Went there last night. I need spark plugs.1995 Chevy Silverado with 350 engine. The guy behind the counter said no such truck. I told him I need A C Delco plugs for 350 Chevy engine. He looks them up an tells me there 10.00 each . What kinda parts house is this? I have never been treated right at this store. Last night was there last chance.I will never go back to this store .

Stopped by this morning needed wiper blades in and out in 5 minutes. Josh waited on me and also put wiper blades on, great great great service. Thank you very much JOSH. Recommend and will definitely go back. 7-18-23

They checked my battery abd charging system. The battery was bad so i purchased a new one and the tech installed it for me. Thanks for the help.

Had to buy a battery and didn't want to spend a months pay. Look several parts stores up on line. Found a compatible battery at a fair price. I ordered it then went to pick it up.Robert tested the battery prior to removal,just in case it was the alternator. Battery short, went it rolled out battery and Robert installed it for me. Very pleasantly completed the job and I was on my way. Robert, Thank you!

Advance Auto Parts is always a great experience. Our local Chevy dealer told my wife she was getting an error message because the battery was starting to go bad so she just ignored it for a few months. My parents are going to be taking our vehicle on a trip out of state with our kids so we decided to just stop here to have the battery tested for a second opinion and Sean determined we had a dead cell in the battery. He got the new battery and installed it very quickly and for much less than she was quoted at the Chevy dealer. I have never been disappointed by any Advance Auto Parts or any of their employees. Just the fact that they do free battery testing and free diagnostics compared to the $100+ diagnostics that dealerships are now charging is a huge plus.

Had an issue with my trailer tail light. I wasn't sure if it was the wiring or the actual bulb. Steve was able to do a quick test determined the problem and kept me on the road. Thank you

Bought battery month ago for my boat. Was wrong type never installed took back today. Ask for refund. Kid said company policy was not to take returns. This was a high end battery. Very expensive. I left their even though didn't get refund. Keep the battery. You all just lost my buisness and Including from the company I own. . Locally and any ither store as well.

New Spanish person dosnt know anything and won't check. Just says I don't know. Train him properly. Don't answere phone in spanish.most people speak english.

Your employee Erik needs an attitude adjustment. I came here with my son to buy some accessories and he was literally trying to start a fight about his vehice etc as we were talking to another employee cashing us out (no issues with him), unprovoked and attempted to follow us outside. Completely unprofessional.

2 words - AMAZING SERVICE! I just wish that I recalled the gentleman's name that swapped my battery out. He went above and beyond. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he took the time to help me get everything I needed to get my car back on the road. The staff at this store truly knows the meaning of Customer service. Thank you! *the employee's name starts with a "D" that's all I remember, lol.

Great quick stop shop for all your automotive needs. I was here to buy detailing clay. They had exactly what I needed. Little did I realize how labor intensive clay barring and sealing my 2017 Nissan Rogue would be! Yikes! Slept good after that workout. Highly recommended!!!

I bought a Mass Flow Sensor that would not bolt up and tried to take it back but of course they would not do this because it is an electrical part. This is ridiculous because you can visually verify that the part would not fit and of course nobody said a word to me about this when I bought the part. Not only that but you people regularly do electrical testing at your stores and you could have easily run a continuity check to see that there is nothing wrong with the part but instead you implement a policy that is guaranteed to screw the customer out of their money. Well, I used to sped a lot of money there but you have lost my business over a 100 dollar part and I hope that it was worth it not not simply say that you guys had screwed up when you sold it to me and take it back because I will never go back to any of your stores again... nice job,idiots.. look me up to see what you've lost, I hope you lose a lot of business via this policy enforcement, I hope your store goes out of business...Okay, just WOW... when I went into the store I bought a headlight for my truck. The guy called out a number after I told him the year and the model. He then went to the isle and pulled a headlight out off the rack and gave it to me. When I got home and went to change it, it turned out to be the WRONG one. It does not fit and of course it is an electrical part so I can't return it. I think that this must be a tactic that they use to screw the customer while taking their money... UNBELIEVABLE... I most certainly will never return to this store and i recommend that anybody who needs parts for their car stay FAR AWAY from these thieves, they are not to be trusted!!!

Friendly, great customer service the manager Eli was very helpful, very knowledgeable young man. I was having an issue with my car which no one was able to fix or tell me what was wrong, and he was able to get me the right parts and recommend where to get it fixed. Thank you Eli I will definitely recommend going to Adavance Auto in Okahumpka, Fl. I will be a returning customer.

not impressed. I walked in and asked for windshield wipers, the guy looked overly annoyed that i was there. I then asked if it were possible for him to look at my left blinker to determine if the light bulb was out or if i was looking at replacing a fuse. He then proceeded to tell me "we don't do that here" and when I asked why not he said "because we don't, but I can put your wipers on for you." I said ok and he did so but looked very unhappy to do it. As if I were wasting his time. I took my business elsewhere and they were not only happy to look and see what was wrong with my blinker but after finding it was the bulb they were happy to install it along with fixing my tag light at no charge that i hadn't noticed was out too. will not be going back to Advance Auto Parts. It would seem I was an inconvenience.

Employees at this location refused to install wiper blades purchased here. They advertise free install. I definitely will never purchase anything from this store ever again!

The staff there are very helpful. Anytime I have a problem they are there to help. The location is just off the highway. The only problem is that it is a small location and they don't always have the part in stock. If you are from out of town and want a place you can trust. Try it. Plus pricing is in line with auto zone or Napa.

Had a "misfire " on my car... young man went out and scanned the computer... 5 minutes after I knew exactly what it was!!! Cost.... ZERO!! Cost to fix...$28.. for switch!!

Great service, I ordered my battery online and when I arrived my order was waiting for me and an associate installed it for me. Very happy.
