Was ready for the NY "why are you bothering me" dealership service experience.I was so very happy to see that the Jenkins Honda dealership service was a great experience. Did what they said they would, met the expected completion timeframe, the staff was very professional AND they washed and vacuumed the car. Roger Pereya was a pleasure to work with.

I came in for my first 5,000 mile maintenance appointment for my 2022 CR-V EX-L. I have never been to this dealership, as my car was purchased in Minnesota. Ryan Cross was my service advisor, and he was very polite, listened to me intently and made my appointment enjoyable. When l return for my next maintenance appointment, I will ask for Ryan.

My 20 year old daughter went in for oil change and tire rotation.$313.55 later at 30,000 miles she got 2 air filters for 32.00 each that is available for &16. Genuine OEM parts online, they then charged $13 to put them in. Oh transmission service is recommended from 30,000 to 100,000 miles. Somebody needed some Christmas money and took it from a 20 year old student. I wish I could rank zero stars. Transmission shows 4 quarts of fluid and labor equals $135.95. Glad not all dealerships are this way!!!Service: Auto maintenance
