This repair shop is the best I have ever encountered. Professional, knowledgeable, staff and super organized shop that is also amazingly clean. From the estimate to the return of the car, we were kept informed. The finished repairs were the best I have seen from a repair shop in decades. Yes, that good. I highly recommend this shop.

I've used Community Collision for over a year now. They're always willing to help me with any minor car difficulty, no matter how small or large. Everything from fixing my window motor, replacing a light bulb, and replacing engine parts. They're professional, fast, honest, and always give me a great price. Definitely my first-choice for ANY car repairs!

I have used Community Collision for several years for repairs to my C-8 Corvette and my S350 Mercedes BlueTec Diesel. Outstanding service and very helpful in determining repair issues. Shop is very clean and costs fair. Looked at other shops and basically this is the only shop I use.

Went to Community collision looking to get my sunroof drains unclogged & they were the perfect place! They took good care of me! Offered me a Uber while waiting for my car, had icecream and the tv on with coffee awaiting! 10/ 10 recommend! Saved me so much money! You won t be disappointed! Got me in & out within 20 minutes!

Community collision is a shop with professionals who take pride in their work. They deliver excellent service in a family friendly atmosphere. I couldn't be happier with the work they performed on my C8 Corvette and highly recommend them.

Wife took her truck in for some repair work due to dings, dents, and exterior fire damage. They are a very clean shop, organized, and expeditious. The work looks great!They even offer a coffee bar and ice cream while you wait.They are in the old Seed Company building. I even saw another '57 Chevy Bel Air being worked on there. A convertible beauty!

Just picked up my Nissan Rogue Sport. Rob and his team were amazing! I had a dent in the front passenger panel and I was nervous because of the paint matching. I didn t even have my car a year when I brought it to him. He gave me an amazing quote and although I had to postpone by 5 months, he kept my original quoted price. I highly recommend them! Thank you for making my car look brand new again!

I was struggling to find someone to fix the issue on my car. Took it to multiple different dealerships and started a case with Honda America. Nobody could tell me what was wrong or how to fix it. Luckily, I was sent to Community collision. They were stumped, but were so willing to help and get to the bottom of the problem. They treated me so kindly and made some accommodations for my situation. After going through so many different people it was a true blessing. I would 100% recommend this shop, they are lovely people and thorough when it comes to their work. Thank you Community Collision!

Do Not Recommend. Zero stars.Things seemed on the up until the day I dropped my vehicle off. Terrible experience from there on out. Estimated completion went from a few days to a week to two+ weeks! Zero updates or courtesy calls initiated from this business. Any updates we got were because WE CALLED for them. Insurance covered what was needed yet this place tried to swindle funds directly from us for something they were already getting paid for by insurance. Of course there was an excuse for everything and we were repeatedly lied to. We picked up our vehicle (after two weeks) and it was in worse condition then when we dropped it off but we refused to leave it in their hands any longer. Absolutely ridiculous experience.We took it to a dealership after that and found out it was the wrong part completely so thankfully they have since done the repair and it is fixed now.Please read the reviews! Several others have very similar experiences. Save yourself the headache and look for a different shop.

This is an excellent Tesla approved certified collision center. I can't say enough about the service I received. Excellent body work and paint job. Rob and his staff were very professional and worked with me through the repair and insurance process. And a pleasant surprise was that it was cleaned inside and out before I picked it up. After what I thought was thorough research for a company to complete the body work on my Tesla Model 3 after a collision, I chose Community Collision Centers of Leesburg. This place was a total catfish! It started out GREAT! Great communication, great reviews, and extremely eager to do the job. I had my vehicle towed to their location. They were paid right away by my insurance company. They initially told me that the car would take 4 weeks to repair. Because I own an electronic repair shop, I understand that somethings are unforeseen and can go wrong when doing repairs so I always tend to give extra buffers when it comes to repair time. After 6 weeks of having my vehicle, I reached out for updates. I was told daily that my car would be ready the next day. I was repeatedly lied to. Calling Rob for updates became a part of my routine as we became 3-4 months in. The manager Rob had what seemed like a new excuse daily that was less than believable. After 4 months, the manager ROB advised me that if i were to pay a little over $1300, for reasons I forget about now through all the lies told, that I would have my vehicle delivered the next day. Paid the fee and didn't receive my vehicle until the next week. My vehicle is currently at Tesla because for some reason, I'm experiencing issues I didn't have prior. 0/10. I would definitely steer clear of this place.

