No assistance. 1 guy busy at register, 1 guy busy on the outside and 2 guys laughing and talking it up with a guy who wasn't shopping. No one offered to assist me or 2 other people in there. I left with no purchase.

My granddaughter was here from Tampa. It is a rainy day. She lost one of her wiper blades. We came in store to get blades. For 10 minutes no one would help us. Finally they did. We go back to my house we can't get the blades on. Call store they refused to help us. Called Lady Lake store. They said sure no problem come over. And here we are finding out the leesburg store sold us the wrong blades.The Lady Lake store was very helpful. They even put the correct blades on for us.

Nice gentleman helped me. Also found part o needed at another store because this location was out. Nice guy with a beard and shaved head. Big guy. He helped me on a previous trip too. I go back there because of him.

The people there was very helpful I asked them where the car cleaners were and the sponges and they literally led me right to it every time I go to AutoZone they are very helpful and I'm very glad that they're there I can ask them any questions and usually they can get an answer for me and I greatly appreciate it definitely will go there again and again

Absolutely fantastic service! Everyone was friendly and extremely knowledgeable! Sabrina helped us out and made our experience incredibly enjoyable and she did everything with expert precision, friendly manners, and incredible speed. She was so knowledgeable about everything we needed help with and was absolutely anazing. Every time we come here, the service is unmatched. We will always come here! Keep up the wonderful work!

Brian is the rudest person I ever met. I don t understand how he is allowed to talk to customers with the gross attitude he has. I don t wish for anyone to lose their job but he definitely needs an attitude adjustment and be taught how to talk to and treat customers properly. I will never be going back to this store.

Waited 10 minutes before even being acknowledged by one of the 5 employees, 3 of which were not with customers but talking amongst themselves. During my wait I watched a show of the cashier trying to help someone over the phone but clearly was out of his depth. Kinda funny, got them another star for making me chuckle.

Visited this store last week after a bad experience at the store east of this store. It is worth the further drive west to go to this store. The visit is exactly what I expect from an AutoZone. Jason said his store was the best and he did not disappoint. William helped get all the items we needed as we were working on a project we had never done before. Jason gave us tips, lent us the tools and got us going. When we returned the next day with the project finished William and Jason quickly asked how everything went. We thanked them for the help and Marcus quickly processed our return for the items we did not need. This is a great shop with great people. Drive the extra few miles from Tavares to get to this store. It will be worth your time. Thank you to Jason, William and Marcus. You represent your company well!!!

James was great. He spent time researching a part I had purchased a year ago and didn't have the receipt for. He found the information and got the part warrantied for me. So I decided to order even more parts (elsewhere was cheaper) just because of the helpfulness. Customer service is hard to put a price tag on.

Headlights were out. I asked the employee for help on what kind of bulb I needed and he got me the right bulb and came outside checked my fuses to make sure that was the issue. He also replaced my bulbs for me! Excellent customer service! I had no idea what I was doing at all. I would not of know how to replace them ! Even a supervisor came to see if he could help. Thanks guys!

I'll get right to the point of the matter fast friendly customer service knowledgeable helpful employees who strive to fill your order they'll check your car check engine light and they'll even check your oil if you ask them politely Mike the manager is only interested in keeping you happy I give them five stars for the quality quantity price convenience and shopping pleasure

They found on the computer exactly what I needed within a few minutes brought it up to the counter took it home installed it and my car is running great.

I had an issue with my brake light not turning off. Thought it might be a sensor so I went to auto zone to have a diagnostic. Michael came out and looked at my car. He found the problem and fixed it for me with a $4 part in the brake pedal area. He spent't 30 minutes underneath my dash to fix it for me. Refused a tip and wouldn't let me buy him breakfast. It would have cost me hundreds if I'd gone anywhere else!Thank you

I needed to replace a deteriorated plastic hose for the washer fluid on our buick. The store didn't have what was needed and told me they couldn't get it. I was rather disappointed with this as Autozone has been my go to store for years.

I have found such an improvement with customer service!Knowledge and personable ! Hands down 10/10!!James was great !My sales person today. James Explained my purchases and inquiries so detailed and perfect! Did not make me feel rushed in any way . Very cooperative .I was stranded with no confidence -- your staff is the greatest. James and the two young ladies that worked and helped me stayed right with me !I am a woman--( worked some on my cars for many years) and always read up on present issues and believe you guys ...beware... we got some knowledge on ya!!! Amazing Customer Service! I walked into the store today with a complicated issue involving a faulty battery. The manager and staff wanted only to resolve it for me. He literally said "she is not leaving without us fixing it." Each employee was friendly, helpful and dedicated to service. This store is my new go to for auto parts.

I've been shopping here for years! They have always been so helpful! They even plugged the "machine" in my car so I could know exactly what was wrong with it. They show genuine concern and value their customers! Definitely a model in customer service!

This was my second visit to Auto Zone. Both visits the staff has been extremely helpful. My visit this Sunday was for a new battery. The battery was pricey due to the make of my car but Will helped me select the best battery for my girl and installed it free of charge!!! Will was very knowledgeable and skilled with the installation. In and out in 20 minutes and I got new windshield wipers installed too. Will actually made the whole visit extremely enjoyable. I would definitely recommend using them for all your automotive needs and don't forget to ask for Will to assist you! Thank you Will!!!

My truck broke down when I pulled into the parking lot to get my battery checked. they had my battery in stock and it was late almost closing time and they still help me get my truck fixed and get me going again. This is far as I'm concerned is one of the better part stores especially when you need help getting something fixed
