My husband and I spent all day one afternoon looking at car lots after car lots and leaving disappointed. When I was ready to give up and call it a day we tried one more stop and that was Browns Auto. Right off the bat Burt was amazing. I was limited with a downpayment but Burt still helped me and was able to put me in a car that day. I m absolutely in love with my Chevy Equinox!!!! Overall experience was great. I will definitely be back when it s time to get another one. Thanks Burt I really appreciate you and all you did for me!!

I took my husband s truck to the repair shop to get an oil change. I was dreading going just because most places take advantage of women bringing in a vehicle for maintenance. Not this place they were absolutely amazing! Everyone there made me feel like I was at home. No high pressure sales just relaxing. I highly recommend Browns for maintenance and buying a vehicle. We bought our truck from them 3 years ago and we ve had no issues

Purchased a 2019 Honda accord sport today that I had been looking at for a couple of weeks got in there and Bert was my salesman he was awesome and worked with me and was quick . All of the staff were very nice and friendly . I love my car and I definitely recommend them 10/10 for sure

We had a extremely bad experience with the staff, broke into my property without any warning or noticed beforehand. And allegedly said I used the car "too often" and I have never once had a delayed payment. Extremely horrible experience I would never wish this upon anyone! Horrible customer service and controlling staff limiting you on how and where you drive, always keeping tabs on how many miles you drive as well. Absolutely low of the lowest. An absolute scam, this doesn't come across as the first time they've done this as well. Had woken up and my car wasn't there, their responsibility was to notify me beforehand of what was happening, rather they just turned the car on and drove it off. Had us thinking someone had stole it. Whenever we went and confronted them acting extremely unwelcoming and harsh, and didn't even apologize for the misunderstanding. Couldn't recommend anyone to choose any other place.

Umberto is a fantastic employee.He listened to our needs and lead us in the right direction.We picked a great car for my granddaughter at a reasonable price.This is not a normal buy here. There is not a single shady vehicle on the lot. The warranty is great.Strongly recommend this place.We will be back for our next vehicle purchase..

I need a new vehicle on a tight budget and Browns Auto had a wonderful 2005 Dodge Durango they managed to get me into and stayed in my price range. It was an easy process, I LOVE my new dodge, and Shawn was super helpful. I had lost my voice and hurt my shoulder prior to getting my car and Shawn made sure to check on me and make sure I was enjoying my new vehicle. Best experience ever!!!! 15 out of 10 recommend!!!!

A few days ago me and my husband went car browsing hoping to find something a bit better on gas then what we currently were driving. We stopped in Browns Autos and were quickly greeted by Bert. He showed us quite a few SUVs and we liked a silver Kia sorrento the most Unfortunately Time for us that day didn t play out for a test drive or to purchase but we did go back yesterday with full intentions on driving away in the silver sorrento. We got to work with Bert again, which was another great experience!! He was excited to show us a few new suvs that were added to the lot. One of which was another Kia sorrento but all black. It was beautiful inside and out. It has all the bells and whistles, leather seats, moon roof and sun roof, interior lighting that s super cool and even changeable! We took it for a test drive and I knew it was the perfect family car for us. Bert was awesome in working with us to get a great monthly payment to match our budget and He even stayed after closing to finish up the buying process. We can t thank Bert and Browns Auto enough. We are all smiles in our new ride (Even the kids love it!!)

My 2017 ford 150 blew up Craig brown, owner of browns auto sales & his team found me a used engine at a great price, installation & all! It rides like a dream now, 2 day turn around! 10/10

So far so good, I love my 2014 Tuscan! Hands down our new go to place! Umberto and Bert were amazing and made the whole experience smooth and easy. Not to mention their 6,000 mile warranty, not allot of places offer that. Definitely recommend them to anyone.

I bought a van there a month ago. Umberto was my awesome salesman. I also met with the owner and he was so nice. He worked out a way for me to purchase the van. Every employee there is very nice actually and I have been recommending you to my friends.

