I called them to confirm a 9 o'clock appt. Was told they would be there. Husband left work half hour away to meet them. 9:30 i called and received no answer. Ten o'clock they still hadn't arrived. I called again and was told they were "fueling up" (could have been done night before?), and would be here in half an hour. Canceled as husband missed too much work already. They seem to have no respect for others time. I told them when i made the apt we were losing work to meet them.

They came to replace a windshield, said they were unable to do it due to pinch weld being bent. After they left I pulled back the headliner and it was not bent. Had another glass place come out, they confirmed it was not bent. I ended up waiting 5 days to get glass replaced for nothing.

Worst professionalism ever. Used them two years ago and they were great. I recommended them this time to State Farm for my windshield replacement. Called on 1/13/23, set up for 1/18/23 for between 10-2. They called me on 1/18/23 and stated the windshield came in damaged and would get another one and rescheduled me for 1/20/23 between 10-2. I called all their numbers and left voice mails to call me with status. At 2:15 it became apparent they were not coming. So I called Link (State Farms glass repair dept) and advised them of same. So they cancelled order and set me up with Safelite. We will see how that goes. By the way it is 1/21/23 11:15 am and still no call from 1st Stop Auto Glass. STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE. They don t even have the courtesy to call you back. They only get a one star because there is no minus ten.

Absolutely the best! I would recommend them to any and everyone! We had our hurdles getting my back glass replaced but none of it was in their control and they communicated throughout the whole process. Debra and Todd (the owners) did a fabulous job and my car looks like brand new! I very rarely give such great reviews but they truly earned it!! I will be calling them for all of my glass needs from now on!

Our insurance company contacted 1st Stop Auto Glass to submit our claim for a windshield replacement. 1st Stop Auto Glass responded within 10 minutes of my contacting the insurance company to set up an appointment time; and, promptly arrived on site to fix the windshield at the preset time, calling 30 minutes before they arrived.They were courteous and professional during the replacement process. The window looks very good and we will wait for a rainy day to be sure there are no leaks. If we find any 1st Stop Auto Glass assured us they would return to fix any problems.If we ever need another windshield repaired or replaced, we would call 1st Stop Auto Glass.

1st Stop was the ONLY company that even tried to deliver same day service when our windshield needed to be replaced. I called four different companies to no avail. 1st Stop Auto Glass came through for us, we were only in central Florida for two nights, they came to our hotel and replace the windshield right there. They were very professional, friendly, and most importantly their work was impeccable.

My windshield was cracked and needed replacement. They arrived at my site when they said they would and were very quick and efficient. They were professional at all times and it was obvious that they had a lot of experience performing vehicle glass work. My vehicle was not damaged in any way and I'm very happy with the finished work.

They broke my daughter s windshield wipers, and kept lying and saying they were already broken. Even with the broken windshield, the wipers were working perfectly fine before they re inexperienced repair men broke them. After several calls to have them fix the damage they did, she was told the owner would call her, needless to say he never did. This company was recommended by her insurance company Assurance America, which is another horrible company in itself. If you want repairs done correctly, with no added damage to your car, then definitely do not call First Stp Autoglass!

From the initial phone call with Debra I knew I was in good hands! I was referred to them by the company who damaged my vehicle but they made me feel safe knowing that my vehicle would be taken care of and repaired fully catering to me as the actual customer. They came to my work and were in and out very promptly and I couldn't be happier! The customer service and quality they provided were exceptional! Thanks for everything!

The 1st Stop Auto Glass team did a top notch job for us both in arranging for a convenient time and place for our windshield repair as well as in carrying out the repair itself. Everyone was very helpful and courteous throughout the entire process, and the repair itself was expertly done. We would highly recommend this team to anyone!

I had an appointment scheduled - but when he was coming to my home, Todd felt ill and ended up being admitted to the hospital. Throughout his illness, Debra kept me informed and rescheduled my appointments based on his health - and my availability.When the appointment occurred - they were promptly on time, professional and had the job done in no time.What more could you ask from a vendor???Would highly recommend 1st Stop Auto Glass! Great LOCAL people with a laser focus on quality, communication and customer satisfaction.

