I never imagined that dealing with a collision shop could be so pleasant. A shout-out to Mark, who handled our case he's truly an all-around nice man. They did a fantastic job and assisted us throughout the process in the friendliest and most helpful way.

I was so angry I left a bad review without even reaching out to let them know what was wrong with my vehicle . I let my anger get the best of me . BUT , when I did let them know about the damages to my Car Mark was so helpful . Today I picked up vehicle and looks good as new . I owe You guys an apology customer service is always aSplendid and all my issues are resolved . I recommend . Thank you guys for your help and thank you for understanding .

Tom my advisor and Angela were great, both were extremely courteous, professional and attentive. Great customer service and experience. As far as the quality of work, having personal experience in autobody paint i am extremely conscience on quality of work. Upon pickup there was some debris in the paint, should not have been told it was ready.However, advisor Tom acknowledged and said it would be made right. They kept the car a few more days, and addressed the issues with a smile. Upon pickup a few days later car was perfect, paint match and blend was phenomenal, can't tell its been repaired in the sun or shade. How they blend and re-clear coat is the right way to do repairs. It was delivered clean inside and out. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend. Thanks to the Team at Jenkins for a job well done.

Took over a month for my car. And it s still not fixed properly. The outside is fine. However they failed to fixed the most safety thing that advised them of prior to accident. Got over 8000 and still the car is not fixed. Do not take your car here. They will try to find any way out of fixing their lack of proper work. They wanted me to go pay to get another diagnostic test done that they just got paid for by insurance. Why would I do that when they just conducted one. How about you physically look at the issue verses trusting a computer that you say came back with no issue. Now you want me to go pay for another procedure that was just done. For what ? However they ve been notified. And if something happens to me prior to the repair. My attorney is well aware. And so is the insurance company ! This place is pitiful the manager is even more pitiful her name is Rose .. she lacks any customer service skills and has no value or trust in any word that her customers have advised . They even stole the center piece off a bad rim I had in my trunk. Then had the audacity to say oh hey let me get this out of your way. When I opened the trunk. However, I gave it to them the rim was no good anyway. And they somehow manage to scrape off a decal I had on my rear window of my pets which by the way has no damage to the rear of the vehicle where it s located. Expected me also to drive 45 mins out of my way again to pick up a piece they failed to put on my car. Taking a chance in driving an unsafe car that they failed to fix properly. Prior to giving it back to me and collecting there money. They Place is a joke and they re con artist . Do not trust this place at all! They re thieves. Far as I m concerned and I hope there lack of caring for the safety of there customers was worth this review. Pathetic! Caring more about money verses a persons life. Sad world we live in here. Nothing but greed going on!

My car was recently damaged while being towed. Wayne s did a wonderful job repairing all the damaged areas. This is the second time I have used Wayne s to repair this car. Both times the car looked like new when I got it back. They even washed the car for me. You can see the before and after pictures of the damaged areas. Highly recommended!!

A big West Virginia buck jumped a guard rail & slammed into my brand new high-end Honda Ridgeline in mid-air as I was driving 70 mph on Interstate 81. Both driver's side doors, mirror, door handles, headlight, windshield were smashed badly or destroyed, resulting in over 14K worth of damage. I researched Honda-certified auto body shops and decided to go with Wayne's Paint & Body Shop. They returned the vehicle to me in mint condition in a very reasonable amount of time (given the ongoing nationwide parts shortages). My truck is loaded with all sorts of sensitive sensors and electronics (in doors, mirrors, etc.). I am happy to report that all the fancy gadgetry performs good-as-new. For these reasons and more, this Honda-certified body shop earns my highest accolades for a job well-done!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

I got into a car accident and hit an electrical pole and messed the whole front end up and got it towed to Wayne s and they fixed it for me and it looks brand new. They did a awesome job. Dave is the one that worked on my vehicle. They repaired major rear end collision damage to my car and you would not be able to tell there was ever any damage.UPDATE>>I asked about taking my car to the car wash and they said to wait a month. After a more than a month I took the car and washed and vacuumed the car. when I vacuumed the trunk and lifted the rug, The underneath was full of white mold and the spare tire cover was also full of mold and the well where the spare tire is stored was half full of water.UPDATE 2They fixed the car in under an hour apologized for the problem. They forgot to put 2 plugs back in. Back on the road. My advice would be thoroughly inspect your car after any work no matter who does the work. And reinspect a week later.

