I have a 2014 dodge journey RT. I Always have amazing experience when I come here a year later and still won t go to any other place. Ben is amazing mechanic I always leave with knowing my car is fixed correctly every time I leave here! I get my tires have had my alternator and starter fixed here as well as I just had my oil housing changed! My car runs so much better. I always know if I need it fixed and fixed right to go here. Sam always gives great customer service and has the best prices. You won t be disappointed ever leaving here!!!

Let me start by saying I try to only write bad reviews on businesses, especially small businesses, when something's very bad. I went here a few months ago for tires and an alignment. It is not close to where I live, I was passing through on the way to a job. After leaving I realized my tires were not balanced correctly giving me a vibration at certain speeds. The first couple times I tried to stop back in to have the problem corrected one of the mechanics was out the other one supposedly was just a parts changer and the owner didn't want to leave the store which was inconvenient being I lived far away but I get it. When they finally corrected the problem or almost corrected the problem, I believe I still have a slight wobble but not nearly as bad. In the process they messed up my rim and did not say anything about it. The coating is peeled off all the way around it like maybe from when they mounted the tire originally. I battled with that for a while in my head and didn't want to leave a bad review with it being a small business but I recently just did my tire rotation and I realized they cross-threaded my lug nut like they didn't screw it on before they started using the impact driver. I know it was not like this before because I had previously changed my brakes on my vehicle and there were no issues. I personally hand tighten the lug nuts and then use a four-way lug wrench so I know I did not cross thread it.Conclusion: if you have an absolute beater of a vehicle that you don't care if they mess it up and if you live close enough and don't have a job or a schedule and can afford to make extra trips for them to fix their mistakes this may not be a bad place to get a cheap tire in a pinch but if you have a vehicle you care about or have any kind of schedule I would not recommend it. Once again not looking to destroy a business but I do not want this to happen to somebody else!

Frank's did an excellent job putting on four new tires. Fair prices, quick service and friendly. Sam is an exceptional repair evaluator. Highly recommended.

Great price, fast service, and friendly!This is my second time getting serviced at Franks and they are very professional and good at what they do! They have lifetime warranty on most of their parts which I love. Give them a try, it s well worth it!

Every time I go to Frank's auto, the guy who runs it and his crew take great care of me. Quality used tires at an affordable price. The great customer service I've received here multiple times has been consistent. This tire shop has an air-conditioned lobby for the customers to relax in if they'd like to beat the heat, They have a unisex restroom to accommodate whomever, and they are LGBT friendly. When you go to Frank's auto, it doesn't matter which walk of life you come from. They'll take good care of you. I drive over 45 mins to go to this tire shop because they have my trust and confidence. I called and asked for a set of 4 tires. The owner said they had a set for 260. I pulled up 5 minutes later. They put the tires on, I told the owner of my truck starts vibrating I'll come back to get them rebranded. He agreed. I drove to mineola and the truck was shaking. I stop to get gas and notice a nail or something in my sidewall. I call the guy he says comeback. I drive back to him, he walks right to the tire that had the nail in it. (How did he know where it was) he removes the nail and says they would have noticed that when mounting the tires.. he gives me a different tire, continues to blame me and says he is doing a me a favor.I just say thanks and leave after taking a picture of the "nail"Notice the rusty part of the nail and the not rusty part of the nail. Which part do you think was exposed to the elements,and what part was in the tire sidewall??There is ZERO percent chance that I picked up this nail,and it impaled itself into my tire right at the rust mark.Avoid at all costs.

They tried to sell me their 2 used tires. 1 has nail and the other one has plug. When I said I don't want it because it has a nail. He said that it's not gonna leak and insisted that I take the tires. I also asked him about the pricing if I pay with credit card but at the last moment before I pay he told me because my credit card is discover card he will charge me 10 dollar extra. Also the guy that mount and balance my tire done terrible job. It's vibrating badly.

Excellent service. Needed two tires, and he had them installed super fast. Great price as well. I'm recommending this company to all my friends and family. I was in and out in less than thirty minutes. Super accommodating.

The owner literally sold me a warped tire that makes my whole car shake and also was leaking air from a plug. I returned to the shop and he refused to replace the tire. He explained that all sales are final and he offered me $10 discount to purchase an another tire from him. I would avoid this place, based on the reviews I m not the only person to fall victim to this exact issue.

