appt on 3/4/24 for my 1st new car service and Steve was right there to meet me! He took note of 2 things I was concerned about and on to the waiting room. He checked in on me 2x to give me updates as to where they were on the service. Amazing follow up! He was so friendly and reassuring (since I have 50 years of car dealership phobias ). Awesome experience. High fives once again to KIA of Leesburg!!

We are new customers at Kia of Leesburg. We purchased a pre-owned Honda, and we are getting that serviced as well as our Telluride. We arrived early for our appointments and were taken right on time/early. We are assigned a service manager, who kept us informed about our vehicle s progress. They even sent us a video of the checks they made and their recommendations air filters mostly. This was terrific, because we could review that while we were waiting instead of when it was time to go. We showed up for oil changes, but we had some other concerns and they absolutely took care of us. They proactively sought a discount for us since we had recently purchased that car. The customer lounge is amazing! There is a cafe with beverages including sodas and coffee, small snacks, wifi, and a charging station. The cafe has tables and chairs so I could continue working, and the lounge has comfortable chairs. I heartily recommend Kia of Leesburg for auto purchases and service!
