This was my first visit to this dealership and WOW! Ronnie was welcoming and courteous. He took the time to review the details of my vehicle. I have a prepaid maintenance plan, a detail he did not overlook. I didn't even have to mention anything. The service was exceptionally fast. Ronnie and dealership nailed it!

I just bought my cara few weeks ago and found that there was an oil leak. I brought it in today and they fixed it at no charge. It was going to take a few hours to fix and they gave me a ride home. This is my first experience with Jenkins Nissan. Their service department is excellent and especially Michelle my service advisor. I am definitely glad I purchased my car here. Always had my car maintenance in here. Obed is our favorite service adviser because he goes above and beyond for our car service. He ll give you the best options and discounts.Always ask for OBED because he s very knowledgable and always so helpful!Services: Tire rotations, Auto maintenance

Service is always very pleasant experience. No way to rate the quality of work as it is done behind closed doors and not visable afterwards (oil chg. tire rotation). Car runs very well after 3 yrs since purchase is my satisfaction.

Went to go buy a used car and after pulling my credit, negotiating price and signing paperwork for over an hour, the manager Jason rips papers out of my hand and said another couple that just showed up will take it and will not be working with me any longer. When my husband mentioned that it was poor customer service, he ripped his mask off aggressively and replies "it is like selling a jar of peanut butter, whoever buys first ". Honestly my husband and I looked at each other, because we did not know if Jason was going to fight or what. It was weird behavior from a manager and a grown man. Almost comical. Truly blown away by the horrible customer service. Typical used car salesman stigma at Jenkins of Leesburg.
