My service at Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg was nothing less than truly exceptional. I worked with Obed. Obed was kind and explained everything to me in detail regarding my 18 Murano. There is more work to be done and I will not hesitate to come back and work with Obed for all of my vehicle service needs. Thank you for providing with exceptional service.

Made an appointment for an oil change for 10:30. Waited...an hour and a half! Car was still sitting outside in the lot. Asked how much longer. Said everyone was now out to lunch!! Not waiting any longer!! Told them to give me my keys. They said they were short staffed. Can't you just wait? Been waiting an hour and a half already!! Went somewhere else got in 10 minutes. Would not recommend the service dept.

I have asked for all kinds off parts, a lot they have to look up with out the cars vin, and they are always super helpful and the parts arrive very fast.
