Just picked up my Mini Cooper and it s running great! I had an engine warning light on and they ran some tests, couldn t find any faults so they reset the light and off I went. I wish I could give a review of more than five stars because I would give them 10 or 20 stars. John, as always, is courteous and helpful. These are my go to guys for my Mini!

I went to this place because some friends recommended me. I had an issues with my car and a noise in the front. When I first talked with the personal they were really nice and kind. Silvana peacock was helping me in the process with my car, She was pending at all times from the order of parts until the final drive test. They fixed my car and they gave me a guarantee. Thank you so much and I really recommend this place.

Wonderful experiences with All German Motorworks in Leesburg. They have serviced our 2014 Porsche Cayman S and our 2020 BMW M340 and we are very happy with the service they have provided. They kept us informed and went the "extra mile" to make sure the cars were right. We really appreciate the service they provide.

From the first phone call to getting into my car, after it was serviced This was a great experience. Each and every individual with whom I spoke was kind and knowledgeable very customer-oriented. A special shout out to Silvana, who takes great pride in her employment with All German. Even the price was right.

Happy to leave a 5 star review! Called on a Monday for a Stability Control error message on my BMW wagon. We agreed I'd drop it off that day, and it was ready by Thursday! Great communication throughout. Feel like I got quality work for a fair price. Open, large, clean shop and super convenient to The Villages.

One thing that sucks , especially around the holidays are car issues , these things unfortunately happen but thankfully I was able to get my vehicle repaired at All German Motor Works . All the employees there were extremely friendly , professional and honest. I would like to highlight the two individuals up front Silvana and John who maintained contact and a positive attitude . I believe I spoke with the owner as well over the phone who gave me a detailed fair overview of what was wrong with my vehicle and what they needed to do to get it fixed in a timely manner. Everything was fixed just in time in order visit my family for the holidays.. I appreciate you all, thanksV/rR. NettlesIG: ink_n_muscle

First of all they mainly work on german-made cars. Thus their name! I was impressed by the cleanliness and professional courtesy provided. Though they were unable to do the major repair that my vehicle required, they didn't charge for the diagnostic service or the installation of the lower engine guard. I would definitely recommend them for your German made auto needs.

I recently hit a stopping point on my VW Bettle on finding the problems. I was told about All German Automotive and it was the best experience in customer service from Gary,John and my service technician working on my VW .He walked me through the repairs needed to get me back on the road and the repair price was very reasonable.I will never use any one else. Thanks again

AGM installed a new switch for my trunks on my Boxter. The trunk began to open without input. AGM spent hours diagnosing this phantom problem and did not charge me for the work. They really stand behind their work and were very fair with me solving a difficult problem. I will continue to use them to service my Porsche.

I would highly recommend All German Motorworks for service even though I initially had an issue with my Porche Macan.Mistakes happen, but the real question is how are they handled ?Several months ago, I took my wife s Porche in for a brake job and all 4 brakes were replaced.A mechanical error was made and the right rear brake failed and squealed after several days.I called Gary King, the owner, who immediately arranged for a tow truck to bring the car from my house to his business. He had new parts flown in, replaced the entire rear brake system, had the car washed/cleaned and returned it to my house in 2 days. I know for a fact that German Motorworks spent an additional $1300.00 on their own to fix the problem, with no cost to me, other than slight inconvenience.I was very impressed with the professional way they resolved a problem they inadvertently made and the way they handled the situation.Mistakes happen, but how are they resolved ?Gary and his company were a Stand- Up group through the entire matter. They accepted responsibility for a problem and fixed it quickly.Anyone can be good when things go smoothly. The real measure of quality performance is how they respond when things don t go to script !I certainly will use and recommend them for any service needs on German manufactured autos in the future.Dave McGarrity

