Staff is very friendly and efficient they worked quickly with me. They were also able to go above and beyond what I expected when I went in as far as meeting what I could do financially. Tiny who is the service manager was wonderful friendly worked with me in every way I highly recommend.

I have always received valet service from Jenkins dealerships, and tipped very well for them to come pick up my cars from the office and take it them in for any recalls or scheduled maintenance service needed on them. Even when I had my Volkswagen I bought through Jenkins. The majority of the time they left me a loaner but I never ever used the loaner cars. They just sat there. Usually they sent the same cute little couple used to always pick it up in Zellwood and then when I started new job in Leesburg someone else came I always tipped them very well. When I called today for a regular visit. I was told by the girl who made the appointments that they are Genesis now and they will not be offering that valet service for Hyundai customers only for Genesis. She said they did it only during Covid. I told her Covid is still going on and that I have used valet on my cars since 2017 which was before Covid. I told her I will go to Clermont Hyundai even if I have to drive it myself. I guess it is always about the money .the reason I had to go buy this truck on the other side of the state in New port Richey Hyundai was because Leesburg Hyundai was selling same truck for $7000.00 more over MSRP. They told me all dealerships were selling over MSRP and I would not get it for MSRP. They were wrong I called around and Leesburg was the highest priced, and others were over MSRP but not $7000. So I drove to New Port Richey bought for sticker (MSRP). All about the money and not the customer I came back to them for the service but as always they cut out the valet now. I get it it is all about the profits.

Went for service...Purchased extended warrenty when car purchased...Wheel bearing was loud when initially purchased...Was not aware wheel bearing was the situation...Wheel bearing got worse...Extended warrenty deductable was not accepted...Ended up paying for entire repair out of pocket...Not a happy camper...

I had an appointment today to get my air conditioning recharge on my 2016 Elantra GT. Service advisor Ty met us at the door checked the car in told us where we could go sit in a nice waiting room. The car was done in about an hour , they washed my car the price was good ,service was great I would definitely recommend Jenkins

I recently took my vehicle for routine maintenance and dealt with Alan Solis. He treated me with the utmost respect, friendliness and extremely professional manner. He explained all of the suggested work to me in a very detailed way that I was able to comprehend the necessity and/or urgency and enabled me to make a sound decision on what to have performed. The peace of mind and trust that Alan afforded me was so worth my time (and hard earned money!). Alan is definitely a credit to Jenkins Hyundai! I have always trusted Jenkins Hyundai and they have never disappointed me!Service: Auto maintenance

After signing the contract for a new car I found out all the items on the window sticker that would beinstalled by the dealer were removed so cost could go toward the price of the car. I told the finance dept all I wanted added was Gap insurance. He added in 3 service contracts that came to $5000.00. Then I found out they were keeping the the rebates I was due for the service contracts on trade in that came to about $3500.00. They said if I put $3500.00 they would add enough to complete the the money needed for the down payment but never said they keeping the rebates and not installing the things the window sticker said came with the car. This is the fifth new car I bought there but it is surely the last. The customer relations manager reached out to me and made things right. All my concerns were addressed by her and rectified. If 0thers at the dealership were more like her this never would have happened.

This is not a good hospital. They didn't run all the necessary tests and lack proper treatment.