First of all they were the first on the list that my insurance company had so I thought I would use them since they were local bad choice on my part they said they would call me back in about 15 minutes to schedule after 2 hours or more of waiting I had to call them she stated she wasn't in the office took down my name and number and said they could do it on the following Wednesday between 11 and 3 so a couple days later I got another phone call from a female stating that she had this number and wanted to make sure that my appointment was made I had to tell her yes and it was 11 to 3 she said okay thank you and hung up then the day of my appointment she called early morning stating that because of the rain they would not be able to do my windshield I told her that at my work we have a huge tarmac out front for people park under and that it could be done there with no problem she went on to say it had to be in closed because of the moisture in the air that the seal would not seal so in my head I'm thinking this is Florida there's always moisture in the air with humidity and stuff and nobody ever has a problem putting in a windshield and that kind of weather but I think there was more excuses to that so I immediately said thank you I'll call my insurance company. By the way it is 2 p.m. in the afternoon and still no rain so they would have had plenty of time to do my windshield) I called my insurance company and the new company is doing it in two days rain or shine so instead of telling me that they couldn't get to it because of scheduling conflict or something else they literally made up something thinking I was stupid but the joke's on them because small business loses to people like them so I went with Safelite and I'll never second-guess again.

Todd came out to my house, removed my Ford F-150 rear glass and reinstalled it. This was to eliminate a leak, however, half way through the evolution the sky opened up and a torrential downpour ensued. Exposed to the elements, Todd reinstalled the glass and determined that he did not fix the problem..... it was still leaking. He did not charge me for the visit, but ordered new glass and installed it a few days later. The price for the repair was very reasonable. Great service! Happy customer here!

This company should be the first number you call. I called them about a crack in my windshield. They did such a good job with repairing it, that you can t even tell there was a crack. They came did a quality job and cleaned up nicely, Todd even helped me with a few pointer on accessing the door panels in the future as I told him the speakers were blown and I would need to replace them soon.Good people! good job!

They were great in a time of need! I needed the repair quickly due to work on my car window and they were out first thing to repair it! There was no stress and they were promptly on time! The hardest part was just picking up the phone to call them!

Horrible customer service by Mary she talks over you and cuts you off Mary is the daughter of Debra don t know if it s a family owned business wouldn t be surprised if the technician is the son! Only have 1 star because thats the minimum I can do so let s give the one star for Debra because she was nice at first!! First the technician is not experienced he couldn t take the wipers off and broke my glass more! They have horrible communication if your going to run a business you need to commicatw with People! 2nd after the tech couldn t remove my glass I was understanding but I thought they would call me to let me know what the next step was they didn t let me know anything I was the one that was calling every other day! I had to call Mercedes to get the wipers replaced! So if you do NOT know how to take of Mercedes wipers you should not work on Mercedes cars! Thanks for wasting 1 month of my time! I cancelled the order and went with some professionals that don t have they re whole family and friends writing reviews for their company!

1st Stop Auto Glass has top notch service, very competitive pricing and you can trust them to do the right thing for you!!! We were travelling in Florida using a relatives car and 2 days before we were to drive back to Maine the drivers side window broke. I own an insurance agency in Maine who deals with several nationally contracted auto glass dealers and none of them could even come close to beating the service and the price of 1st Stop Auto Glass! I had no idea who to call being from Maine and they were the first one I called out of the blue. We had a 2 day deadline and I wasn't really interested in driving to Maine from Florida in January with no driver side window. 1st Stop went above and beyond to help us out. If you need auto glass work in the Leesburg area or wherever they go don't even bother shopping around you have 1st Stop Auto Glass - JUST CALL THEM AND GET THE JOB DONE RIGHT AND FOR LESS!

They were very friendly and professional. They even found out that my FM antenna wasn't hooked up so they hooked it up. Also my windshield wiper cap is missing, I did not know that. They explained everything clearly so even I could get it.....Great Job thanx

I called this morning to get some information on a piece of what I thought was weather stripping. The lady that answered the phone was absolutely amazing and beyond kind. She was very honest and saved me what could have been a lot of money. I highly recommended them and will be using them for all my future needs

Called them and they stated that they would arrive between 7 to 8. Its 953 now and they did not show up. The funny thing is that all of the sudden they will not answer the phone... So i called from my office phone and they called back right away... Excuse after excuse will definitely NEVER use them again.