My husband followed my mom and I to Frank's Tire. My husband had 4 tires, he wanted to be put on my mom car. Two guys were talking to my husband and than another guy (either the owner or manager joined the conversation) They proceeded to take the 4 tires off his truck, took my mom tires off than they advised my husband they needed wheel spacers. My husband asked how much was this work, the manager told my husband and than my husband paid him and tipped both guys before they even did the work.My husband goes to Discount Auto bring them back the wheel spacers, they're the wrong size. He takes them back and get a different size.The guy got one on the front tire, than the back rt/the spacer wasn't fitting properly. They were talking amongst themselves and decided for safety reason they would put her tires back on and put his tires back on the truck.My mom asked if they could put air in the tires. The manager said the guy would check the tires but couldn't put air in the back rt rear tire because it could explode in the guy face and he would be held reasonable.My husband left to take the spacers back. I asked the guy did he not owe my husband a refund he said no. He did a service that's not free. I told him we didn't come here for anything free, he had a cocky demeanor I called my husband and he said let him have it. If my mom wasn't feeling good I would have stayed and stated my case.I did say, so she can come back and not be charged. He said he could give her a discount for putting the spacers on. NO THANK YOUMy husband made the mistake paying and tipping in advance. Surely, the changing of 4 tires was overcharged. We didn't get the service we came for because she didn't have wheel spacers to secure the tires in place. Well, the Lord has certainly been with her because she's been riding just fine all this time. A nasty attitude won't get you far.We were a blessing to this shop

Called 5 different shops last minute (my fault) ranging from leesburg to Ocala. They got us in in under five minutes and on the road in 10 for four tires. We were having tired added to rims. Friendly and reasonably priced. Will definitely be back and recommending to my clients. Thank you for being so dependable !

Spent the entire day trying to get 2 tires for my SUV. Google finally gave me Frank's Tires number and I immediately called, and he said to come on in. They were about to close, but still treated me like I was the first customer of the day, not the last. He spoke to me in a manner that reminded me of my dad. Straight to the point, no sugarcoating it and I APPRECIATED that! Owner is a standup guy, the price point was the BEsT quote of the day and I called EVERYONE and went by everywhere! More to the point I have 2 brand new tires for my truck I will be coming back for the other 2 and some other small issues and I HIGHLY recommended everyone to save yourself the headache and just call FRANKS TIRES , you will not be disappointed!!!!! 10/10 WILL BE BACK

Caution!! You get what you pay for and they try to keep it off the "books" . When question about service date and paperwork he got defensive and accusing. He's usually nice but integrity and professionalism is inadequate at best!

They mounted large 33s on a Saturday fairly quick fair enough BUT did NOT balance my very out of balance wheels. Damaged my tpms sensor and even after 2 weeks of it not coming on flat out said it wasn't there responsibility even tho it was working when I pulled up (I had a slow leak so I was always monitoring it on screen) and then stopped when I got in to leave so yes they mounted them for 180 but ended up missing work, paying 85 dollars extra for a wheel balance and 180 for a new tire pressure sensor

The place will tell you one price so you can leave your car then will tell you another price when picking up vehicle. The owner comes across as very nice bit is like other mechanics that bait and switch. Wouldn't recommend. Make sure you get a firm price for mechanic work or at least a phone call for additional charges.

This morning i went to Frank Tires for my front wheel bearings replacement. These guys gave me a decent price. I was satisfied with the job they done. The week before that i got 4 awesome used tires almost new. I would recommend them for anyone great customer service and excellent work.

We were on our way to Disney in Orlando and caught serious tire trouble we called several tire shops. No one had the tire we needed due to the uncommon big size.. He had it though, wife was pleased! Lol made it to our resort on time with no time wasted everything worked out great! Thanks Frank from the tall guy with the custom BLK Cadillac escalade

Used to go to Muffler Man on 14th, after receiving such awful service from them I figured I'd try Frank's and I'm so glad I did. Very friendly, super helpful and honest, a rare find.He's my go-to guy now!Thank you so much!

Fast experience, however we were given one price for 2 used tires via phone, got our vehicle towed there, and then ended up having to pay more because he couldn t locate the correct tires. Then he bumped the price and told me it would be lower after I tried to get him to work with us on the price.
