I called tesla to have my car towed . The company would not drop off the car at tesla becasue they could not get a hold of them and was hired by them. They decided to hold my car hostage until I paid them 1000. The charge was only 130 dollars. This is the biggest scam 1000 for 100 miles. I talk to the driver and he never mentioned tesla doesn't pay them the customer does . No communication. The owner would not take ownership and charge me 1000 to for 100 miles. They are a crooked company with no honor. They also damage my car worse before and after pics. Ripped the fenders right off

Mike was absolutely amazing! His customer service was top notch and he was very professional. A lockout is never a fun experience, but getting to meet him was such a pleasure. It was probably the best experience that I have ever had with a tow truck company. I highly recommend Aces Towing and Auto Repair!

This was the absolute WORST service you could ever receive from a tow company. They take advantage of their customers in their most desperate and scary moment, grossly over charge them and take zero responsibility. Run as far away from this company as you can unless you like being screwed than this is definitely the company for you!

Great experience, over and hour earlier then expected arrival which was nice after being bro stuck on the side of the roads almost 12 hours, the driver Nathan had to get out of bed to come get me at almost 11pm and still maintained his patience with a great attitude and extremely helpful! Would recommend them to anyone I come in contact with looking to get a vehicle towed!!

Gary was awesome, had a hiccup with the battery not taking a charge, his willingness to complete this tow was off the charts above and beyond attitude. He was knowledgeable, kind with outstanding customer service. Highly recommend great job Gary!

A+++ Tow Service - Starter went out Fri Night Late/ Early AM, needed tow Leesburg to Clermont - GEICO App connected me to Aces Towing... Aces Dispatch quick, courteous call follow up and the Driver was prompt, professional, knowledgeable & courteous. Highly !! Recommend Aces Towing driver also suggested their Auto Repair, based on the towing... They will definitely have my Auto Repair Service Needs

Broke down here doing business with them my starter went out the owner was helpful and nice and 1 other gentlemen was helpful and nice but the fat butch that works in the office kept calling another driver as I'm waiting for family to come get my vehicle mind you we live over an hour and a half away because they would not let me replace my starter in the parking lot because insurance purposes but than than this driver walks up and threatens to tow my vechile and and argues with me I haven't even got out I'm sitting in my vehicle waiting for my family. very rude and not people friendly

My husband had a blow out on his way to work at 4 am Saturday morning near the turnpike. We have a tow package with our ins, but they couldn't find anyone and told him tough luck. He didn't want to wake me because I have been ill and he wanted me to rest so he called around numerous places to secure his own tow. Four places who claimed to be 24 hour places had no one answer their line. He got a hold of Aces and they sent someone straight out for him. Best part, the driver was quick, wonderful, and even lived in our neighborhood so dropped my husband off at home, too. We really appreciate the extra mile you guys took for us. Thanks so much for the excellent service! We will request you should we need a tow again.

Driver was excellent with my motorcycle. Very nice job was very polite time time. Here is a picture of my bike.. Thank you to him for all his work he dies taking my bike safely for the repair shop. I now have it all all fixed and ready to ride.

They came to my house to change a tire and stripped a wheel stud. After going to there shop they told me they d take care of it. They told me they replace the hub. After sitting in the lobby for 2 hours on an appointment they tell me they can t replace the hub because it s got to much rust on it. Really? I didn t break my stud, yet they won t fix the car the way it needed to be fixed. Never got to this place! The guy next to me spent 2000$ to get his vehicle fixed made a half mile down the road and broke down again and had to have it towed back! Horrible place!Service: Tire change

Noel went above and beyond for me tonight. On my way home after being on the road for 6 weeks just to have my car blow a tire on turnpike south after hours I'm a professional truck driver and must say Noel was by far the most curtious, thoughtful, efficient, and helpful roadside technician I have ever worked with. Thank you for making a bad situation not so bad.. one trucker to another.

I ve come here a few times due different issues with my company vehicles past issues. There is no comparison , if your looking for honest , reliable and trust worthy people head here.Towing service is great with great drivers and the service department mechanics are an Amazing bunch.

Amazing company! Saved the day today when we needed them! Every other towing company was either on a several hour wait or didn t want to take the job, ACE CAME TO THE RESCUE! Bri was super friendly and helpful on the phone and John was extremely professional, and quick getting up hooked up and towed to our destination. Highly recommend this company to anyone needing a tow! Thanks again for saving the day!Service: Car towing

Very decentMy son's car was impounded with 2 flats. They didn't have the tires, but Ben said if I could find them somewhere he'd get them mounted so we could get home. About 2 hours away. Very honest and decent place. No wonder they're backed up 2 weeks.

My truck got towed a year ago, and when I went to pick it up they had lost the keys, my title, and bill of sale. My speakers were missing from behind my seat, my purse, and several items out of the bed. I had to pay a different company to tow my truck home because the keys were gone.

The driver was a little late. Not important. He was amazing. He was very familiar with my Hyundai Ioniq5 "All Electric" vehicle. He saved me HUGE. Probably close to a couple hundred dollars or MORE !!! And he saved me time. Aces Towing my hat IS off to you and your driver needs to be highly applauded for his efforts. Thank you so much. We are new to the area and found ourselves in a situation where we needed to be towed to a dealership for service. Aces was called to come out & help.Jeremy from Aces was professional, courteous, and took care to make sure our jeep was well secured for travel. We asked him for this card, if we ever need towing, now we know who to call for service, Aces Towing & Auto Repair. A+

When I made my appointment I was told when they scanned my vehicle found out what was wrong they would fix it. It took 2 weeks to get the appointment and they kept my vehicle for 15 days. When called I was told the own took the mechanic off my vehicle to work on his equipment. I picked up my vehicle and paid the bill and left I was text 2 hours later to telling me I owed more money.

The staff at Aces are all professional in all areas of vehicle maintenance. The techs know their job. The service Mgr kept me informed of my options and oversaw the maintenance required for my 22 year old truck. Job well done. Thank you.

Alternator replaced. They were told, in writing, not to do anything else without my approval. They replaced the battery also! ( $146.00)I bought a new one 3 days before that. Had to cry in lobby to get them to give back my battery. They still wanted to charge me $36.00 to do that. And when I finally got my battery back when I went to the auto Zone one terminal was stripped by Ace! Never going to them again. They saw a 66 yr lady and...well we know the rest.

I locked my keys in the car and had GEICO reach out and find me a tow company. Thankfully we got James from ace towing. GEICO told me the eta was an hour but James called me almost immediately and said he was 10mins out and he d be right over. It took him less than a minute or two to pop my door and even offered to jump our lawn mower that had died while he was here. Couldn t have been a nicer guy. Thanks james

Absolutely awesome. Called at 2:00am and was told ETA was 30 mins. The driver arrived 25 mins later. He was very professional and had a very good attitude.I will always call and recommend this company!!