I must say a BIG thank you to the owner (Gary) of All German Motorworks. He is a very nice and honest man. My son s Mercedes Benz had car trouble on 7/18. My son s car was towed to All German Motorwork in Leesburg. The owner Gary did not expect this car to be towed to his lot. My husband left his job to go down and speak with Gary. Gary gave my husband an honest review of the car s repairs and even gave us some time to think about what we wanted to do.When it was time to pickup the car, the technician was excellent! He took his time explaining to my teenage son what was going on and how to drive the car home. He then gave my son a tour of some of the cars that he had on the property. My son really enjoyed the experience. It also helped calm my son down and to drive home safely. We would like to thank All German Motorworks for their honest review of my son s car and for being so caring.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Would not use again, not cheaper than dealer and excessive delays. Engine cover came back heavily scratched (like someone stood on it and twisted it) and missing bolts, Pictures are attached. Avoid the hassle and look elsewhere for service. They had my car for 19 days (Towed in 8/1/18 late in the day and demanded it back 8/21/18 at closing as it was still not repaired). I called on 8/1 asking if they took extended warranties as they were local, and I like to support local businesses. In the beginning everything was normal they diagnosed the car on 8/2/ and called on 8/3 to let me know that an insurance adjustor would be out on Monday or Tuesday to look at the car and she will call me back with what they would cover and what I would be responsible for. Insurance Adjustor came out Monday 8/6 and I received a phone call with the breakdown on 8/7 with an estimated completion date of 8/10. I patiently waited till 8/10 and had no contact from the shop after calling several times through out the day with no answer I get a call from Gary on 8/10/ @ 4:39 PM informing me that the car would not be done on that day as it was a lot of work to do on the car , these things happened and he assured me it would be done Monday 8/13. Monday came, and I had not heard from them, so I called @ 12:37 pm and again no answer, left a voicemail and did not hear back from them that day. I then called again on 8/14 @ 11:22AM and at that time was informed that the car was not repaired and that after a smoke test they found another vacuum leak and that after hanging up with me they were contacting my warranty company for another claim and would call me back with what my cost for the new repair would be. No contact from them 8/15 and after I called 8/16 @ 09:32AM and at 10:00AM with no answers I called from another phone number and was answered on the second ring. They stated that they were on the other line with my warranty company and accidentally hung up on them to answer this line. They asked for ten minutes and they would call me back. I called back @ 11:10 again no answer, Called again @ 11:54 no answer, called again @ 12:10 and was informed that my warranty company is giving them grief for their diagnosis and that Now I have to call the Warranty Co. and clear up the confusion (they did not file the claim on Tuesday as they stated they were as when I called my warranty co. they claimed the claim was filed that day @ 10:41 AM, after my original 10:00 AM phone call from another number). After I spoke to my Warrant Company I called the shop back and told them they should be able to go ahead now. The shop called me back @ 1:01PM and informed me that I was now required to pay another $98.50 for the warranty company to send out an inspector again for this missed problem, and that we could not continue unless I approved this. I having no recourse approved it and she said that she will call the warranty company back and try to get an inspector out the following day. The next day 8/17 I called them @ 12:35 pm and again no answer I left a voice mail and the returned my call @ 1:52PM informing me the inspector had been out and they should here something back by Monday. On 8/20 I called them @ 12:18PM and left another message and they returned my call @ 2:24pm letting me know the repairs were approved and should be done best case scenario Tuesday 8/21. I called on 8/21 and left a message again and got a call back @ 2:08 PM stating my car was being put back together and should be good after a Test drive, I never heard from the again till I told them I was on my way down there when they told me that the car still had problems. This would be the third diagnostic and another 98.50 fee towards me. I asked if the car was put together and took possession of it then. Upon looking in my engine bay my Engine cover was scuffed like someone stepped on it and missing bolts. Do not Recommend.

I broke down on the highway on a Thursday night, about 5 hours from my home, without contacting All German Motorworks I had my car dropped off at their place. Friday, even with many customers ahead of me, they got my car in and diagnosed the issue (Alternator). By Tuesday I was on the road again but soon had another issue. My local shop said it was the Alternator again (likely just a defective part, nothing to do with the work performed by All German Motorworks). Gary worked with my local shop and all was fixed. I really appreciated the "above and beyond" efforts of Gary and his team and for working with my local shop to fix my car. I would highly recommend them.

I brought my BMW to German motor works for repairs. The owner Garysaid to me ,what can i do for you mate? Very friendly guy, we made anappointment, he fixed my car, and it was a lot cheaper than what a BMWdealer wanted to charge me. I would recommend German motor works to anyone that wants a professional job, without unloading their wallet.Butch

I Took it to another mechanic my car was fixed in two day and running like new. Never judge a book by its cover there all smiles but they don t give the same service out to everyone equally.

I was told by two other auto repair shops that I needed a light socket replaced and that they could not do that. I called All German Motorworks and Silvana was so helpful and asked me to stop by so they could look at it to see what part they would need to order. When I arrived the staff was very efficient and courteous and after waiting only a few minutes, I was told they had fixed the problem! I will definitely return when I need work done on my BMW.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I took my BMW X1 in for service as service vehicle soon light came on. Gary King owner at GMW did the required service but said that there is something else going on in the engine. After a diagnostic test they found that my vehicle had an extended warranty for the N20 Engine Coolant thermostat through BMW. I highly recommend them. They saved me $$$ by finding this warranty.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

The folks at All German were FANTASTIC!! I brought in my baby, a 2006 VW Jetta TDI. It has been sitting for years and wouldn't start but we were hoping to revive it. The team was professional and very upfront with us about their pricing and their timeframes. They even worked with us to get the paperwork done over the phone so we wouldn't have to rearrange our schedules to drop off the car in person. I called to make sure my car had arrived and to request an additional diagnostic service but rather than just taking our money, Gary advised waiting til they at least got it started. The next day, after taking a quick look, Gary reached out and told us that we could sink a couple thousand into the car to get her fixed up but he wouldn't recommend it because it wouldn't be worth it. No endless cycle of ever-mounting bills to repair a car that may never run again - just straight, honest truth. Then, when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, they refused to accept payment because they hadn't really done any work on the car. That's good business and that's why I would recommend All German to ANYONE AND EVERYONE!!
