This is our second time using Cecil Clark Chevrolet! We needed a dependable and affordable vehicle for our family of 5, I provided our budget and what we could place down as a down payment. The amazing staff worked with us and kept us at budget! All of the staff were very professional and very polite. Thank you Cory, Jada, and Chuck!Update: We were called to come back in because the bank offered us a lower interest rate with a lower payment, Chuck called us immediately and we went in to sign a new contract! Vicki was an awesome , patient sales person. I needed a vehicle that would fit my dog in. Vicki worked with me we found the perfect vehicle. Got a great price and a great vehicle. I would recommend seeing Vicki and the good people at Cecil Clark. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

The customer service was excellent. The gentleman that signed me in as very attentive to every detail having to do with my truck. We went over all the process. He worked well with my schedule and he kept me up to date on everything.

Bought a used car at this place. I chose to come here because my entire family got their vehicles from here so I thought they were reliable. Well, the process of buying the car was fine and all, but after we bought it it s been a nightmare. There were so many flaws with the vehicle that they never mentioned where there s no way to notice them until you buy the car and drive it for longer than five minutes. The AC went out the NEXT DAY. The car makes noises when driving at a certain speed for so long. When making a call on the Bluetooth radio there s an obnoxious buzzing sound where you can t even bare to use it. And not to mention, we just went to get an oil change and they didn t even put a gasket on the oil pan. We ve been leaking oil this whole time!! They also told us that our cabin filter is horrendous and showed it to us. We were shocked.Please, please, please beware when buying a car from here. Wouldn t want to get scammed like us and put your lives at risk for a faulty car they forgot to put information about in the paperwork or mention. What a joke.

Made a 4:00 PM appointment for wheel alignment, full synthetic oil change, and tire rotation.Upon arrival I was informed that there s nobody to check my alignment that I would need to make another appointment. Driving out of the facility I checked tire pressures, and the rear tires had 85 lbs which was verified with a gage. I very confident that with a little effort the alignment could have happened, and the tires aired to proper pressure.

We shopped other dealerships and brands, and received the best treatment at Cecil Clark Chevrolet. It was so refreshing to be treated professionally and competently at a car dealership. When arriving there for the first time, just before closing as it turned out, we were not rushed or hurried by the staff; in fact they gave us as much time as we needed that day. When we came back to buy a few days later, we were again impressed with how stress-free and easy the whole transaction was. Michael went out of his way to address our questions and made sure that we were taken care of.

Every person was perfectly professional. The service department is difficult to work in because they always have to deliver bad news about prices and repairs all day long. These guys do everything they can all the time.

Was met by Vicky, took her time to be sure I was put into what I would be happy with. Even tho the model I wanted wasn't available, she worked out a close 2nd. She (and finance person) took the time to offer an alternative payment plan. Thank you Vicky for a great experience.

Horrible Service in the Service Department. We just moved to this area. My husband took his 2024 Chevy 2500 HD Custom in for it's first service, made by appointment. When he asked about some warranty issues, he was met with RUDE Service Manager. When he asked him to check with the GM representative, he was not asking for this dealership to cover anything; but to report and ask GM for coverage, he was told he could take his service elsewhere. The service manager said he could ship his service right on down the road. Seems this dealership is not welcoming to any questions nor seeking business for new locals. VERY disappointed as longtime Floridians. DO NOT ASK QUESTIONS or ASK about WARRANTY if you paid over $65K for a Chevy Truck, this Dealership does not care once the ink is dry, especially if you did not buy there apparently. We will take ALL our business elsewhere....Chevy owner for 20 years!

Got my appointment online, showed up on a Monday and all of the info entered was blank. They assumed an oil change instead of communicating with me, so they were not prepared to fix my issue. Had to reschedule for Friday and then had to order a part. Now waiting for the part to arrive to schedule yet another appointment. Communication could have eliminated one of these wasted trips.

I purchased a used GMC Terrain from this dealership three weeks ago and it was determined yesterday that the vehicle has two serious oil leaks. I would of thought this would have been caught before I purchased it, but apparently it was not. Everyone one is very kind and professional and I have scheduled an appointment to get it fixed. Lucky for me, I had purchased a GM extented warranty which covers the work needed. The service manager said they would discuss paying my deductible and getting me a car to use while the car is being service. I'm hoping they come through with this kind jester. I plan on be a customer of this dealership for as long as I am able to continue driving. I'll be 74 this year.