Company said they could do the repairs on our truck, after sitting in their lot FOR A MONTH allowing rain into the cab (we supplied a tarp and straps but no one seem to know who to use them there), our insurance agent calls to check on the repairs. Repairs were not started, parts not order, even after we were told they were, repairs had no intentions of being start OR completed according the the shop manager. Said they could not do those type of repair in their shop and we had to have the truck tow to another shop.Service: Body & Trim

I was involved in a bad accident with lots of front end, hood and roof damage. My insurance company towed my car to Wayne's body shop. I dealt with Jimmy during the whole repair process. He kept me well informed on the progress and was an exception knowledgeable person. Such a pleasure to deal with! When I went to pick up my car I was amazed what a wonderful job they did! It looked like a brand new car. I have already recommended them to many of my friends. If you need any damage to your car, even the smallest, I would strongly recommend them for YOU will not be disappointed!!

They were very easy to deal with. They took care of the paperwork with the insurance company. They do a thorough estimate which cuts down on delays. I was impressed that they even cleaned my vehicle before we picked it up. Thank you for taking care of my Toyota RAV4. Looks great. From the MOULTON'S

Had to have a bumper replaced due to an accident. They delt with my insurance company and did a great job on matching the paint. Customer service isn't the best.but when I picked up my car it was like new. Did a full detailing on my car.

Wayne's did such a good job repairing my vehicle. I hadn't been in an accident in so many years I didn't know what to expect, but when I got to Wayne's they made it so easy. The rental car company came and picked me up very promptly and the repairs were done with in days. When it was time to pick my car up I just left the rental at the shop and they took care of every thing! And my car was squeaky clean too! Two thumbs up Wayne's!!!!

I experienced an attentive, fast, professional appraisal by Mr.David and shop's communication with insurance. Ms.Kathy , at the reception desk, was supportive and creative arranging rental car ; talking with two rental agencies and informing my insurance. Altogether, I felt lucky being treated with friendly support by Wayne's Shop personnel - a really welcome experience to have hours after the accident.

My vehicle went through a tornado. Took to Wayne s and first they said $3000, then $6000, then $7300! They also told the insurance company that all the scratches were not from the tornado damage and that my (70 year old) husband was probably running through the woods scratching it up! Had it a week and didn t do anything! Ended up taking it to Community Collision and was extremely happy with them! Did it for less than $4000 and even did extra at no charge! Don t use Wayne s. Highly recommended Community Collision!

Great work! I got in an accident and Wayne s paint and body did a phenomenal job repairing my car. They also washed and vacuumed it out, which they didn t have to do. It looks brand new!

Changed name to Jenkins auto body. Passed it twice looking for Wayne's. Was there for estimate had to wait 30 minutes for help. Then 25 minutes for estimate which was double any others I got.

This place is consistent. And you can always find a good deal, but some items are a little higher than you would expect, they have lots of meaty bones for making soup& such. They carry many hispanic foods and spices.

I was told by Kris that the car would be a 6day repair instead it took 35days to repair and then my car starter went out the following day after being released and the owner Tom replied it' just happened it's not they fault but prior to dropping it off wasn't anything wrong with my car he didn't care they treated me like I didn't matter and fixed my door but blew up my starter on my car replaced the battery and refused to replace the starter that they messed up very bad business channel 9 needs to be informed of the way they handled me!!!!Services: Body & Trim, Battery
