Final Touch Body & Paint is an excellent example of how a business should run. Starting with the guidance from Amber as to what was needed for first appt on Monday, to follow up calls with feedback & final call for pickup the following week.Next Rochelle, the writer & co-owner, could have accepted the Adjuster s pictures & estimate along with check from insurance company. Instead she questioned what took place at the scene of the accident because of a deep dent in the metal bumper, & explained they would check for additional damages, submit that to the adjuster for his approval. He had to submit it to the Insurance for their approval which could take days or weeks. Next day (Tue) Amber called to say an estimate for new fender & realignment was submitted. Wednesday morning Amber called saying everything approved, part s ordered & car would be ready following week Wednesday. I thank the Auto Owners Insurance Co for money in my bank before I knew why and a super Thank You to Final Touch for the new fender and super smooth ride of a properly aligned car!!

We had to use Final Touch multiple times throughout. They have always been courteous and professional. And more importantly repaired our autos so they looked and performed better than when we presented the vehicles to them

I was extremely satisfied with Final Touch Auto Body and Paint. The owner and her employees are very knowledgeable regarding auto body repair from start to finish. My car was repaired quickly and a Final Touch employee set us up with a rental car company so we had a car for the entire time ours was in the shop. I cannot say enough good things about Final Touch and if I need that kind of service in the future, I will definitely choose Final Touch.

This team knows how to do it!! From professional inspection to final payment. All details provided, expectations set and follow through completed with amazing customer service!! Not that I wish to come back anytime soon, but if I need auto body care again, it will be (only) with Final Touch Auto Body & Paint. You don't find service like this too often these days. Highly recommend!A million thanks to the team of workers for making what typically is a chaotic ordeal, almost carefree!! My 2012 car, looks like new

A deranged driver deliberately hit my car! My sister had used Final Touch in the past with great results, so I gave them a call.The professional, polite and knowledgeable staff made it easy. They knew exactly how to deal with the insurance company and I was even able to leave my rental with them when I picked up my car.My car looked AWESOME when I picked it up! My husband and I would definitely recommend this body shop. Hubby's truck looked better than when it went in. Very professional and courteous. Also communication was on point about the whole process. The owners love what they do and it shows in their work.

This shop does great work. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and detailed plus they warranty their work.There is no indication that there ever was damage and the paint blending was excellent. My vehicle was returned cleaned inside and out. I am returning with my second vehicle for paintless dent repair and bumper repaint.

I had uninsured damage to my car, which caused the front hood to be raised beyond normal. I went to several body shops, but only Rochelle at Final Touch properly assessed the damage. I gave them the job and was 100% satisfied with the results of my car.

I was treat with respect by the professionalism of Richelle and Amber. All of the work and steps were thoroughly explained. When I picked up my vehicle it was like it just came off of the showroom floor, inside and out. Richelle also explained that a part she had ordered was actually not required to replace the one she thought was damaged resulting in a substantial savings. The company is professional and honest and I highly recommend it for your auto body repairs. I thank God I found Final Touch Auto Body and Paint.

Have had many "happy" and quality experiences with this shop. HONEST, RELIABLE, & FRIENDLY. They stand behind their guarantee. Had a problem after 6 months with the bumper repair on my wife's BMW M240i. No questions, no hassle, no excuses, they made it right.

If you're looking to have your car repainted, this business does NOT offer that service. When I inquired if they do full body paint jobs on cars that simply need fresh paint, I was told that's not available. It seems they only repaint vehicles in accidents. It'd be cool if they said that on their website, what a waste of time.

If you re tired of getting run around answers on body and paint work look no more because Final Touch gives you honest answers and incredible service ! Perfect work, very conscientious and polite employee s. They kept me updated on work being done on my car and they finished my car on the date they told me. And they even detailed it! Nice surprise! Amazing! I had professional and personally dedicatied service from start to finish especially from Richelle Amber and the gentleman doing the actual body work. I can't say thank you enough. My 2013 Tucson was rear ended. Our regular car shop Hampton s recommended them.The staff was excellent. They repaired my vehicle. There was a noise when I picked it up, but they found and fixed the issue, a minor tightening of rubber caps on tailgate. I also needed a personal paint touch up on an area and they quoted a fair price and the entire job looks wonderfulThank you Mabel and the mechanics.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Very friendly family owned body & paint shop. Very nice work. I had about 3k worth of damage to front end of my car, looks as good as new and completed on time. They also detailed the car inside and out, that was an unexpected bonus. It s really unusual to feel comfortable dropping off your car. Similar to your child, you hope it s the place that will treat your baby right. I found this place online because of the reviews, and they were not wrong! Friendly, trustworthy, and responsive. You can t ask for anything more. And they did a really good job too!!! I m almost looking forward to someone hitting me again so I can go to them. A little far-fetched? Not really. That s how good they are. I totally appreciate them. am so glad I read the reviews and brought my car here. I had a bang in the front bumper of my 2018 Lexus ES350. The quote process was simple and easy. I had told them that I wasn't going through my insurance, since it was minor damage.They gave me a schedule, once I approved the quote. I brought my car in they told me when it would be ready. It was actually ready the day before.When I went to pick up the car it was perfect, and it came with a warranty. Very, Very please with Final Touch. Will definitely use them again. Hopefully I won't need to. But, if I do, they'll have my business.Service: Body & Trim

Wonderful people, informed and kept up to date. Repair and paint look great. Love the large and scary but such sweet heat pup at the door.
