I've had a lot of car issues this year with all three of my vehicles. And Lisa and a young man named Jordan and also I wish I knew his name it might be ken. Have been the biggest help. every time I call them or go into the store. They take the time to listen to me. And help me with everything. Even if I walk in at 5 minutes till closing time. Other auto parts stores don't want to hear what the problem is. These guys listen and they care. I feel like these people are well trained. They know what they are talking about. I don't trust any other part place but this one. They always have the parts in stock. Jordan has a ton of patience to deal with all of my car needs. Lisa has a lot of phone patience. She's always walked me through step by step on what to do next when I have a car issue over the phone. She is better then calling AAA. And ken is that fatherly figure that takes you under his wing and gives you the guidance that you need. I lost my father this year. So I can no longer pick the phone up and call him and ask him mechanical questions but Ken is always right there to guide me in the right direction. Thank all of you guys so much.

This was my first visit to this location, and my purpose was to obtain a battery check. Luis greeted me he was happy to assist even though it was very hot out. Although there was a bit of a challenge for the test to fully complete, Luis continued to make adjustments and was able to confirm that my battery was in satisfactory condition. While doing the battery test, we noticed that the brake fluid level was low, so he researched the proper fluid for my vehicle and showed me the options available for purchase. Luis was professional and knowledgeable, and he is the reason why I had such a positive experience.

Love this place! It s close to home and very convenient for me. Carlos has helped me out many times. He is knowledgeable, professional and very kind! He helped me with my air filter, cabin filter, battery, wipers, coolant, and brake fluid all in one visit. Carlos took time to answer all of my questions and helped me understand how to take care of my car. Thanks Carlos!!!!

Had problems with Die Hard battery not holding a charge. Took in to store and Kat was awesome. Took the battery and tried to charge for me. When it wouldn't hold a charge, she warrantied the battery for me, had been purchased at end of last year. Return process and customer service was awesome. Will definitely be returning there!!!

Josh and Kat are excellent with their customer service. At first it was difficult to locate the proper part for my vehicle but they both went above and beyond to find it and then upon check out online my promo code would not work from my phone Josh and Kat both generously honored The discount because they were able to see it and it helped me out by saving a few bucks. Thanks to you both I will definitely be returning because of their customer service and professionalism.

I have been here twice to get a windshield wiper replaced and BOTH times THEY volunteered to install it for me. Volunteered! That's why I came back the second time. This time it was Charles and Josh who helped me. I'm glad I didn't try myself. It was a little complicated due to the assortment of Rain-X housings. Good service is important and they did it with a smile.

Met up with Dan, he answered all my questions, was extremely helpful, tested my battery with a positive attitude, did not act like I was a bother, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He tested our battery, was not concerned about selling us a battery, just that we got taken care of, he suggested we go to the dealer and see if there's a warranty. I thanked him for that but my wife is the primary driver of the vehicle and she's pregnant and taking care of our 2 kids so I needed an immediate solution. Dan quickly said, well let's get your new battery installed, and then did so. Thank you Dan for your help, your professionalism and understanding. This is why I always go to advance discount auto parts, even before when it was just discount auto parts.

My Corolla battery died while my boyfriend was at work and thanks to Josh and Charles G at the Leesburg store, he had the battery and it was installed in just over an hour. Josh even drove to the Lady Lake store to pick my battery up. Not many people would go this far out of the way for a customer especially on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend. Thank you so much again guys! You re amazing and we are so grateful.

I purchased a battery in September of 2020, the battery stop working June of 2021, I took the battery back and they gave me a free replacement based on the year that battery the battery was purchased, after having the replacement battery for 3 months it stop charging, at that time it was past the one year free replacement of the original battery And I was told that I would have to purchase a new battery even though I only had the replacement battery for 3 months, this is not good sales practice and customer service. So I would advise that you make sure that what you are buying is a good product and purchase.

I went in for coolant and Tiffiny H. was extremely helpful, patient & went out of her way to assist with adding the coolant to my car. Super professional and Advanced Auto Parts is lucky to have her! Grateful customer.

Thanks to Lou. v I had the quickest pitt stop and best service I have ever seen from advance Auto. Due to a bad alternator only been in the truck 3 days,pushing 18 volts back to the batteries trying to burn the truck down.Lou.v tested the alternator and batteries after installation and had us on the road in under 20 minutes. Thank you your the best service counter sales agent I ever met . Somebody needs to give this guy a raise!

Alternator died in my car on the 4th of July, and I called around to all the part stores in the area. When I called this location, the associate who took my call, Josh, took the time to let me know of a promotion that saved me more money than O'Reilly's or Autozone. When I informed the staff I could not drive out to their location, they took the time to call another location closer to me to ensure I got the part in time to enjoy my holiday. Overall this staff went above and beyond to help me when my car broke down at a very inconvenient time.

Just got told to leave because they didn't think I was going to but anything, because I browsed the paint to plan out my repaint on my ranger before grabbing new LED headlights. I've spent just shy of $1400 in the past 2-3 months rebuilding my Ram 1500 and I'm gonna get told to leave for spending 10 MINUTES browsing before purchasing?!? No thanks, I didn't get the headlights and I'll find a new place to shop for parts! I was the only customer in there at the time, so that felt very disrespectful! If they were busy and trying to keep "social distance" I could see but that wasn't the case.

The young man who help me first told me that the part I needed was not in stock. Which was just the topping on the sundae. I had an emotional breakdown, my husband had just been in a sever motorcycle accident and I needed to get to the hospital to see him. Chad went above and beyond in helping me. He tried a cap from a reservoir, which wouldn't fit, but ultimately ordered to part next day for me. He was a hero to woman in crisi and came through with flying colors!

If im not mistaken the women I had to deal with last night name was Amberley "staff member"or something of that nature please do yourself and the company you work for a favor and find a new profession. Horrible customer service. Left and took my business elsewhere. Try O'Reilly right across the street.

Lousy service don't buy anything electrical!!! They will not accept returns. The employees act like they own the store and all the parts. Get from ebay you can return if electrical part is bad no problem and you'll get great service. Tried online coupon code... Big scam they raise the cost 25% Autozone is always cheaper.if you just like repairing the same problem over and over due to very poor quality parts and the worst customer service you'll ever get shop here. I guarantee you you'll regret it unless your buying just oil or brake cleaner and you can get that at Wal-Mart for much much less tban this dump of a franchise.

Went to pick up an order that was paid for already.... and some lazy young dude with a buz cut literally had to turn around and hand it to me,but wanted me to wait in line behind 5 people after I told him all I had to do was grab it and go... The employees @ AA are lazy especially in the suburbs like this one,and too expensive Orielleys and Auto zone are cheaper. Also they always have it in stock Unlike advanced auto and their Lazy employees what's the point of prepayment if there employees can't multitask.

Driving to Iowa, I had some problems with my F350 6.0L Needing an IPR valve. I wasn't able to find the special IPR socket anywhere in Leesburg/Wildwood/Villages. I called this Advanced Auto Parts and a gentleman by the name Michael answers the phone. He went on a mission to find this socket for me, digging through merchandise they would send back to their warehouse. I am an Assistant Store Manager of a Corporate Owned Napa store in Orlando. And really appreciate the effort put forth. It's so easy to say No but you guys didn't. Thanks again for getting me back on the road.Wishing Google would allow 10 Stars

I came in because I had a busted heater hose. Kat and Bobby helped me get the correct hose and back on the road.
