If I could give Concept Collision more than 5 stars, I would!! My truck was damaged at a dealership in Indiana 2 weeks before I was to start my job in Florida. Needless to say, the dealership was unable to fix my truck before I left Indiana. In Florida so many businesses told me no when I brought my truck to them for repair, but Michael Underwood at Concept Collision said yes! He and his team went above and beyond! They had to search high and low for the part of the truck bed that was needed. They had to deal with a not so cooperative insurance company that the dealership was using. They gave me updates through the whole process. They even stayed late to finish the job and clean my truck so they could give it back to me in perfect condition!!! My truck looks beautiful again!!!! Thank you so much to Michael, his wife and the team that works there! You guys are AWESOME!!!

My wife had her first accident. She was so upset, someone suggested Concept Collison. Best recommendation ever. Mike and family were not only extremely nice and understanding. Mike was very nice and efficient with our estimate for repairs, but it was too expensive for us. We appreciated his examining my car within 15 minutes walk-in.

We ended up with a broken rear windshield on our 2017 Pacifica on a Saturday. We contacted the usual nationwide windshield repair company, but they had a backlog - at least 2 weeks out - and that was a drop-off. We contacted multiple dealers and were told that they didn t handle those kinds of repairs. The Chrysler place where we bought the van told us that they had closed their body shop, and their guy had gone out on his own. They were very complimentary of his work and gave us his number. When we contacted him (Mike at Concept Collision in Leesburg ) he explained he had a glass guy who could probably help us the next week. Meanwhile he offered to wrap our rear windshield - on a Saturday - even though his shop was not open. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, and the temporary fix allowed us to drive just fine. The temporary wrap/fix was done with no charge, by a really nice guy, and that put smiles on our faces. Mike proceeded to connect us with his glass guy, Big John, and Big John was able to resolve with a new windshield early the next week, and he came to us. We were beyond thrilled to have this resolved so quickly, and with such kind service by both guys. We have put Mike in our contacts for any future body repair needs, and Big John for glass needs. Great experience all around. Mike and his family did a great job taking care of us. They went over and above by taking care of all communication with insurance companies to resolve any issues and make sure our vehicle had what was needed to complete the job on time and beyond expectations. Our SUV looks like new after he completed his repairs. I would recommend Concept Collision to any and all who need repairs for their auto. Our thanks again to Mike and his team for their great work and excellent customer service.

A dealership recommended Mike to me after a collision in our Cadillac SRX. He responded to our calls promptly & professionally even though the car needed to be assessed by a claims adjuster before extensive work could begin. We had complete confidence in his ability but the insurance decision was "Total Loss." Mike continued exceptional customer service--answering questions, working with the adjuster and us--being available to us through the whole process. His energy & patience add to his skills--happy to see the number of cars brought to him for extensive work.

I m definitely highly recommending Concept Collision in Leesburg. The owner, Mike, is amazing. He s a true professional. He kept us updated, with photos and messages, on the complete process involved in our collision repair. Although our insurance company was not always friendly he continually fought through the obstacles they threw his way until he got the parts and supplements necessary to do the job right.
