Super disappointed had my bearings and my axle inspected not to long ago just to find out they over tightened my lugs to my truck their was about 3 lugs sheared off lucky I wasn t in accident

Based on past experiences I would have given 5 stars and have always recommended this shop. Today was different! We had a flat tube in our golf cart tire which was repaired a couple weeks ago. My husband has back problems and was unable to replace the tire himself. When he finally got someone to help, the tire was flat again. He took it back to find out why and when he picked it up today he was accused of getting a new object in the tire. It was never removed in the first repair. Very upset to be called a liar. We have used this shop for over 8 years, but this was the last. He deserves an apology.

They are very pleasant and attend to your needs as soon as possible. I had tire light go on my dash board. They looked at it on the spot, checked the tires, added air , and sent me on my way in less than 10 minutes. I have been going there for couple of years.

They got my brakes fixed in one day. I was very pleased with them. The price wasn't that bad either. My car is 9 years old and 131,000 miles on it, and this is only the second major thing I've had to have done. I will take it back, if need be, hopefully for a long time.

Stopped by with a nail in the tire sidewall. Needed tires. George got me in and got the tires on. What a nice group of people. I would Highly recommend the Haines Creek Garage.

The woman I spoke with treated me very disrespectfully over the phone, no one listens to me when I try to communicate about a problem with my vehicle. I never get follow up phone calls regarding the status of my vehicle. When I leave it just feels like my car has grease marks smudged on my steering wheel/dashboard and a new problem to fix that I didn't come in with.

This is a wonderful neighborhood garage. They are so helpful and give quick service. I have had car battery problems which they corrected. The routine oil changes usually only take a half an hour .

Once again there for just a only change. Was in and out in 30 minutes with a slight check and advise they never charged me for. Going back on Friday for advisement and rest of the check up as far as transmission flush and windows not working. Great people. Friendly and they get the job done. After our fuel line replacement and a few other things we won't go anywhere but here. Thanks Haines Auto! Meghann.

Looking to get your car repaired? This is the place to have it done. Everyone is so nice and very professional. I live out of state and when I'm in Florida I go to this garage for my mechanic work. They are very busy and I see why. Thank you for fixing my 1996 Chevy suburban brake wiring problem. You are the BEST....

Haines Creek has worked on several of my vehicles. He has replaced the spider so I can get gas to go through the motor.

My wife MEG went today to pick up our 2006 Buick rendezvous for a fuel leak. Had car back in less than 24 Hrs. Just a little over a hundred bucks for all parts and services. Which found substantially less than. Other shops around here. TWO other places wouldn't even return my call. I UNDERSTAND it's not worth some people's time. But Christine at the front office handles all calls like a professional. Wish more places were like Haines Creek Auto.. Highly recommend.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Awesome,been taking my vehicles to here for over 20 years and the new owner George and Christina were great,in fact got my alternator done by lunchtime the next day ahead of the weekend. Good to see they care about an established business and keeping it's good reputation. 10/10 guys,keep up the good work

7/7/23 I just got my car back after having a problem with a power steering leak. I went to Haines Creek Garage & Tire Center, located on County Road 473 in Leesburg. 15 minutes from my house in Eustis.I am so pleased with the service that I received there! There was NO hyping or fear mongering type pressure tactics to try to over sell me on the problem. They corrected the issue without turning it into something bigger! I ended up adding an oil change/lube job and got out of there for $185 . I had come to expect much worse having dealt with other garages in the area. But George & Kristina took the time to explain things to me and help to set my mind at ease.They are very customer service minded! The car feels great to drive and I feel very safe in it. I would not hesitate to use their service again or to highly recommend them!

Me and the wife have been a customer for 15 years. Never been had. Never been screwed over. This is an honest, affordable and welcoming shop. When a friend tells me they have car trouble its hard to stop me from mentioning Haines Creek Garage.

If you love your car, don't go here. They have no idea why they are doing. Grandma went in for a simple tire rotation now we are spending over $500 to have all the studs redone because they stripped out all the lug nuts and then denied it. My grandma's car is brand new and that was her first tire rotation. Second tire rotation is when we found out they striped out all her lugs and that all the studs needed to be replaced. I don't even want to get started on the fact I went in for a transmission replacement and had to have my engine replaced because they bent the fly wheel so bad over reving my engine causing the fly wheel to jam and destroy my engine. Yea take your car here if you want to come out with repairs you did need when you went in

This is the best place to go for service. The owner is amazing. He knows what every mechanic is working on at all times and when everything is done and ready to go. Very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Excellent experience.

No fancy waiting room. No "free" popcorn, soda, or hot dogs. Oh and NO UPSELLING! They do what needs done, they fix what needs to be fixed and all at a very reasonable price. If you do ask them to give your vehicle a once over to see what it needs, that's what they'll do. If it doesn't need anything, they won't do anything other than charge you a few bucks for checking out your vehicle. These are honest people charging a fair price. What more could you ask for?

I took my client there to have her car checked out because smoke was coming from hood they told us it was just a dri not to worry about. If that was any other place they would of told us need whole water radiator I took my car there for oil change very reasonable

Truck was down and no one could find the problem but they did. Fast friendly and helpful the only delay was waiting on a part the pcm to come in and Toyota to flash it!

If you want an honest mechanic shop that is fair with pricing, Haines Creek Garage is where you should take your vehicle. We had to have the harmonic balancer in our vehicle replaced, the owner searched around for the best price without breaking our bank, no added charges like some shops do. Our vehicle had to stay in the shop for a couple of days and he offered to take us home and pick us back up, I believe he does that based on where you live. Serious people, this shop gave us the best experience and they are awesome people, very friendly.

Very nice and courteous staff. Reasonably priced. This place came highly recommended by friends . Not sure if they work on Toyotas because each time I go in. They say nothing is wrong. and don't usually see or address the concerns im having. My car was literally bumping up and down. After test driving they said they didn't feel anything. After 2nd and 3rd opinion, 2 other dealerships both said front end alignment and. (1)New tire. So just a little puzzled at best.

I called yesterday worried about what was going on with my car was able to get in at 8am today and they got right to it. They are all very nice and helpful I will be using them for now on!! So I ended up here today and they were super honest someone told me my alternator was bad and they checked it was just my battery I am AMAZED to see there's still good honest people out here thank you sooooo much y'all are AMAZING
