Today I walked in at 9 am and met a man named Dean didn t know who he was but that he took the time to spend u til 830 at night to get me in a car . He is the most pure honest compassionate salesperson I have EVER came across . Also robins Perez they both just went above and beyond for me and I can t thank you enough ! Great job Jenkins Nissan! I will recommend anyone to come to you I can . Again thank you for taking my horrible credit and situation to making it a great experience !

We bought a new car today and can t say enough good things about Eric Brandt and Michael Robin. We had been talking to Michael for about a month and he got us excited about buying a new Rogue. Eric helped us today as Michael had another client. He was extremely patient and took as much time as we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. Both he and Michael were great to work with. Robin Perez took time to explain the paperwork and made everything run smoothly. Together they made an excellent team.

I had my first experience getting my vehicle serviced at Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg today and it was an exceptional service experience. From making the appointment, checking in with the service advisor and throughout the process, our visit there could not have been better. Service was fast and everyone was as helpful and as pleasant as anyone could hope to find. We left very impressed and will certainly be going back.

After having issues a fews back I can gladly say Jenkins Nissan has definitely won me over. Came in to accompany my sister and ended up buying a car lol Casey and Daniel are amazing and even though we were here a few hours we were entertained in conversation and laughter and honestly just some down to earth conversation with some sweet guys.

We didn t expect to find what we were looking for, but we ended up leaving with a new to us Nissan Titan! Eric Brandt was an excellent sales team member to work with. He was very professional, courteous, and patient without pushing for a sale which greatly contributed to our positive buying experience. We re happy to be returning Jenkins customers and highly satisfied with the service and experience.

The service provided was exceptional. The waiting area was very comfortable, clean, and nicely organized. The refreshments were outstanding. The service was completed quickly and was done to my full satisfaction. The service representative was very courteous, pleasant, and professional. The cost was extremely reasonable and a full inspection was carried out at no cost to me.. Finally, they washed my car thoroughly. All-in-all, this was a great experience. I highly recommend Jenkins Nissan Leesburg.

Our salesman Ron Truluck met us in the parking lot. Recommended several vehicles and finally got the KICKS. The one we wanted was a bit out of our price range so he got us one that met our needs perfectly. Was willing to try other Nissan dealerships if need be.

I think the experience was wonderful. Everyone was extremely professional and nice. My service was done a lot quicker than expected and I was very pleased with the price of my service. I am very happy I have found a new home to have my vehicle serviced at and I plan to return whenever I need something new done for my Nissan.

Wanted to share my recent experience at Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg. I had some warranty AC work done on my 2018 Titan XD platinum reserve. My truck is well kept and like any car owner that takes pride in their vehicle they usually keep them clean and know all of the flaws on the vehicle. I explained to Nissan to keep the truck as long as they need and no need to rush. Bottom line, they fixed the AC issue, downside is when I went to put my paperwork in the glove box, the glove box door fell to the floor. No clips installed, found them laying on the floor with many items from my console and glove box. It's simple, do the repairs that need to be done, return customers vehicle after testing all items changed. Clean the car or return the car how it was dropped off. This was not the case. Many grease prints, scratches in door jams, chipped paint and my interior was trashed. Called to speak to a manager got a supervisor, I was told sorry and we will talk to them. Emailed the Service Manager Johnnie, still have not got a call or a email back. Not a good experience for me. I attached a few photos, reason for 2 stars, they fixed the AC problem.

If I could give 0, I would.I originally inquired about an SUV they had on the lot I was interested in trading my van for a few weeks back. We couldn t get the price where I needed so I looked elsewhere.Earlier this week, a sales person reached out to me asking if I had found a vehicle for my van yet. I said no, but inquired about a different vehicle for the other car I m looking to trade (I also have a Honda Civic) and found that they had an Si on the lot my husband was extremely interested in possibly making a deal on. They got me to complete a credit application, said they d run numbers and get back to me. I never heard from them again.To this day, I ve called multiple times and even asked to speak with managers, nothing. Ran my credit for ZERO reason, all of which I m assuming they knew the entire time and just left me to figure out on my own.Not how you treat potential customers. Flabbergasted at the entire situation. What a joke.

Went in after being told something on the phone, which they didn t honor upon arrival. I left pissed, because I don t have time to waste. On top of that, they told me Carvana will not give you that price for your car. Well, guess what, Carvana gave me exactly what they quoted in their online quote to me, it was hassle free and more than $2500 more the Jenkins offered (and said I wouldn t get). So now, I m buying a car elsewhere as a result. Jenkins gets one less trade-in to sell, and one less used car purchase by me, and a 1 star review for wasting my time! Oh, and Jenkins, don t reply with your copy and paste reply to my review.

I was in such a horrible phase of my life and having to buy a car was the last thing i wanted to do. Everyone went above and beyond their job. The the electric went out for 2 hours. They continued to work with us by traditional paper, not computer and it was wonderful. They made sure we were comfortable as much as possible. (No AC). Offered lots of water. All workers were very friendly and apologetic for the situation. Definitely will be a long time customer!

The atmosphere is relaxing. Customers are greeted in a professional manner...the service staff are knowledgeable and courteous. While you wait for service, you can enjoy your choice of coffee and snacks. The best news? Your wait is brief. The service team are the best...kudos to Mary!

It was the worst experience ever. Bought a vehicle and 2 weeks later started experiencing problems found out it had no fluids basically and was idling weird I was treated rudely and felt ganged up on . They took my money and washed their hands. The warranties didn t even cover the work needed. 2500$ they wanted to charge me. I ll never buy there again

I understand how credit and financing works, I also know that I'm smart enough not to get in over my head with a monthly payment that isn't feasible for my budget. I don't understand why anyone would call a potential customer back to look at other vehicles, just to treat that person poorly, and be smug and condescending about the situation. They tell you one thing to get you back into the dealership, then the situation changes entirely. Could have just let it alone and I wouldn't be writing this review, but this feels to both myself and my wife that this was done purposefully. My wife has epilepsy and social anxiety, and I don't appreciate the upset the second visit caused her.

#buyer beware Just not a good place to buy a used car. From my buying experience and every day thereafter, I have been very disappointed. Purchased used 2017 nissan murano platinum in 2021. Had my last free oil change 2 weeks ago and everything has been down hill from there checl engine light came on and won'tgo off . Now I suddenly need $8,000 worth of repairs and still owe $15,000. This has been the saddest car purchase experience I have ever had. BACK TO TOYOTA I go.

18 months and 18,000 miles into my purchase. I went in there for service and really allowed myself to be hustled and I mean hustled, into buying a car that I didn t want and trading in a car that I really liked and being stuck in just a crazy mess, but I signed everywhere. now this car at 18 months and 18,000 miles is having issues with the mileage calculator that shows you how many miles u have left - yeah it freezes so I can t go by that. It also freezes the odometer, which will eventually kick over but several hundred miles in before it does that. And then all the electronics go black and everything resets at least once every other day. Don t buy here. they re friendly, but I ve never met an unfriendly car sales person. They re there to make money and they epitomize, the characterization of what a car sales person is perceived as. Hustle hustle hustle.

At Nissian Jenkins I'd have to give a Top Badge to Ronnie in service department he went above and beyond to take care of me. Very honest and caring, and a gentleman. I have had conflicts meaning those who I have dealt with before made it complicated and rude could care less. But again thank you Ronnie for being you and showing that humanity still exist. From now on I will always look for your service! Jenkins should definitely reward you for amazing customer service!