Our dealership recommended Community Collision and I am glad we listened. Superb service and the car looks perfect. It's a large shop. They are certified by many automakers. They even do classic car restoration. The people there care. Proud professionals dedicated to their customers. A joy to get to know them. They did all the work with the insurance company. My experience, like all of the other reviews on here, was extremely positive. I drive a Model 3 Tesla that took a pretty severe gash to the top of the hood. There are only four authorized body shops in all of Central Florida (at least according to Tesla). I live just north of Orlando and sent inquiries to all four. Only two responded and one of those came back with a ridiculous price. While CCC of Leesburg is more than 75 min from my house, I thought it was worth taking a chance given how good the reviews were on the Tesla referral page. Your first impression is that this place is clean, modern and welcoming. I immediately met Rob, the owner, who couldn't have possibly have been more reasonable or nicer. He took a look at my issue on the spot and came up with a solution I'd be happy with at a fair price. Less than a week later, I have my car back and the repaired section (paint and body work) couldn't possibly be identified. Put differently, it was like nothing ever happened. Like a good heart surgeon, I hope I don't have a need for these guys anytime soon. When I do, however, I won't need to shop around. This will be my go to place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

If you re choosing between Tesla approved body shops, look no further than this place !! I had an accident in my Model 3 and I just picked up my car yesterday and WOW the repair was perfect. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Rob and Anthony were awesome. Fast repair! Definitely worth the drive from Orlando. We brought our 2016 BMW X5 into Community Collision for a repair of deep scrape above the wheel well and for a ceramic coating. The scrape required a genuine BMW body part and the car looked good as new. I discussed the benefits of a ceramic coatings with Rob and he explained the benefits and the process with the repair of chips and scratches in the paint. There was no high pressure sale and the job was completed as promised. The results were amazing and the car looked as it did fresh from the showroom. I was particularly grateful the ceramic coating during Florida's Mayfly season and ease of bug removal. I highly recommend Rob and his team at Community Collision for quality workmanship and honest integrity.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance

I am delighted with the quality of service. The professional style waiting area and shop stand above other area body shops. The bonus surprise comes when you pick up your car. The car glistened and the interior was immaculate. I highly recommend Community Collision. It is a family business.Another body work shop recommended I get an estimate from Community Collision. I stopped by and Rob prepared a detailed estimate and explained the work to be done . The minute I told him to go; he ordered parts. My car had damage to the driver's door and fender. Right now parts are all back-ordered making scheduling iffy. As soon as Virginia let me know the parts had arrived, I delivered the car. Their team replaced the parts and made sure all the electronic sensors worked. Every car has a slightly different shade of paint. The team matched mine perfectly and went the extra mile touching up several little paint scratches they found elsewhere on the car.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent work! Rob is very professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our vehicle look like new! Our vehicle went through a tornado and we originally took it to Wayne s Paint and Body. They had it for a week and did nothing. First they said it would be $3000, then $6000, then $7300! They also told the insurance company that all the scratches were not from the tornado and that my (70 year old) husband was running through the woods scratching it up! Rob at Community Collision did an awesome job in a few days for less than $4000. They even went the extra mile and did some extra things to make it look great! Awesome people, awesome work! Rob is awesome he squeezed me in ahead of schedule and completed the task at hand wonderfully...Ms. Virginia is pleasant as well letting me know the status of my vehicle when i called ...the only hiccup i have with them is that the communication could definitely be better because "I ALWAYS" had to call to figure out what was going on with my car to stay on top of things...it typically took 2 weeks for repairs..now my baby looks good as NEW!! Thank you again Community Collision Center Of Leesburg!!!!

We bought a used van for DCO Flooring and needed to do some body work before putting a wrap on it. Rob fixed all the rust issues and dents and put a new roof on it due to rust and gave us a very fair price and did a great job. He's got a beautiful new building with all new equipment and they do a great job. We were very happy with our whole experience and highly recommend Community Collision.

I was so impressed with the professionalism, promptness, kindness, and most of all, integrity of this company. It is so nice and reassuring to know that there businesses out there with true honesty, especially in this day and time! I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!!!!! My car was scratched on the hood by a car wash, which denied any responsibility, so I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Community Collision treated me VERY fairly with pricing and my car looks GREAT!!!!!Service: Painting

Had my car serviced here after a collision with a tire that came loose off of one car and smashed into my new car. They did an amazing job explaining the process and showed me the shop. They stood on top of the insurance company to ensure I got everything that I needed repaired. In the end my car looked much better than it did before the accident. A friend had some cosmetic work done to his car in June at Community Collision. I was so impressed I asked Rob for a quote to repair a pucker on my front bumper where I bumped into a friend s car. I was happy with the quote as I was self paying. Took my car in end of Aug, left for a few days & was amazed at the excellent work Rob & his crew did upon picking it up. I also had a scraped alloy wheel which came out perfect! Ms. Virginia is a Sweetheart, so efficient & concerned. THANK YOU to all!

If I can give this place 10 stars I would give it 20. Amazing work was done on my car. Community collision is by all means the place to go when you have any car issues. I would like to give a special thanks to Rob, dude your amazing with what you do. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone looking for professional work done on their vehicles.