I was looking for a month online to find the right place to buy and was so hesitant because of my credit history. I went into Brown s and it was the smoothest car buying process I have ever experienced. Bert and Umberto were so nice and made sure I was able to get into the car I wanted. They went the extra mile to work with me and were so kind. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Brown auto really works with you and helps you find exactly what you want. They don t push you into anything, they give u time, they work reasonable deals and their prices are affordable !!! I wish I would have stopped in 2 years ago I woulda purchased my first car from them! My traverse hasn t had ANY issues. Super reliable!! Super clean! I highly recommend them !! Bert was amazing !!

This was the easiest car buying experience for me. I would like to thank Bert for helping me. I called truly not expecting anything. I was approved over the phone, found the car the I liked on the website signed all the documents on the phone then went and picked up my car. I absolutely love my 2013 Hyundai eLANTRA GT! I honestly can t believe how clean my car was when I got it. Nice ice cold a/c. It s everything I wanted in a new car. Salesman Bert was fantastic. He way patient kind and straightforward with me. If your looking for a good clean used car Brown s Auto is the place to go.

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have bought a car from Brown's and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car. Bert is a great salesman! He listened to what we wanted and showed us multiple options. He was funny and personable and made the process easy and fast. We were driving away in our new SUV within a couple hours. When it's time to get another car we will definitely be back at Brown's!

My car reviewI was super stressed out when my car that I just paid off blew up unexpectedly. My neighbor reminded me that she had purchased a car for her daughter almost a year ago, being very happy with the vehicle still. I thought I would give Brown s Auto a try. My sales associate Shawn helped me with a great deal on a great car. Brown s Auto right from the very beginning was kind and understanding. Only needed very low down payment and they worked with me so far I have put over 500 miles on the car. Also they offer a 6 month or 6,000 mile warranty and the gap insurance included made it Super simple in and out probably took an hour! Back on the road again!!!!!! Thanks Brown s Auto ! :)

I am an immensely happy and satisfied repeat customer! My first small SUV I bought over 4 years ago with Robbie and didn't think it got any better, but I was SO wrong! Bert is absolutely, hands down, the grestest most knowledgeable I have ever worked with. This man can do a hundred things at a time, literally, without a change in his amazing demeanor! I was blown away with him! I looked at the most beautiful GMC Denali for almost two weeks before deciding to go look and test drive. Major Wow! I absolutelyloved everything about it. Bert was so crazy busy but still super quick, taking care of phones, texts, multiple customers and took time with me, answering all of my questions and different scenarios I through at him. Yes, I took that Denali home with me! Two amazing vehicles, amazing experiences! I highly recommend here and to all my friends out there, to definitely give them a try! I can almost guarantee you will not be sorry! Bert is waiting for you and his son is there to help as well. Such a sweetheart and definitely has his Dad's qualities! I am in love with my Denali! I loved my Ford Escape as well, which I traded in and was given a very fair value for it, I must say! Take a peak at my Gorgeous Denali on the photo's page of the website! I stopped in to see what this place was all about. I was greeted by a salesman named Shawn. He was knowledgeable about his stock. Granted I knew what I was looking for, so his first suggestion was the correct one! I was in and out in less than an hour.The truck I bought was a having a an electric repair on the dash. I waited to do the review because I wanted to make sure first that the repair was completed as promised. It was done exactly as promised. I would highly recommend these guys if you re looking for a $50-$60,000 vehicle somewhere in the range of 16 to $22,000. One last thing I ll say is that they were super attentive throughout the entire process and were very easy to get a hold of and the communication never dropped off.

Browns Used Cars located in Leesburg FL, What can I say? Well I will start by saying Bert treated both my soon to be Wife and I like Family members letting us look at many SUVS only to show us a 2013 Sante Fe Sport that Both of us really liked. So as it ended up my Juju and I purchased it at what we both thought was a very fair price. We would highly recommend you all to give Browns Used Cars a chance to earn your business and say Hello to Bert and his Team. They are far from your everyday Used car experience they will treat you like Human beings period, NO Frills here, only common curiosity!! We both highly recommend this business to anyone looking to purchase a Good Clean reliable vehicle at a great price period.
