Went here for a alignment when finished asked for a print out and they do not give print outs. I noticed couple days later my 2 front caps missing I called figured they forgot to put on they said they don't take those caps off for a alignment I know 100% they do have to take my caps off . So I noticed my steering wheel not straight and feels like pulls to right I was told I had 1 year warranty so I went back and said car pulling to right he said warranty doesn't cover shaking or pulling and pulling has nothing to to with alignment. What a joke and horrible customer service now have to go elsewhere for another alignment one that will give me a printout

Don t Come here for any diagnostic.By the way , I don t need a transmission or Engine. What kind of diagnostic did you do ? Chevy told me exactly what I need all the way down to struts and checked the transmission fluid which your guy didn t even know what that was. This what happens when you go the cheap way. Fool me once but not twice! Don t get an Engine diagnostic from this place..

They are not a Firestone dealer but rather service Firestone products. They weren't able to help me get replacement tires that I brought about 10,000 miles ago. I had to drive 61 miles to Winter Haven. They are a multi service garage and their employees seem very knowledgeable and experienced

Thought of using this shop to repair an oil leak after another well reputed shop was too busy. After they looked at job they quoted me 4 hrs at $150 an hour, and I was supplying all parts. The other shop that was too busy quoted me $163 for the exact same job. Don't waste your time going here unless you really have money to just throw away

I ve always loved these guys: quick service, nice, reasonable.Today, they fore warned me that if my car needed more oil than 5 quarts or a special filter that it would cost more.Of course after they were done he said, They sure can hide the oil in these small cars. It took 6 quarts and a special filter . So they charged $10 more than normal. I later looked it up and everywhere it says the Chevy Sonic takes 4.5 quarts and a normal filter. A new scam? I hope not but one has to wonder ..

Very poor service. I called to ask if I could get my alignment done, and the salesperson said yes. I leave work and arrive at the Leesburg Firestone just to find out that they do not honor Firestone lifetime alignments. The time could have not been wasted if the front counter associate had told me that they are not a real Firestone store. The Google reviews were very misleading. The sales associate was very arrogant and couldn't care less. I would not leave my vehicle at a location for any reason.

I brought them my freshly painted wheels to have my original tires pressure monitors swapped to these wheels and have the wheels installed. They did the job correctly and after picking up my vehicle and inspecting the wheels closely, they did not leave a single mark or scratch on my wheels. If you ve dealt with many tire shops, you know this is very uncommon as many shops are careless and scratch wheels while installing tires or installing the lug nuts. Mack and Nick were excellent with communication and have been extremely honest and straightforward every time I ve spoke with them. Don t come here for an engine diagnostic . Spend the money where someone actually knows what they talking about and let you know what all they looked at on your car. Don t waste your money /time here..

I ve been coming here for years. They open at 7:30 , come in & they ll be done with my oil change seem like 15 minutes. Fast, friendly & efficient service. I will keep coming back bc their customer service is great.

Terrible experience with these people. Brought my car in got an oil change. They damaged a brake line on my car. Refused to fix it. Said they didn t do it. After arguing with them for 15 min had to get my car towed out of their garage. They also told me me car will take six qts of oil so it will cost more. Another scam. I never had anyone charge me for more oil. My car takes five qts. Will never go back to them. Watch out !!Service: Oil change

Oil change took about 20 min or less. They re quick and have you back on the road in no time.Edit review: I went in for a basic oil change. And without my consent, the mechanic decided I needed a new oil filter. then when I inquired about not being asked first , the young guy made an inappropriate joke about me having a new car , blah blah, I didn t find funny. I don t like businesses that do not Speak with their customers about adding additional services. I have a right to decide but wasn t given the opportunity. They did it without my consent & i will not patronize them anymore. They used to be cool but i dont like shady upsell mess. I paid and left. They won t get any of my money anymore.

Called to order tires through E fleet services. Told me they are a private vendor and basically not trusting to do it over the phone. Have to come to the store.Enterprise fleet services, pre-authorized and paid as soon as they type in my fleet ID.not very professional at all and definitely not worried about earning the business of a 250 vehicle fleet located 5 mi from their shop. Would never use a service center that can't handle basic business over the phone.

I brought my car here for an oil change that was long needed plus a couple of other things. Thought the price for all the things was reasonable. After I picked up my car I noticed my glove box had been tampered with. Now I know that it was because I make sure to lock my glovebox every time I take the car to get fixed. The glovebox now will be permanently broken since it now does not lock and is loose. Whoever decided to inspect in my car should be ashamed as they had no reason to try and open it. After reading all the bad reviews and no paperwork filing happens here I will not be returning here to get my car worked on. Terrible experience and trust.****MAKE SURE TO EMPTY YOUR CAR BEFORE COMING HERE***

I have been getting my oil changed for the past year at Firestone. They people are nice, funny and fast. Their prices are the best in town. I have had a few minor problems with my car, they let me know what I have to fix and what can wait until I can afford it. Honest business.

Had a nail in my tire. Stopped by Bridgestone/Firestone City Tire Service w/o an appointment and they took me right away and did a great job quickly and very reasonably. I was so please with their service, I went home (1 hr round trip) and had work done on another family car. Also done very professionally and at a reasonable cost.,

I get great service, and straight talk. They know what they are talking about, from my Hyundai Elantra to the Dodge 2500. Fixed right at a fair price. I haven't had to have the same thing fixed twice. I highly recommend them.

This is a great place, for tires and tire related problems. This place has that home time feel about it, and the associates are making sure you are getting the right tires for your vehicle. Also I was told of another issue with my vehicle and for me to get it checked. Would definitely recommend this business. Thank You

Several good and several bad things to report. Good inventory, prices and knowledgeable sales people a year ago. One year 10,000 miles after a $1000+ purchase we have an out of round problem. Company maintains no computer records, unusual in this day. Owner says 1) that paper records are cheaper which is certainly untrue, and 2) they lost our paper records and refuse to address the problem other than to let us buy a new set of tires at a "discount" and treated my wife poorly in the process. So one year later TOTALLY UNSATISFACTORY!!! We will not do business with these people again. I believe that the lost records is a method of avoiding having to deal with problems.

I'm a NY and Florida lawyer (sometimes cynical and skeptical) who was referred here by another lawyer friend. I needed some auto repair on a few cars.They assessed, accurately diagnosed, and fixed my daughter's Camaro after the local Leesburg Chevy dealership charged us for ten minutes of their time with no clear answers or resolution. This family run business is honest, polite, and most of all straight forward shop. Their rates are fair, and their sense of humor makes any wait pleasant.

Their prices are outrageous. Go to lake-sumter transmissions instead if you need a fare price and quality/profesional work. Firestone charges like the parts are installed by a pair of solid gold hands.

Let it be known they charge $17 to SEE if you need alignment. I weren t made aware of that beforehand.Had to get my alignment done, heard about this place, went there, they check it then 5 minutes later they came back & said i need to replace my cv joints & tie rod ends before they can do it. I could of told them that cause I already knew that when i did my brakes.

The Tires Plus I went to in Brooksville was awesome they helped me their very good people but the one in Leesburg they try to take advantage of me telling me that there was more things wrong than what actually was wrong with my vehicle and I didn't appreciate that at all