Even though my reservation wasn't documented (it was done online) the service department was able to accommodate me. My Corvette was there for an oil change. I also received a complimentary "Hand wash". Service here has been a pleasure.

Thought they would be able to make a deal hearing them talk but in turn they offered less than 2 other dealers on a truck. told us that around about price and we was excited but once they ran our credit came back at about 50% more I feel that it was all a Ploy to get a chance to run the credit. Please don't fall for what we did

All went well. Salesman was not pushy. He gave us a decent trading on my old car. Test drive went well. We are happy with our purchase. No one pushed into a finance. We paid in full by check. All in all was a good experience.

Update - today's visit was triggered by Onstar. I was emailed and told to go right away that my battery was critically low. I called and Cecil Clark Chevrolet, Rich the service department, who got me in immediately. They verified and replaced it in an hour, thanks.I love the family dealership, everyone is so helpful. Thanks for always asking if we need anything. Thanks for being so friendly.

Was kept up to date on process, appreciated the honesty that it may take a few days before my car could be looked at due to staffing but they were able to get the parts and installation done same day when my vehicle was pulled in.

Me and my wife purchased a car here today. We had no intentions of buying. We walked over while getting an oil change from another dealer and we saw a car we really liked and decided to see it. We ended up purchasing and were there for under 2 hours and went home with the car. Our salesman Chris was outstanding through the whole process and the finance manager Chuck was a pleasure to work with!

I dealt with the collision center after an auto accident. The manager Todd and his staff were extremely respectful, knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process of getting my vehicle repaired. They're a top notch collision center and I couldn't recommend them more.

We just purchased a vehicle from Cecil Clark I highly recommend! I was very pleasantly surprised. My sales person Tyler was great, very helpful and informative- not pushy at all. The sales manager(s) were also great, we actually ended up dealing with two, and they were both amazing (Robert was one of them). It was a really nice experience- and we will definitely purchase from them again.

Bought a new silverado pu.sales dept. was great. Service dept. not so much losing antifreeze since New keep telling me nothing wrong with it. Broke down today antifreeze all over ask if warranty coved it. Don't know. No towing available. Had to call Vann gannaway chevy they were very helpful and took care of it won't buy there every again

I needed an oil change, when Iwent into my dealership (plaza Cadillac for 12 years) the latest general manager would not honor my last free oil change because the person who gave it to me (my salesman) was no longer with the company, not my fault or problem the gm was very rude and their price is top end of oil changes so i left I called Cecil Clark they fitted me right in the next day with a much more reasonable price than plaza Cadillac and they do tire rotation with the oil change which is an upcharge with plaza very pleased with the wonderful customer service that they provide, their people are friendly and they really care about their customers, I'm very pleased to say this is my dealership now!

Amazing service! Allstate first sent me to Sam Boswell GMC, but communication issues left me leary, so I decided to take my vehicle to Cecil Clark, which is where I purchased it. Jimmy Lydecker was extremely thorough and explained things in layman s terms from the onset, and Emily Metz kept me in the loop throughout the process. Both Jimmy and Emily, coupled with the body shop that repaired my vehicle are EXCELLENT employees.

I am new to the area. Called to get a quote on having work done on my vehicle and spoke to Kim in the service department. I was switched over to parts then back to service. Unable to give me an accurate quote. Was told they would return my call and did not. Terrible customer service. If they can t answer a simple quote question, I don t believe they are competent enough to work on my truck. Will not take my truck there and will find another Chevy service dealer

Dropped my car off at 815am. Waited until 1030 and had a friend pick me up. Told them I was leaving and was told they close at 5ish but I would get a call when service was done. I finally called numerous times and at 5ish left a not nice message esp bc msg states they are open til 530. I had to have a sales mgr get in touch with me and even return my call bc no one at service did. He stated everyone was gone andnglhe couldn't get any answers for me. He then stated he would call me by 930am next morning after he got in. I received a call from gentleman I dropped car off to apologizing. But honestly I don't care about their apology bc I was stuck with no vehicle and had to wait to get a ride again. He informed me I needed a battery...are you serious??? over 24hrs to tell me I needed a battery..I tell them to do it but then follows with u need to be here by 1145 bc we close early..it was around 1015 already. Remember I have no car and have to get a ride from 30 mins away. I get there, get apologies again but mean nothing at this point. I give him the cash, he go to walk away and says oh you will need these (my keys) and I follow thank god I have keyless entry into my house bc I would have been locked out last night. I have to say this was the worst visit at any dealership that I have ever had.
